The whole thought process was to move away from our $300 a month Xfinity Internet/Cable bill that provided 1.2Gb cable modem service. I was super excited when Ezee showed up in our area, accept for the demolition that they did on our yards in our subdivision. This being said, the install went smoothly and we ordered the 5Gb service. That was two months ago and I have been lucky to hit 500Mbit/s download speeds via their Nokia WIFI 6 router or directly connected to their 1Gb and 10Gb LAN ports on the Nokia router. This is the info I just sent to them after another random outage: So I restarted the Nokia Fiber router due to your unexplained outage. The Nokia router is directly connected to my TP-link BE33000 Mesh AP through its 10GB RJ45 using a CAT6 patch cable. I have run tests coming off of the standard LAN ports and high speed LAN ports on the Nokia device with the same results. This being said, I am paying for 5Gb service, and getting much less than 1Gb. Now, when I was with Xfinity, at least I could run a speed test and get their advertised 1.2Gb service speeds with bursts of much more, but it seems you guys are lacking. I am about to post my full review on all sites about this, including very technical terms as I am a Network Engineer/Manager if I do not get an explanation or RCA soon on why I am not getting the speeds I am paying for. Now I understand you are going to come back and say something about the equipment coming off of the Nokia router and I will immediately stop you there. The 5Ghz radio coming off your Nokia router is not even providing a max of 600mbit/s download speeds utilizing WiFI 6 adapters throughout my home, my laptop namely. Avoid this provider like the plague! My parents have only had service but a little over a week and the wifi stopping working over the weekend. Yesterday, a tech was scheduled to come between 12pm-3pm and by 3:30pm, no one showed so my mother called them... The first agent sounded like she was high or she had just gotten out of bed. She said she would call my mom back and never did. My mom called again around 4:15pm and this time, a man had her on hold while he tried to contact the tech. After 30 minutes, he finally got a hold of the tech who told him that he was outside the house. No one was there of course. The customer service agent put us on hold again and then came hack 10 mins later telling us that the tech said he was at our house. I went and walked all around the house and there was NO ONE. The agent said he'd call back but after 30-45mins he didn't. We called again for the 3RD TIME and this agent said the tech wasn't even really scheduled to come today. I don't know what the truth is but the entire situation is flabbergasting. I was able to temporarily get the wifi working again but restarting the backhaul connection but it's not stable and often loses connection. We will see if an agent comes today. I hope I can convince my mom to cancel!! It doesn't matter that the internet is fast if it never works. Proceed with caution read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Stay Away My experience with Ezee Fiber has been frustrating from the start. Their sales and marketing were completely misleading, promising speeds and pricing that they ultimately did not honor. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide written confirmation of the price I was quoted, and every time I called, I was told I'd receive it "in two days" -- a promise that was never kept. This repeated delay felt more like gaslighting than customer service. To make matters worse, the internet speed fell far below expectations. I signed up for the 1 Gig plan, but consistently saw speeds around 300 Mbps on my computer and only 20 Mbps on my PS5. When I raised this concern, the technician claimed that if their app says 1 Gig, then everything is "working as intended" -- a completely dismissive and illogical response. Compared to AT&T or Xfinity, this was hands down a worse experience in every way. Ezee Fiber seems more focused on growth through deceptive tactics than delivering actual value to customers. I paid for the service from the beginning of October (2023) they told me that by mid-November and they ended up sending someone on December 11, after I called customer service, they sent a technician to run the cable underground, then another who installs the router inside the house, to end up without Internet and service, today is December 22 (2023) and based on how things are going it seems that we are going to have high-speed Internet with the worst customer service possibly in 2030. December 2023 Regardless of the past events, I received a call from Ezee Fiber in which their supervisor Angel said that they were very sorry for that bad experience and that he and his team would do everything possible to resolve the problem. Today, Randy, a very professional technician from Ezee Fiber, and his team did an exceptional job, they relocated the router for free and now my family and I are more than happy with the service and how they took care of everything. 5 stars for the team!!! read more

After reading some of these reviews I was skeptical. But honestly I didn't have that kind of experience. The sales rep responded to messages at 10pm at night. The installation guy was VERY thorough and guided me through all the set up. He installed exactly where I requested, was very thoughtful and helpful. Even provided where to go of there was ever an issue. The sales rep didn't try to push for the highest. He based it off exactly what my family needed and provided options. Yes, there was some mess during installing in the neighborhood but tell me another company who's perfect? It's digging holes and shoving large cables in the ground. Grass will grow back. It's way better than the crap job some other company did with all these wires hanging from poles. AND I don't have to worry about losing internet every time the wind blows. read more

Nelson & Elvis came to my house and helped me get my equipment neatly done. Switched from Windstream who kept promising me to have fiber for over 7 years still hasn't had fiber I was like OK at least I'm getting decent speeds then Windstream started dipping service speeds below.Advertised speeds which was 200mbps I was getting more like 15-30mbps no where near 200mbps. Now I got ezee fiber I'm done with Windstream Now I get 1gbps speeds as advertised bandwidth of.all devices I get closer to 700mbps still good way better I was paying $80 from Windstream for 200mbps now with ezee fiber I'm paying $60 for 1gbps speeds. I don't have to pay to rent the box which was a huge reason why I switched is not having to pay for that box. read more

so we have had no high speed internet out in Liverpool since I moved here in 22. Ezee fiber have ran cables for the last several months being a pain in the ass on the only road out here, but, now that it is out here it rocks. signed up soon as they said it was close so one of the first out here to get it. We are near Lutes Marina. The installer They sent was Aaron Bowers and he was very professional even working with all the steel girders in my walls. We have only had T-mobile for 5g service and that really was bad. Now I have the fiber internet it really shows how bad. Super fast service and looking forward to the extra band width I now have. Had Ezee Fiber installed 4 months ago. So far the connection was great. Last week there was an issue about having to restart the PC after a break in order to connect back to the internet. I tried updating the network adaptor but the problem didn't go away. So I contacted Ezee fiber support. The agent was very helpful. After doing something on her end, she scheduled a work appointment for us the following day. Jairo was the technician that came over. He came right on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced our router and made sure the problem was fixed. Been happy with the EzeeFiber service in my area (New Territory, Sugar Land). Installation was a breeze. Ezee Fiber had a contractor company to lay the line to the house, and the company technician got the installation done the next day. Great value for a 1Gbps connection, no contract, but price guarantee. Since I have been using Eero, I don't have to make many adjustments to my home internet. The service has been very reliable until recently, and the company sent out a technician the next day to resolve the issue. Mine was installed and connected this past Wednesday, 5/7/25. So far the speed is light years above AT&T. I dropped them like a bad habit. My Ezee Fiber tech was Aaron Bowers. He was great. he noticed an issue with the trench that was not dug deep enough and put in an order to have it done right. Also put in an order to have my Ezee Fiber box moved next to my old phone and utility boxes. Other than that, his install was clean and didn't take very long.
