I called to inquire and the in house gemologist was working that day. She said to swing on by and she would do a cleaning and approximation evaluation free of charge. I was really happy with my service and how I was treated by all of the staff in the store. They have a lot of very beautiful pieces and I hope one day to get a cross necklace or a ring from them. The showroom is small and clean but well staffed and well stocked with inventory. Prices seemed reasonable given the quality and craftsmanship but what do I know? Aaron switched the 3 quality Sapphires for very poor quality. They admitted they get their own Sapphires from Montana and facet them, which means they cut the stones themselves. Which only proves that they will facet poor quality Sapphire stones, and than switch them when they see quality ones. I could tell they had been switched because the middle one was a little bit of a different color and when I picked up the necklace they were all the same color. Do not trust this store. In my experience when a company starts change their name it normally is because they are not a good company, and I know for a fact this company is bad.

At first I wasn't going to do it, and then he doubled down and said, "You don't look like you're comfortable. I don't want you to feel like I'm giving you a bad deal. Call other places and see if you're getting a good offer from me." Not only did I go and call other places, I quickly noticed that the price that they were offering was a very fair price considering the rest of the market. Ryan was great to deal with. For the sake of efficiency, it would probably be wise to call in advance to ask what it is you're looking to sell or to buy so that they can be prepared for the transaction you want to complete.

Once he finally decided on something, we quickly got the details worked out, paid for the ring and received it 4 weeks later as expected. The ring was stunning, except for the fact that it had the wrong stones! We specified black diamonds and rubies, but instead received blue and orange stones. I immediately contacted Wade and he responded promptly, saying that they would make the correct ring and to hold onto the wrong one until we received the new one. Two months later and we hadn't heard a thing nor received the ring. My husband emailed, no response after over a week. He called and talked to Wade who didn't remember the order, not an issue as I'm sure they have a lot of clients and you can't remember everyone. But we still heard nothing even after he said he'd look into it. I finally emailed again and got a response saying they switched stone setters and the ring should be started shortly. Another month and we finally received the correct ring! My husband loves it; I just wish it had been made correctly the first time, and that it didn't take so long to get a second one done with the correct stones.
