I was very worried that the tiles for my entire apartment could never get fully clean again for barefoot/socks walking since the previous people that lived here didn't seem to take their shoes off. I requested a quote on Yelp, and got a quick response from Ty! I texted him photos of the tiles and gave measurements of my apartment, and he was quick to respond with an exact quote with amazing pricing - and easily corresponded via text for coordinating the appointment. He was able to come in the next day. On day 1, my tiles were thoroughly cleaned and I could even walk around with socks! On day 2, he came in to apply sealant and wax after the tiles dried overnight. Needed the carpets cleaned before then arrives! Found this "NO WET" deal and likes the sound of it. I had issues with carpet cleaning years ago and only realized the issue when I was removing the carpet. Mold and the carpet cushion sticking to the hardwood floors. Anyway.... Ty was great from beginning to the end. I reached out via yelp around midnight out of frustration because my tile scrubber broke. My floors have never been professionally cleaned since the installation 4 years ago. Other surfaces, I'm sure have never been cleaned. He responded within 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting that. He came by the next morning, on time to give an in person estimate. Very kind, professional, lively, and funny. When I was ready to have my floors done I was able to schedule for the day I needed. He was running a little late but communicated with me about that. Things happen. He arrived, explained his process, and began the work. It included our upstairs hallway, stairs, entryway, livingroom, bathroom, dining and kitchen. I have a 10 month old who's on the verge of walking so a clean home is critical. I have used Ty one time a little while ago and I can honestly say he did the best job of any of the carpet cleaners I have hired. My carpets have actually stayed clean and still not restained after quite a while now. Old stains did not pop up as soon as he walked out of here , as is the usual case with regular cleaners.
