We are now sitting at a Firestone waiting for them to fix a leak at the oil drain plug that was completely ignored by your technicians. Furthermore, the only oil they found in the vehicle seems like old oil that was never changed in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. We did exactly what responsible customers are supposed to do. We brought the vehicle in before a road trip, clearly explained the situation, and trusted your staff to do the job properly. Instead, we are dealing with a potentially serious issue, a ruined travel day, oil on our driveway, and the added time and expense of having another shop inspect your work. You have lost us as customers permanently. I also want to be very clear that I intend to make sure people know exactly what happened at this location. I will be sharing this experience honestly and publicly because I do not believe people should trust a shop that sends a customer out the door after an oil change and "road trip check," only for that customer to find oil leaking all over their driveway a week later. The engine light came on the code said water pump they replaced the water pump, but they charged me for labor again 3days after they put in the second water pump the engine light came back on. I took it to another BMW mechanic scanned the code said water pump malfunction. I told them you guys look into it. See what's going on. Fix it and let me know they removed the water pump that was put on the second time and told me it's an after water market pump it's so cheap. It doesn't even have a name or serial number on it. It was not compatible to the 740 BMW this company is putting aftermarket parts and cheap parts on your vehicle.

Thank you Yelpers, I chose Georgia Luxury because it was by far the highest rated. GLA did not disappoint. I set up my appointment and everything went like clockwork. They worked with the insurance company and the rental car agency. Hertz rental car is real close and they picked me up after the appointment. The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. Now the important part -- quality of the work. It was great, the bumper looked brand new and the detailing was one of the better details I have seen.
