I bought 2 bicycles for my wife and daughter at this shop. We had stopped in earlier to see what sorts of deals they had, and almost pulled the trigger, but walked away so that we didn't make an impulsive buy. But this weekend we came back! The main reason we did was because of the excellent service and support that we got from the team at this store. I couldn't in good faith bring my business elsewhere. The patience, kindness and knowledge of the staff made me want to buy from them. Jovanny Cruz was a superb sales rep. I think my ladies must have ridden more than half the bikes in the store and Jovanny remained patient and encouraging to both of them, honestly trying to find a good fit. Andrew Fisher, the service manager for the store, was a wealth of knowledge and answered more the technical questions about the makeup of the bikes that made our short list. I look forward to working with him in the future for regular maintenance of all of our bikes. Bryan Kenny, the store manager, was helpful and supportive of his staff so that they could focus on the customers. He's a friendly guy and makes you feel welcomed there. The prices that day had deep discounts and we decided to get two bikes instead of one. We aren't sorry we did. Trek makes products that look and ride great. With the nice cool weather lately, it was time to buy a nice bike trailer for our two little kids to ride with us. We did a little research online and saw that the Casselberry store sold the brand that our friend recommended. The price looked to be the same as online merchants too. The perk about shopping in a local store? We could load up the kids in the trailer and make sure they fit snug and comfortably before buying it. The Trek Bicycle team ALSO assembled the item for us! This is a pretty cool shop located off 436 in Casselberry, they sale bikes and fix bikes plus sale accessories for bike riders such as shoes etc.. they even have energy bars and other things to get you pumped when you go bike riding for those that are big time bike riders and need that boost to ride for hours. I took my bike to get it checked out because the air in the bike was not feeling up the bike making it ride able, they looked at it and everything was fine and they even put air in it for free. Good staff,friendly and knowledgeable. They have some great bikes in there some ranging as much as $5,000 . Great place to check it out if you like riding bikes they also have cheaper bikes for mountain riding, or racing or even some old school bicycles. You can find bikes of all sizes and colors if they don't have what you need you can go to there website and ordered it or I am sure they can do it for you. My Raleigh, an older 15 speed, bike, had the front derailleur cable snap. I called this shop and was told it would cost $40 to repair. I put my bike rack on my car and drove it here. When I arrived a different employee told me that the $40 was for labor, and the cable was another $40. Both annoying and disappointing. I schlepped my bike back home, not fixed. Every time I try to fix a tire there is an issue, as it never stays inflated. This time I get home and the back tire was a completely different size and is now smaller than my front tire now. This is the 2nd issue with this tire with them. Tavares store is just as bad. I have a new tube and a new tire, so $60 in easy and it's the wrong one. Based on a personal recommendation and on strong reviews in yelp, I stopped by David's on 436 Saturday possibly needing a new seat, certainly needing some help with the seat assembly on my 12-year-old road/mountain bike. I received extraordinarily courteous and helpful assistance from Ian, at the front register, and gracious help and advice from the mechanic and another staffer. Turned out, I didn't need a new seat, just a little help fixing the seat apparatus. Ian did this for me on the spot after I had looked at possible replacement seats while he finished helping another customer. Ian also filled the tires with air. When I asked how much I owed, he said, no worries, you don't owe us a dime. Meanwhile, when I told them that I am new in town and needed to get my car looked at, the mechanic recommended a nearby garage which turned out to be very helpful. All of this, plus David's shop has a big selection and is well organized. With numerous locations in the greater Orlando area, it appears that I have found among the best for bicycle sales and service in the area. This seems to be the only place in Orlando that sells Trek bikes. And that's fine because everyone here is extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. They have a great trade-in program for kids' bikes and a good selection of new and used bikes. Service work has always been completed well before the estimates, if it wasn't taken care of that same day. Even though I had been driving by the store for years I had no idea it was there until I looked for a dealer on Trek's website because their sign is either too far from the road or too short. read more

First off, let me preface this by saying I'm a complete klutz when it comes to basic bike maintenance and repair. I can wash it, clean the chain, and that's about it. New bar tape? David's. Flat tire? David's Pretty much anything? David's. Yeah. I'm the guy who, when he flats, calls my wife and asks her to bring the car. Like I said, noob. With the COVID pandemic, I became rededicated to riding my bike, and the lack of preventative maintenance caught up with me. Call it karma, call it bad luck, call it whatever, I got hit with a huge string of mechanicals. And David's was there for me. May: Flat caused by a cracked rim. They ordered a new wheel for me; they said two weeks, it was 6 days. June: New rear wheel flatted. Brought it in, and took advantage of the down time (and the need) to get a major tune up (wheels trued, bottom bracket, drivetrain, cogs, you name it....like I said, I'm bad at maintenance). Shop is still in COVID mode, so they said again two weeks. 5 days and its back. Here's where the above and beyond starts. 2nd ride after I get it back, the rear wheel flats again. I bring it in, they fix it, check the rim tape, no charge. Oh, and as part of the massive tuneup, they put on another new tire. And two rides later, that flatted. And they fixed it...after they changed the rim tape and checked everything that could be causing the epidemic of flats. They made sure that the job wasn't done until everything was done right. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at David's of Casselberry. Aryan, Ian, Jim, Thomas, and everyone there is truly amazing. Their service techs constantly underpromise and overdeliver, and they make sure that if there's a problem, they will work to fix it. Also, during (and after) the height of the COVID pandemic, they were always willing to work with me to maintain social distancing and safety; whether that be coming outside to meet me, extra wipe downs of my bike and wheels to reassure me, conducting payment over the phone, whatever it took to reassure me and continue to provide their excellent service. Took two bikes in for tune ups. A Trek I had bought used for $200 there and a Townie that I bought new. They charged me $450.00. $130.00 for parts and $320.00 for the maintenance. Really feel ripped off. The more I think about it the angrier I get. Service is way over priced. I could see if I had a $4000.00 bike, but ridiculous service prices. Will not be back and will spread the word in Maitland. read more

Went in to pick up my bike I ordered online , it wasn't there! But that's ok. They fitted me while I was there and turns out I purchased the wrong size anyway and they had one in stock that fit better. They let me test ride it and it was so perfect. They also helped me with recommendations for things I may need while riding,(I asked), they weren't pushy sales types either, which was great. Anything you do with a bicycle these guys can help. They have quality bikes and products from your child's first bike to one that you want to compete in a race with. Very helpful unless you want to just look, then they leave you alone mostly because they are always busy. They aren't the cheapest or least expensive but quality products and knowledge of the culture. read more

Unbelievably rude staff. Trying to talk me into buying a $900 bike when I was looking at something half the price. When I mentioned what I was comparing to they were extremely rude since it was a brand available at mass market retailers. I was clear on my use needs- not looking for major riding- just looking to cruise around. Would NEVER give them a dollar of my money. read more

I took my sons Trek bike here and got a tuneup. The service was excellent with Eric taking care of it quickly. They made us feel welcome (even my little man) and charged us a very fair price. there are lots of other products to buy for your bike including shoes and clothing.
