All thumbs up for this little business! I came for an emissions test because I saw the coupon online for first timers ($7.50 off,) which was gladly accepted by the cashier. Someone came out to greet me right as I pulled up and took care of my vehicle. Immediately after I handed my car over, a staff approached me with a bottle of Dasani water. I was very pleased with this gesture! The emissions test took about 5 minutes, they take care of everything for you and simply send you home with the test results. After I finished the emissions test, I checked in on Yelp just to see what others had said about their car wash service. Come to find out - checking in gives you a coupon for $5 off car wash ($25 original value)! Another customer waiting for his car started chatting with me, he mentioned that he has been bringing his car here for years and they do a decent job both inside and outside the car. I've taken both my cars for emission checking and car wash. They're quick and effcient on the emissions. The car wash is the best inside and outside car wash I've found in Atlanta. For $25, they take the time and effort to wash thoroughly inside and outside. You get $5 off with your first Yelp check-in or with emission check. I've had to wait about 45 minutes for the car wash because they're busy, worth it if you have the time. read more

Arrived at my appointment time. No one was around or available. Waited over 10 minutes. Finally someone showed up at the front desk at took on the first customer they saw, not who was waiting in line first. Took another 20 minutes before getting served. No care for customers or their time. Just going through the motions. Plenty of Uhaul places around, no need to waste your day here. 2 stars for at least having many trucks. read more

I had reserved a 10' Uhaul truck online. I arrived a few minutes early for my 10:30 am pick up, and there were 5 people ahead of me. The man behind the glass was with a customer who was not prepared and was talking to someone on the phone relaying information to the man behind the glass. Meanwhile, inside the shop, there was another person handling customers at a stand alone terminal. All but one person was there for a uhaul rental. The man at the stand alone terminal handled all the customers ahead of me and then me. This took 45 minutes, the man behind the glass was still with the same customer and in no particular hurry to finish to attend to the other customers. When I returned the truck this afternoon, there was one customer ahead of me. The same man from this morning was behind the glass, working slow as molasses and asking insignificant questions. The woman turned to me and rolled her eyes, twice!! She then asked if there was a manager, and he said he was the manager. I finally asked if I could just drop off the key for the rental, and the man said sure!. I said where would you like for me to put it, and he said, without looking at me, anywhere. So I dropped the key on the stool in the middle of the shop, and walked out. I will never do business with this location again. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible experience. read more

I literally flew in here during a rainstorm needing an emissions test as quickly as possible. Great service! They were not busy, probably because it was very close to closing time. The gentleman who helped me was so nice. He even helped me correct the fact that I had pulled into the lot backwards. He easily and quickly hooked up my car and did the test within 5 to 7 minutes of me pulling into the lot. I was in and out and back on my way to fight rush-hour traffic in no time. I know that it was so fast because they were about to close and no one else was there however the service was so good and the person who helped me was so friendly but I would definitely go back again for the same service or to check out the other offerings that they have. Stopped in to get my emissions and decided to have them wash my car, since the last couple of times I went to Mikael's I actually had to re-wash my car when I got home (they are terrible now). This could very well be the best car wash in Atlanta. They spend a lot of time on the interior and the exterior was detail was flawless. I came here for emissions and had a good experience. When I drove in, I was confused a little by all the traffic cones present. I drove past the first station to park and inquire. However, another car behind me pulled into the station and blocked my way. I was helped by moving the cones, so I can drive around to the second station. Yes, they have two. The inspector then talked to me and collected the payment. He gladly accepted the coupon posted on their website. I paid with my credit card and the voucher didn't have a tip line. When I asked how I can tip, he gently said "no tip, just leave a review online if you like us". After I signed the voucher, he went on to perform the tests. While waiting, I was offered a bottle of good quality water. Apart from finding my way around the stations, I was in and out in a breeze. read more

I visited Ezmissions to get my emissions test for tag renewal. The person at the front office, Robert, was super nice. He offered me a Dasani water (my fav water) to cool off on a hot day. I took a seat in a small patio they have outside, got my laptop out to do some work, and before my computer powered on the tech, Gabriel, notified me that my car was ready. Can you say speedy Gonzalez. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was there no more than 5 minutes. Gabriel informed me that I could renew my tag at an automated machine inside a Kroger that was less than a mile away. I was reluctant to believe him because I had just left the vehicle registration office and they had not mentioned anything about an automated machine even after the people at the office knew I had to leave early from work the next day to pay my tag before it expired. Lucky for me I went to Ezmission and Gabriel informed me about the machine because sure enough I walked into Kroger and there it was THE machine. I paid my tag renewal fee, the machine printed a receipt along with my tag decal, and I was on my merry way. Gabriel saved me 2 hours which I would have had to taken off from work just to make it in time before the tag office closed. Thanks Ezmission team. You guys rock! read more

I did call the owner. I spoke to him twice in fact. When I spoke to the sole proprietor. Notice mentioned it in initial complaint. I have every right to report his unethical behavior to the Better Business Bureau. Before I drove away with the second truck he told me that he would refund the cost of renting the first truck and that he wouldn't double charge me for the dolly. What he wanted me to do was back the two trucks up in his business parking lot. Keep it in perspective the it Wednesday at 9am. The lot is filled with U-Haul trucks. He runs a two lane emission station and a car wash. The users of the emission use one entrance and the car wash customers use the other. Likewise the customers use alternate exits. If I backed the two trucks up the way he suggested I would be blocking one of those lanes. Add to that the DEFINITE RISK of damaging another UHaul or one of his customers vehicles in the emissions station. If he is currently complaining about $51. Imagine what would happen if one of his customer cars were hit by a uhaul truck while leaving emissions or going into the carwash. Here's a comment from another customer who posted about his business online. "You'd never know the name of this place there's no sign that I can find anywhere. I finally figured... they've got so many business operating out of this little corner - emissions, a hand car wash, and U Haul rental...It's been easier and faster at other places in the past, so I probably won't be back... " Imagine if someone fell on his property while unloading and loading my stuff from the truck. Then what? The point is he promised that he would refund me for the first truck and that he wouldn't charge me twice for the dolly. I returned the first truck within the hour, I lived up to my end of the agreement. The truck wasn't even half full when I realized I needed a bigger truck. I called him on the phone and asked that he issue me a refund @1:22 PM on 5/22 and I have the call in my cell phone log. I asked about the refund and he responded that he hadn't called them yet. He confirmed that he would issue me a refund and that he would not charge me for the dolly. The duration of the call was two minutes. Finally, even if the car washer's are a contracted organization, his cashier the same person who reserves and rents the u-hauls collects the money for the car wash and he tried to raise the price on me at the window. Yes I came to the BBB. Robert kept my business because he is a Marine. I spend $1,225 with him a year. I still have my hair cut in Sandy Springs, I do my Grocery shopping at the Whole Foods down the street, and I tip well. He never sees my loyalty because I have my car wash done on Sunday Mornings when he's not so busy. I ran over from work last year during lunch to have my emissions done with Robert. What's really messed up is he know it. I greet him like a Marine because I am too a United State Marine. I used at least two leadership traits with him loyalty and faithfulness. Let me just say, he lacks Honesty. For me it's just the principle I of the thing. I am a loyal forgiving patient customer. I didn't call at the last minute I reserved I planned a month out. I've been doing business with this guy for 20 months. But ya know what he's loosing my business over $51.00. read more

Unbelievably bad! We made a reservation online and thankfully I printed it out and brought it with me. When we arrived we were finally 'greeted' by a rude and discourteous employee who right away acted as if we were doing him a favor by being there. He wouldn't look at us or acknowledge our questions. They didn't have the dolley we reserved and paid for and only offered to sell one to us. Then he pulled up the wrong vehicle which was too small. We told him we ordered a larger truck and he pretty much walked away and never came back to help us. We're now about 40 minutes into this. Then a person walks in and we asked if he was the manager. In an immediate defensive stance he barked back that he was 'The Owner". We tried to explain our situation as he looked up our reservation and interrupted us with 'it shows you ordered a van'. As I showed him my printed receipt which clearly showed the truck we saw the right size truck outside and asked for that one. Then oddly, he yelled to his employee, and this was kind of wierd, 'this lady is pissed! this lady is pissed!" Needless to say this was unnerving behavior, especially nowadays. We would have liked to have told the owner where to put his truck but you know how it is on a moving day - taking off work, people lined up to help you, etc. - so we took the truck and got out of there as fast as we could. I would stay away from this facility and find another - trust us, it's not worth it. read more
