I truly love this gym. It's large and has tons of great equipment. The front seat staff has always been helpful and is super friendly. My only criticism is something that comes with a successful gym, but it gets crowded at times. As long as the staff continues to perform this will be my favorite EOS. read more

Be wary of getting a membership here. -Bathrooms/showers are consistently dirty -Predatory billing department. Late fees incurred even when paid on time -Most cabled equipment has missing attachments -Staff are not given the tools to properly assist guests, causing guest vs staff tension when neither party is at fault, its upper leadership and corporate. read more

My fiancée signed up here so she can join me at the gym. At sign up they essentially force you to meet with a trainer. My fiancée is nicer than me so she obliged. They proceed to ask her current weight (weird). Still being polite she told them despite that being a really uncomfortable situation. At this point they try to sell their training services to her and she declined. The trainer then goes on to say "you wouldn't weigh xyz if I was training you." Another trainer apparently cut in however still tried to sell training services. My fiancée gave birth to our second child 2 months ago and this was her first step to try and get out of the house after caring for our new born. A trainer employed by EOS location said this to a postpartum mother. I requested a call from a manager explaining how their services are resulting in this treatment and it's been 3 weeks and still no call. Would still like clarity on what transpired here. read more

Be very careful of these people, the way they bill. I was double billed a month ago, as I changed my membership, contract said I would not be billed for a month, then billed again today the incorrect amount, have emailed corporate 3X, have talked to local club manager on Raintree, no response, no resolution, despite being told I would hear from a team member within 48 hours. No communication, no way to reach out other than what I have done, and they will not correct, credit me back for incorrect billing. Very frustrating, dunno what to do. read more

So glad I signed up here with the deals they had going! Such a great price for this awesome gym! It's so big and spacious. Even when it's busy, there's plenty of machines to use. The locker room has a ton of lockers so you're not standing on top of other people changing. Everything is new obviously but so awesome. They have everything you can think of! They even have some machines ther help train you and increase weight, I can't wait to check them out a bit more. The staff is super nice and helpful when needed, even when you go super early. The gym has been kept clean so far, hope it stays that way after it's been open awhile. I always see people walking around cleaning. There's a bunch of classes and amenities. If you're going to sign up, definitely don't be cheap and get will power membership. read more

The gym is good the equipment is good but the staff and managers are horrible and have been nothing but rude to me I went earlier to upgrade my membership and was asked 4 times if I want a trainer I said no and then the person told me "I always like to ask because I don't get why people come to a place like this if they don't know what there doing" I believe this person should not be working at a gym or any customer service role if they are going to be passive aggressive and rude to people because they do not want to pay hundreads of dollars a month for a personal trainer and make customers feel bad for not paying for a trainer an make comments about customers not knowing what to do if they don't pay for a trainer horrible place do not bring them business other then the management the gym has good equipment but the management ruined it for me I'll take my business elsewhere. The gym is nice, but there are definitely issues, like the women taking selfies in the bathroom when others are changing, which is really unsafe. But I wanted to warn you DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING! They will lie and cheat to get money out of you any way they can. I signed up for weekly personal training for 4 months. I agreed to add on an extra session per week for the first month and was told I'd get a discount rate and that this would be $120 for the month. NOT TRUE. They charged me $120 TWICE. Now, I can't get them to turn this off. I ended the "extra" personal training last month, but they still try to charge my card DAILY for it. To get this stopped, I have gotten the runaround from their staff and variety of out-of-house billing people. Their fitness manager, Heather, is terrible. Her personality is one thing (she shouldn't have a job working with people because she's rude and unpleasant) but she lies. She said she was going to stop this yesterday, but Eos is still trying to charge my card today. I paid for 8 sessions last month and only received six. They get away with this because they tell you all your sessions are banked and you don't lose anything. But with this pricing model where they just take, take, take, they never give. Their scheduling system doesn't work, they cancel your sessions, they schedule them without you present, it's just a huge pain. I am never quite sure if I am going to have a personal training session or not, so I show up anyway just to be told I'm "not funding" and won't have a session today. Basically, Eos takes your money and provides little value in return. They will get around to your training when they feel like it. They will come back and say, "Did you read the contract," but you don't get to read it before you sign. DO NOT believe them when they tell you what is in the contract; they say anything to get you to sign. Fortunately for me, I control my card and they won't get this $120 out of me that I did not authorize. This shouldn't be an issue; Eos should do business honestly. I know a lot of people don't pay attention to what goes in/out on their cards and may be surprised to see Eos taking so much, especially when you don't authorize it, or get tricked into a contract. So here's how the contract works, according to the very cold fitness manager, Heather Williams. I am locked into this thing and can't cancel until the 5th invoice. (I have 8 total). Given that she doesn't keep her word, I doubt that. I'm still waiting for her to stop the extra debits of $120 I NEVER AGREED TO. The gym is nice, I will give it that. I may keep the gym membership after this, but I feel really ripped off, disrespected, and cheated right now. Trust is lost. My trainer is good, but she's held back by the policies of this gym, sadly. I haven't felt like going in while this crap is going on. Eos does need to learn some customer service and to respect the clients that pay them money, especially those of us who spend extra on personal training. There are some nice folks at the front desk, but only in person. On the phone, they're mostly terrible. It's evident that there's NOT enough communication between the staff. Everyone passes responsibility to the next saying they can't do something, they need the next person to do it. You mean to tell me in a packed gym with a full parking lot, you can't just train multiple people to do the job? Grow up. Learn customer service and how to run a business. Eos staff has some learning to do. There is NO excuse for how badly I've been treated at Eos. Get rid of Heather Williams and get someone with people skills and follow through. Train your staff on customer service and communication. You've had a chance to make things right with me and you keep blowing it. I will amend this review if you do, but I will keep it honest as well. I DO NOT recommend personal training based on the predatory financial tactics of Eos. Choose someone local and independent at a small gym where people keep their word and payments are handled in house! Eos is NOT trustworthy. I've been trying to get in touch with my club manager since May, and despite repeated attempts, I have yet to receive a single call back. l've been in the hospital for months and urgently need to speak with someone who can actually help me. The front desk staff has been completely unhelpful-no one seems trained or informed enough to tell me what's going on. I deeply regret signing up with this club. The same manager who was so eager to sign me up and take my money is now nowhere to be found when I need assistance. At this point, I feel like I'm being scammed. Lindsey is hands down the best Stretching Coach here! I've had 4 back surgeries, so my lower back, hips and glutes are ALWAYS tight, and I'm under a lot of stress and carry it in my middle to upper back, she does such a great job that I'm actually pain free for multiple days!! Very nice, large, brand new facility. Just opened this year (2025) so most of the machines are new! They have different amenities like a movie theatre room, stretch zone, massage chairs and more. It looks like they're still bldg the indoor poor area, to open probably next year, some silly things to me was they don't offer towels. Only if you are the top tier level, and you have to swipe your card to get out of a vending machine-so bring your own towel if you're not the top level. Overall nice experience and very friendly staff. read more

For starters when you make an agreement that you're not going to be billed for 30 days after the gym opens up you stick to your agreements. I was charged today 24 hours after the gym opened. Lol, these bad reviews are hilarious. This eos is a dream. The layout is smart and functional. Lots of space, doesn't feel overfilled with equipment even though there's a TON of *brand new* equipment. The neighborhood can seem a little iffy but it's safe! I'm not crazy about the quad extension machine here but that's okay. It's a great gym. Staff is friendly, approachable, and I always see someone cleaning every little part of something. read more

I love this gym BUT every time I come to this gym I get harassed by the employees. They always come to me trying to get me to the front desk about a debt collections owed by someone I had taken to EOS as a buddy one time many years ago!! I've told them it has nothing to do with me and to take it off my account whatever it is that is showing. I pay my bill every month and on time. Stop harassing me for something that has nothing to do with me!!!! Let me workout in peace like everyone that pays their membership!!! Loving this gym!! The only feedback I have is I really wish the cardio cinema followed the online movie schedule! I do my cardio in there almost daily and it is a smidge bit of motivation to keep going, but disappointing when the movie schedule is not correct. read more

It doesn't matter whether their gyms are good, bad or otherwise; they are scammers regarding the cost of their memberships. I have been trying to terminate this agreement for months; I have been charged for the termination ($34.99 and then 59.99). Following the charge for termination they continue to charge the monthly fee; month after month. I even had to block them at the bank, and now they are sending notices of membership payment due. Please note that we have only been to this gym once in a year and are charged month after month. We have been in to the club personally and spoken with the manager (Shayleigh), who assured us that the membership was terminated; but lied! BUYER BEWARE!! read more

I told him the one I was interested, but if I could use my pass and decide after. He told me the pass wasn't active until I signed up for a membership. I used to go to Eos fitness probably around 10 years ago and had a bad experience. Plus the closest one at the time was off thunderbird and the 101, so it wasn't close to me at the time. I thought that I would sign up for a 7 day free trial online to give them a try again cause they opened one near where I lived. When I signed up online they sent me an email to come in so I could use the free trial. Got to the desk and said that I wanted to use it and denied me from using Cause I had an account years ago. You would think someone that had an account with him before they should give them a free pass cause there may have been a reason why they stopped coming in the first place to try to win somebody back, but they didn't care. Just set me on my way. Didn't even attempt to say let me see what I can do for you on a membership for nothing. I will be speaking to the manager. read more

The gym itself isn't bad it has good equipment, but I'm going to talk about the personal training part, first the first session they say is free it's not free they will charge you 20 bucks. They will push training which is fine but they will not be honest with the time, they tell you that you cancel at anytime but this isn't the case. They make it complicated to cancel and there's a 4 month minimum yes 4 month. You are pretty much locked in for that time, don't expect staff to help they won't they will just delay and pretend they can't do anything about it. With practice like this I couldn't recommend this gym read more
