I visited the dealership to look at a Subaru for my daughter to take to college. After test driving the vehicle, I placed a deposit on it in good faith, expecting a fair process regarding financing--either through their channels or with an opportunity to secure my own. Instead, the dealership sold the vehicle without notifying me, without discussing financing terms, and without giving me a chance to pursue other options. Even more disturbing--they kept my deposit after selling the car to someone else. I followed up a week later and was told I would receive a refund. As of today, Saturday, May 24, 2025, I still have not received my money back. This behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unethical. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. I urge anyone considering Oceans Mazda to rethink doing business with them. Based on my experience, they do not honor their word, do not operate with transparency, and do not value their customers.

I had to travel nearly 3 hours to get to the dealership by the way. They called me 30 minutes before I arrived to make sure I was on the way, and I verified I was just down the road. When I checked in the sales rep, he was confused about the vehicle I was there to see. He comes back after talking with his manager and says they just sold the car 30 minutes ago. They essentially had me come out there to try and convince me to buy something else I wasn't interested in. So yeah that was a waste of a day and 0/10 recommend this place. Go anywhere else, not worth your time. If I could leave a negative review I would.

The games dont stop - its fun for them miserable for you as a customer. I was an out of state customer treated him like a gentleman but WAY TO MANY GAMES!!!     I wanted to share my negative experience with SOLO MOTORSPORTS ALPHARETTA on 5630 Commerce Blvd…read more My reason for turning to them for repair service was to obtain a quote for the installation of valvetronic actuator to my BMW X6. The car alarm system would make a strange sound every time you locked or unlocked the vehicle. I must mention that my car had undergone a full service just two weeks prior and I had obtained an estimate in the amount of $2,114 from another car repair to have the problem fixed. I decided to turn to SOLO MOTORSPORTS ALPHARETTA for a "second opinion". Taking the car in, they insisted that they needed to perform a full diagnostic, which would cost me $145. Anyway, they performed the diagnostic and came up with an estimate of $5,900 to have the repair made. I was shocked, upset, and disappointed because they had created their own scope of work that contained jobs that had nothing to do with the sound coming from the car. All I wanted was the noise to be corrected by replacement of the valvetronic actuator. Upon receiving their estimate, I paid their $145 diagnostic fee and picked up my car so that I could take it to the other car repair shop. My advice is to be very diligent if you are using SOLO MOTORSPORTS ALPHARETTA for the first time. It's important that you know your car, otherwise they will create an expansive scope of work for you to pay for. Entailing the replacement of parts on your car that aren't even damaged. Stay WOKE!

The moment I walked in to the Roswell location, David greeted me, took the time to start conversation, asked if he could be of any assistance while I looked at vehicles, and ultimately helping me in finalizing my vehicle purchase. I test drove two cars that day, David printed out and pulled up all the specs. As a young woman, he did not pressure me, but let me ask questions and take my time test driving and looking at the vehicles. I fell in love with one of the cars, but it was not four-wheel-drive and needed that. So back to the drawing board! Over the course of the following 2 1/2 weeks, David stayed in contact and helped me look for the specific vehicle in four-wheel-drive at Carmax locations across the country. I ended up finding a completely different vehicle at the Lithia Springs location and David helped me with the transfer of getting that vehicle and another that I was tentatively looking at moved over to the Roswell location so I could come in for a test drive and view the cars in person. His promptness and help was above and beyond! There was no feeling of pressuring me to just to get a car because I like it, but talking over logistics and particular needs made this an educational experience for me in a great way! I went in that day with my current vehicle, cleaned out ready to drop off to them to sell, and test drove both of these newly delivered cars. I fell in love with one that had everything I was looking for, and walked away less than two hours later with my old car being traded in and that money used as my down payment and my new vehicle being looked over and ready to hit the road! David made sure to follow up with me over the following weeks to see how I was liking the car, and if I had any questions or concerns. So in writing this review, thank you David for not being a salesman who wanted to take advantage of a young woman car shopping, but in making the experience exciting, educational, and left me feeling good about my purchase and investment in my new car!

We contacted the dealer immediately but were offered no inspection or help. We requested a Carfax and maintenance records at that time. The Carfax was provided about 1.5 months later, and no maintenance records were ever given. Soon after, multiple warning lights appeared (brakes, power steering, engine). On Mar 24, the car failed to accelerate safely. It had only been driven ~510 miles since purchase. Despite early reports, we were told nothing could be done due to a 30-day window. On Mar 27, inspection found a misfire code and we were told basic maintenance had not been done prior to sale. No resolution was offered. We are now paying for repairs. When I called Rick Case Roswell last year to schedule I was told that it would be six weeks before the first available recall service appointment. On the day of the appointment the dealership was closed due to the hurricane and I was told that I would have to wait another six weeks. Works schedules and life have interfered so this month I finally was able to schedule time off to drop the car off. When I scheduled I was told that they would have the parts for both issues and be ready to complete the work in one day. Well today was the day, dropped the car off and was told that they would be working on the two recall issues and call me later when they were done. Two and a half hours later I get the text message saying that they were done. I get a ride to the dealership and when I go pick up I was told that they only did service on one item and that they would call me when parts arrived for the second item. I say "wait, you said that you were prepared to do both items, what happened?" The service writer tells me that they have to inspect the vehicle first to determine if the car indeed needed the recall repair, and that my car DOES need it. Colossal waste of my time and they did not seem to care that it practically takes an act of congress for me to get time off. I felt dismissed, this was no where near the level of service that I was sold when I purchased my G80. The funny thing is that prior to the appointment day Rick Case Hyundai was sending messages offering to sell me a new vehicle while I'm there. I don't think that will be ever happening after my experiences with this dealership. Sorry to be so long with this review. No one at the dealership wanted to take my phone call so maybe someone there will see this and pass it along. Based on other reviews here, I kind of doubt that they will even care.

    My experience at MOTORDOINT Roswell was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I arrived at 10 AM…read moreready to purchase a vehicle, but by 2 PM I still didn't have a car. Initially, I was in the process of buying a vehicle that had already been approved by my bank. While the paperwork was being completed, I even went as far as adding the car to my insurance. Then, out of nowhere, I was told that someone else had already placed a deposit on the vehicle--and they gave the car away. This was after I had already invested significant time and taken steps assuming the deal was finalized. After that, things only got worse. For the next four hours, I was shown vehicles that were either unavailable or not ready, with repeated promises that led nowhere. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy. Overall, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for my time was unacceptable. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth or honest car-buying experience.
