Upgraded one star because they installed everything and the guys were nice. Two stars and growing. They didnt bury my cable. It comes uo out of the ground and back in and only one to two inches. Callled people and its ok to them. But I know ill run over it. Will be back. Hopfully to 5 stars. And I do not mind digging myself. Its just been two days. And this I do not know. Are they supposed to use conduit? If not, ok. UPDATED//// Ezee Fiber came out the next day, just now, and put my fiber line in quite a bit deeper. Now I wont accidentally mow over it. Upon EZEE fiber installing their equipment in our neighborhood.... we were led to believe that upon cancelling AT&T internet, we would NOT lose our 25 year old email account (....sbcglobal.net) with AT&T... now with EZEE hooked up, it appears that we have lost our sbcglobal.net account. We only get a message, when trying to access through Yahoo, that indicates an "ERROR... "Something's gone wrong" EZEE could not help us recover it... and AT&T doesn't "recognize" us anymore... Needless to say we are VERY unhappy at this stage... and cannot seem to find any help. Loss of our 25 year old email account is MAJOR! At this stage I would not recommend EZEE, even though there are folks that would disagree... Just our experience. read more

Cypress TX: I lose internet every single hour with this company. They have come out 3x and "fixed" the problem for me to have the exact same issues over and over. I work from home and this is the WORST internet provider. Nothing will load, especially if you are 2 feet away from the router. 10/8/24-5:30pm-2 Hours after service today wifi is back down. I'm so frustrated & irritated with this company, I'm switching back to wind stream Asap. Would not recommend or refer this provider to anyone especially if you have kids that need homework completed by midnight, running a small business from home & a at home college student. Saving the few dollars is not worth the headache. You pay for what you get. Don't respect your property. Customer service says they are sorry and don't come and remedy the issue because "it's too expensive to roll a truck back out". Angel - your construction dept doesn't care about customer satisfaction- I have sent pics of the damages and the holes dug in my yard as they laid pipes and lines in my backyard and also has the control box in the easement in my yard for the whole street...and pics of the shoddy repair by Sammons construction as they broke my sprinkler system wiring - I spoke with Ezee fiber construction dept people: last one I communicated with was Chyla H. Who wont return my calls or reply to the emails of pictures I submitted per her request , prior to dealing with her , I spent multiple calls with Rashad D who also received emails of pics I sent only to be told that the director Martha A said they are siding with the subcontractor- Sammons construction. I should have dealt with Ezee fiber when they came through my neighborhood last year - instead Sammons left flyers to all the homes at the time to contact them directly for problems and issues! I thought they were actual Ezee Fiber. Regardless they worked for Ezee fiber and represented themselves as Ezee fiber. What they damage is still Ezee fiber! The construction dept at Ezee fiber doesn't care about CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they don't really mean it when they say "they will make you whole again" I'm very very disappointed. Terrible customer service when concerned about trenching outside my home to bury cable, was told we will "just leave the gate open" and don't care about safety for my property or other utility services. Never had 811 out to mark existing utility/water lines - very concerning. Customer service agent dismissive and left me on hold for 40min "getting a supervisor". which never happened and I was cut off. Avoid at all costs they will damage your property with cheap contractors to bury cable - no care. read more

They arrived promptly at the beginning of the requested window and respected the sign we had forgot to take down indicating we were having at work at home meeting. They called instead and when we met it was a very professional interaction throughout the install process. All of my questions were answered. They have no respect for people property, Ezee Fiber damaged my water pipe left my front yard in a mess and The Water Company was called about a leak in my front yard and when i was told that i am responisalbe for the repair. And that i needed to call the HOA who told me call Ezee Fiber and contacted Danielle Niepo about the problem they cased and she stated they would send some one out but they never came. The next day i called her and she wouldn't answer my call or return the message. I contacted AT&T to file a claim and still getting the run around. When Ezee Fiber installed their equipment in my area they damaged the utility lines to my house which cut the power to my house for nearly three days. They said they would pay for the $6000 in damage but have so far done nothing and given me the runaround. Stay far far away from these scammers. Read the other complaints and the horrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau site. This company should be shut down and fined. read more

Worst door to door salesperson of the decade, told them I was busy and they said what are you doing, working? what the does it matter what I'm doing?, then goes into his sales pitch, I tell him I'm busy give me his paperwork and leave, he still tries to talk and I tell him I'm busy and close the door. I pull into my driveway and see them at the neighbors house and glare at them as I go into the house, then my partner tells me that they had knocked again and she told them thru the window that we weren't interested. And believe it or not but these idiots came back again, now at 7:45 pm, I told them if they ever stepped on my property again I will press charges for trespassing. I switched to Ezee Fiber as it promises better services and value for money. Upon installation, however, the Internet died. Luckily, I didn't cut off my previous Internet service to see if all turns out to be good. Due to the holidays in late December, a technician came a week later, checking the system and calling the ground crews. They came in an hour or so and turned the Internet connection back on. This is an interesting part. I called the customer service afterwards and requested to reset my billing cycle. I told them that I couldn't use the service for a week, due to the faulty installation, and should not be charged for such duration. After a lengthy discussion, the representative agreed to credit a prorated monthly charge to my account. To begin with, the installation wasn't perfect. Nevertheless, the technical support was flawlessly once arriving and the customer support was responsive and agreeable. I now terminated the previous Internet service and am satisfied with what Ezee Fiber has to provide so far. read more

The installer drilled through an electrical line, leaving me with no electricity to my bedroom and bathroom. He tried to hide this and left without telling me that this had happened. I called customer service and they a technician out the next morning who was not an electrician ( I asked) and he said he did not think that it was Ezee Fiber's mistake. I responded that I had electricity before installation and none after. I had an electrician out the next day and he found that the installer had drilled through an electrical line. The electrician cost $475. I sent an email and photos to Affan ( supervisor). Have not heard back, Had to call for someone to fix damage to wall, ($586.45). Emailed receipt and more photos to Affan. Still no response. For a service that I was assured would save me money, so far cost more than previous. Am NOT happy. read more

The outages keep growing in frequency and length. I've had more outages in the last month than I had with AT&T in years. They finally came through with a solution to the Wi-Fi in my house. Very happy that they finally made that work. I sincerely hope the outages become less frequent so that I can once again increase my rating. We've had them less than 30 days and experienced 1 all day outage, 1 outage lasting 5 hours and 2 other outages lasting 2-3 hours. Waiting on our new fiber to be installed and then canceling Ezee Fiber. Had Xfinity for years, never experienced this many outages and it wasn't even fiber. On day 1, I was elated when EZEE service was activated having switched from xFinity. HOWEVER, I have NOT been impressed with EZEE's reliability. During the first week of service, my internet was out for 3-4 days. Since then, it's been out 4 or 5 more times....VERY ANNOYING. When the service works, it's fine...but the service is just not reliable. I HIGHLY recommend waiting to switch until EZEE fixes some of these issues. read more

This decision and installation has been an absolute nightmare! This company can't communicate at all. No one ever calls back when they say, you can request an appointment and no one confirms your appointment, the installers/reps never call to let you know their on their way, they never made it in the appointment range window (3 appointments) AND I had the initial installation on Friday, after 6 hours- he left knowing it didn't work, next day had to wait for them to come back, still didn't work, third day is a charm right? nope. Still not working right. I wasted 3 days in a row after installation and we are still having problems. I'm at the end of my rope and about to cancel this entire installation. Why haven't I done it yet- because I have wasted hours and hours of my time trying to get ezee fiber to work at my house in The Woodlands and I hate to go back to infinity after everything I have done and all this time I've wasted. The best part is I haven't cancelled my xfinity yet and we using it with no problem. Ezee has not been around very long and you can definitely tell - they are not ready yet. read more

Absolutely did not expect the Outstanding customer service and smooth installation after subscribing to the different cable providers in our area. EZEE Fiber is hands down the best with lifetime prices, no promotional bundles to deal with expiring. And best of all I actually get the advertised speeds both up and down. Wasn't even close with cable. YouTube TV does the trick and no more cable wires everywhere. A two-year customer now and we've had one very short outage that wasn't caused by them, however they responded and quickly fixed it. They also contacted us about it BEFORE we could even call them. They installed fiber in my neighborhood and no consideration for the people living in our subdivision or driveways. They just parked their mess everywhere and left trash that just randomly flew everywhere. I have a MH kid and hates loud noises and doesn't handle strangers. Which is why I have a large "NO SOLICITING SIGN" but that has not stopped three of this company to stop and try to get me to switch to them. I try to ignore them, but they are very persistent and will come by until someone answers. I told them no thank you and I am happy with my company, the typical response, but the last guy didn't want to take no for answer. I had to give them the legal response (I am a paralegal), and told them no again, and if they stop by after today, they will be charged with trespassing and harassment. I had ezee fiber installed First the sales person told me that the price was $89 for 5gig and $99 for 8gig. I signed up for 8 gig since it made more sense financially. When the technician came he installed 5gig and showed showed that its was they signed me for and the price is $99. Issue got interesting when I couldn't get up to 5mps upload or download speed. He tells me not to use internet speed test on my computer but on my phone. As I write, I can't download or open any attachments on email. I can't connect to my office VPN, it say no internet though the cable is connected for desktop and the wifi is on ​for laptop. I am desperate so am trying to connect on desktop or laptop. I called technician he rebooted and it worked for a minute to access internet but I can't download or access work or open email attachments. 7 hours of trying to work I had to switch back to cable. Now I will be calling customer service to pick up their box. I am sooo disappointed. I lost a whole day of work read more

I had to give 1 star but I would have given none. First of all they are installing their lines in our neighborhood in the front easement. 2 weeks ago they cut our internet company's line. This evening the water department had to shut off our water because they broke someone's line. Center point had to come out to turn off power to street lights. This is expected to last 4 hours. Talked to water department and this wasn't the first time in the last few weeks. All I can say is if they are trying to gain customers here good luck after the havoc they are causing! Their salesman, Ronald, and the technician, Jayden, were polite and efficient. Kudos to those two employees! Before Jayden left, he made sure everything was working properly. The main problem we had was the installation of the fiber optic line in our yard. However, the construction division has been helpful and said they would reimburse us for the cut sprinkler line the second crew cut while installing the fiber optic line. It took 2 different crews 3 times to get our line installed properly but everything is working now. We also like being able to talk to live people and not put on hold forever. They have no contracts and lifetime pricing, which I really liked. Recommend them. read more

Really wish I could give more stars But. First, they came ti install outside box, we wanted it on the same side as our patch panel connections but they said they could only put on the opposite side,so I can't have hard wired connections just wifi. House is 4500sq ft, I own my own Orbi Mesh and wanted them to connect so I had good coverage, again I was told I didn't need them. After 4 days, I have had the system go down a dozen different times. On their website I sought help, but all I got was a series of links to help articles and a message that a tech would be in touch, still waiting for that.
