The manager wouldn't even attempt to verify the funds how a bank can unless they suspect fraud which they had zero reason to assume and hold the funds without trying to verify first. I am now being told I can't access the money for over a week when other banks have no issues verifying the check for you and giving you access to your own money. Would not recommend coming here if you need a larger amount of money as they don't give you access to it if needed. Teller was extremely sweet, manager not so much as she didn't even try to verify my check so I can access it without waiting over a week. She was too busy judging instead of doing her job to verify the money customers should have access to when needed.

They have completely sidestepped every question and claim it's because we didn't have a number on the end of the deposit number to identify it as a deposit to checking. This despite the fact that our state return had the same number and was accepted. So what did they do? Deposited it into someone else's account. Neither the number or name match this mystery account. Now they have told us they can't do anything and we have to go to the IRS. Throughout the whole process Christine Scott showed zero compassion or empathy for their business losing the $5,000 of a family of four. Absolutely disgraceful.

The most frustrating thing other than you lying through omission (not previously telling us that we needed my wife to have a credit score of 620) you waisted our time, you didn't get back to us right away and in reality, this should've been handled right then and there while we were in your office. The irony is that we already got a loan for this car, three years ago. And even with my wife's lower score we've never missed a payment. Obviously you and your underwriters don't have any common sense or ability to think critically. So why would a borrower attempt to use this institution? Avoid this shady business and "manager"

Last night I went to this bank to use the ATM machine. Chase on Main Street & Empire I withdrew…read more$320 using my CitiBank card. I intended to directly deposit this money into my Chase account. The ATM machine dispensed 3 counterfeit $20 dollar bills amongst the bills that I received. I noticed the bills felt thicker and looked strange. When I tried to deposit the money into my Chase account the same ATM machine would not take the bills it just gave me. When I called Chase this morning they would not help me. They told me to call CitiBank. Even though it was their machine that has the counterfeit bills in it. Do not use this ATM machine! I have an Oakley PD incident report and CitiBank is now disputing my transaction. But this could take 45 days. Someone in the bank had to have loaded this machine with fake money. ATM's can detect the counterfeit bills going in but obviously not coming out.
