I reached out to the rental owner immediately -- the appropriate thing to do -- to ask what she wanted me to do, and without hesitation, this was the business she recommended I contact. I sent a request for contact through Yelp and expected to hear back maybe the next day. Honestly, I was surprised by the VERY prompt (within an hour of sending the message!) and courteous response I received from the owner. He informed me he could send someone out the next morning -- totally reasonable -- for a free quote. The quote was quickly agreed to and the gentleman got right to work! The stains were completely gone with all evidence lifted by the time the cleaner left!! I kept in touch with the owner of the rental and learned that Spitz had done such a great job that if I hadn't initially reached out to her, she said she never would have even known anything had happened. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, but you won't be sorry if you use them! They are friendly, efficient and their work is spectacular!! Thank you again for your help in a pinch!!

It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail as a customer. So White Carpet is definitely now on my quarterly deep cleaning list to keep my rugs looking brand new.

I reached out, and within minutes, he had us scheduled for a time that worked perfectly. He showed up right on time and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The cleaning itself was outstanding! My carpets look brand new, and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Not only was the quality of his service top-notch, but his rates were also very reasonable. We have kids and lots of stairs, but he made it all work, and everything is super clean. All the stains from our rug are also gone. It's rare to find someone who combines such efficiency, skill, and professionalism with great pricing. I had these guys come to clean my area rugs carpets and sectional. I have to say I haven't been this satisfied with a carpet cleaner in a long time. John was so polite and knowledgeable. He explained the whole cleaning process to me very thoroughly and quoted me a very cheap price with little extra charges. They came same day and spent a great deal of time getting the carpet cleaned right which was in pretty bad shape having not cleaned them in awhile even though they had a full schedule that day which I loved. They even used a "cherry deodorizer" when they went over the sofa which smelled great. One of the things I also appreciated was they wiped my hardwood floors for drips when they were done which is something ive had problems with in the past. I would recommend these guys to anyone and have already referred them to my neighbor!! read more

Guaranteed Good Work! Sam and John are AMAZING, I'm so glad I found them! QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE and attention to detail goes a long way. I called Sunday afternoon to see if I could get two bedrooms cleaned at the last minute. I spoke with John and he was very professional, he answered all my questions and scheduled me for service later that day. They showed up at the scheduled time and gave me a demo of cleaning process before getting started. I called John on a Friday and he was at our house cleaning the carpet and a very old and smelly sofa the following Monday. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and professionalism. He got stains out of our carpet that other cleaners couldn't handle for years. He did a great job on the old sofa as well. John and his helpers were not only completley punctual but did a great job on the carpets and the tile in the kitchen.
