We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

We were told to bring the registration, title and proof of insurance on the bikes when we brought them in. We brought the motorcycles with all the paperwork to store them at which point we were told since I rented the unit only my motorcycle could be stored in it - my husband had to rent a second unit as i am not on his title. that is there POLICY. I wanted to raise the matter above the Sunday fill-in guys head which fell on deaf ears. Big time BAIT AND SWITCH! We inked a deal with them understanding they were working in good faith. They only thing they really care about is being able to liquidate everything in your unit should you not pay. Never ever will I use this storage facility no matter how nice and clean (it is) and DO NOT recommend anyone try to store vehicles with them. FOLLOW UP - Dave at presumably the home office called to discuss my experience, promised he would provide a refund of the charges we encountered. 3 weeks later that refund remains missing, go figure.

My only gripe is that they get you in with a free month then raise rates within a few months And then keep raising them every few months so for long-term renters the monthly cost is always going up. It irks me that as a long-term renter, I'm paying so much more as a valued customer than someone coming off the street renting for the first time. There should be a long term renter discount.

This place is great for storage. A large building worth of units are climate controlled, but they…read morehave lots of outdoor lockers and parking spaces too. Prices are competitive, and the indoor units are tiered based on the ground floor. The more convenient, the more spendy. So if you don't mind using the elevators, you can save some money. Lots of sizes from 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, even 10x15. The guys that work here are awesome. Friendly accommodating, and available (even after hours) if you have problems. The gate needs a password, as does the door, and the elevator if you have access (which you only have access to a floor if you have a locker there). It's also under 24 hour video surveillance, so your stuff is safer here than anywhere short of a bank. The place is clean, with bug traps to catch critters. They have a fleet of dollies for moving things, as well as a loading dock and garage doors. I can't describe all the great things they've done for me here, but it's been the best storage facility I've used.
