I initially went alone, knew no one and had no (to very minimal) experience in any boxing or circuit training style. So it was intimidating, it being smaller than what I'm use to I wanted to still check it out. I expressed that upfront and GFIT stated it's for all levels and to not worry as the coaches will help me along the way and they 100% did!! As a beginner I felt comfortable coming back. I think I've come pretty far now since I started with the help of the coaches. I've noticed significant improvements in my technique since joining. I attend alot of Coach Paul's classes because it's most convenient with my time and he truly is AMAZING!! I enjoy his classes a lot. I've tried Coach Mike's too and his is great as well.
