On 29 july , my family and I visited the dealership with the genuine intention of purchasing a new Hyundai vehicle. We were prepared to complete the purchase and expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. During our interaction with the dealership sales person Bradly all of a sudden Gen. manager Mosco appear and we were treated in a manner that we believe was disrespectful, unfair, and discriminatory. The manager's behavior toward us was abrupt, dismissive, and unprofessional. The situation escalated unexpectedly, and despite our sincere intention to purchase the vehicle, the dealership ultimately refused to proceed with the sale. The manner in which we were treated left us feeling humiliated and deeply concerned that we were treated differently because of our race and/or ethnicity. No customer should experience this type of treatment while attempting to purchase a vehicle. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in the Hyundai brand. I bought a shiny new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe in 2025, paying a cool $38,000, or so I thought. Turns out, it was actually a loaner with nearly 2,400 miles under its belt--so much for 'brand new.' That little detail voided my warranty, and I didn't find out until my oil change turned into a revelation. I insisted that they do the right thing, and miracle of miracles, they did--after I've been shuttled around to 14 lenders with my stellar 683 credit score. Fast forward: I try to refinance, but no luck--my credit took a nosedive to 642 thanks to their shenanigans. Talk about getting completely and utterly screwed! The alleged red carpet experience is nonexistent and nothing but advertising hype. It takes 3/5 days to get call back on the possibility of receiving a loaner vehicle as promised in their ad campaign. I tried to get an appointment at Atlanta Genesis for an instrument failure and was told the wait would be until July. There is nothing luxurious about the Genesis experience: it is pure Hyundai. When I purchased my G80 I was sold on the VIP service etc with Hyundai's Luxury brand. All was good in CA where I purchased the car, however since moving to GA I have received notices for two recalls. When I called Rick Case Roswell last year to schedule I was told that it would be six weeks before the first available recall service appointment. On the day of the appointment the dealership was closed due to the hurricane and I was told that I would have to wait another six weeks. Works schedules and life have interfered so this month I finally was able to schedule time off to drop the car off. When I scheduled I was told that they would have the parts for both issues and be ready to complete the work in one day. Well today was the day, dropped the car off and was told that they would be working on the two recall issues and call me later when they were done. Two and a half hours later I get the text message saying that they were done. I get a ride to the dealership and when I go pick up I was told that they only did service on one item and that they would call me when parts arrived for the second item. I say "wait, you said that you were prepared to do both items, what happened?" The service writer tells me that they have to inspect the vehicle first to determine if the car indeed needed the recall repair, and that my car DOES need it. Colossal waste of my time and they did not seem to care that it practically takes an act of congress for me to get time off. I felt dismissed, this was no where near the level of service that I was sold when I purchased my G80. The funny thing is that prior to the appointment day Rick Case Hyundai was sending messages offering to sell me a new vehicle while I'm there. I don't think that will be ever happening after my experiences with this dealership. Sorry to be so long with this review. No one at the dealership wanted to take my phone call so maybe someone there will see this and pass it along. Based on other reviews here, I kind of doubt that they will even care. read more

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Genesis of Roswell in Atlanta, GA was truly disappointing and warrants sharing. From the very first phone call--which was routed through a call center rather than connecting directly with the dealership--the process felt impersonal and frustrating. I was bounced around before finally being assigned to a service advisor named Norris. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. Norris was not only unhelpful, but his tone was consistently unfriendly and, at times, demeaning. Rather than guiding me through the service process or answering my questions with patience, he spoke in a curt and dismissive manner that made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. There was no sense of professionalism, no courtesy, and certainly no attempt to make the experience a positive one. The situation became so unpleasant that I made the decision to have my GV70 towed from Genesis of Roswell to Genesis of Atlanta--where I normally go and where the service is always top tier and unmatched. The difference in customer care was night and day. At Genesis of Atlanta, I consistently feel like a valued customer, and I regret ever straying from them. For a luxury brand like Genesis, I expected a level of customer care that matches the quality of the vehicle, across the board. Instead, I felt frustrated, disrespected, and completely let down. When I called just before leaving to confirm my appointment to see a specific vehicle, I was again told it was available, which was completely untrue. When I arrive I was told it was apparently "at sea" and wouldn't arrive for 3-5 weeks. Bait and switch. I walked. I checked their website again the next evening and the missing vehicles are still being advertised as on their lot. I bought my 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid in July of 2024. Hands down, it was the easiest buying experience. Now, almost a year later. I am having my first complimentary oil change. It was easy to book the appointment on the app; they took me on time, and it took a little less than an hour. Free WiFi, clean & quiet place to work while waiting. I ordered touch-up paint from parts; they were very friendly and helpful. I needed an area of my tint touched up where it had bubbles, and Gene, the manager, took care of that for me on a separate date. I'd buy from them and use them again. No frills, just hard working people that seem to enjoy their jobs and want to do the right thing by their customers. read more

Had a oil change done. Wife picked up the car later after-hours. After driving a bit, all 4 tires shows low pressure warnings. This was late at night. She was stopped in a nearest parking lot. She did not risk driving when all tires had warnings. I had to drive all the way over to help out. Realized that all 4 tires were inflated at 25 psi instead of the required 35 psi. So had to manually pump all the tires in the cold weather. Next day messaged the Service Coordinator who has been working with us. He did not have the courtesy to respond - let alone apologize for the mistake. read more

Took to Rick Case in Roswell 2 days later only to be told that they could not replicate the problem and therefore nothing could be done. No pending or current codes and the software is not sophisticated enough to hold past error codes? Went home with a vehicle that as far as they know can lose power anytime anywhere. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rick Case Hyundai. Upon picking up my new/used car, I noticed that there was a warning message on the display. As it turns out, the vehicle required a $500+ service. Without hesitation, the management team at Rick Case offered to keep the vehicle, get it serviced, and put me in loaner, or allow me to take the vehicle and get it serviced myself, and then reimburse me for the expense. I chose the latter, and Rick Case fulfilled their end of the bargain without a hitch. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in, they gave me a fair deal on the purchase of the new vehicle, and they stood by their word and reputation. Don't go here. We bought an elantra hybrid from a Different dealer who cannot fix the recall issue that we were notified about. We were sent to a different dealer. Unfortunately we ended up at this terrible dealership. They mixed up the numbers in our VIN and we suggested that maybe they made a mistake when charging us and saying we did not own the car that we drove in. They proceeded to tell us that we had never purchased a car and that our car was actually owned by somebody else. We then contacted the dealer from whom we bought our actual car. And they sent us the original title that indeed showed that they did not sell us a used car, and also mentioned that the Rick case team closely watches their dealerships and would want to know about this ridiculous issue. They recommended that we get in touch with Rick case personally, but of course we did not have their contact. Regardless, go to a different dealership. The salesman and manager were condescending and when their mistake was realized there was not even an apology. Total joke. Stay away. read more

Buyers beware - Dealership straight up lied to my face. I walked in educated on a certain car and what payments would be at different rates. Navid (Sales Consultant) and I talked for ~hour about the car / trade in / other options. When we got to talking payment numbers, the monthly payments were MUCH higher than what should have been. When I asked what the interest rate was, he pulled up the Hyundai website and said "6.39%, the best the Hyundai offers right now." I walked out and ended up buying at a different dealership at the rate and payments that I was expecting. Later did the math and discovered that Rick Case Roswell was lying to me with hopes of getting me to sign in a 17.8% interest rate. Most recently our 4th one is a 2022 SantaFe Calligraphy . . . which we bought just last week. We have found the team at RCHR to be absolutely wonderful. On our recent purchase Sales Manager Karen Dewhurst found the car we wanted, handled the sale magnificently, made us a great deal and was fun to work with. We also want to give shout outs to Finance Manager Eli Gonzalez and to Service Manager Andrew Steadman. The SantaFe is a dependable, stylish and economical car. Went to look at a truck and dealt w/ two salesmen. One had "no idea" why it had been listed for 84 days--kept dodging the question. Came another day and spoke with a different man who tried to convince it that taking it to a mechanic before purchase was unnecessary, saying, "I wouldn't have a job if we sold faulty vehicles. We do a 15-Point inspection" blah blah. Well, we took it to a great mechanic (A Town Automotive) and he found extensive issues. One was a dangerous bolt in the frame that had come loose, gotten stripped, and would need serious repair to be safely drivable. There were other things like air filters needing replacement, a serious leak, the latch to the truck bed didn't work, etc. After telling the dealership about the bolt, they "investigated," then said they actually *couldn't sell it* due to legal issues. Some 15-Point inspection! Over 15 problems (one literally life-threatening) and TWO salesmen knew nothing about them. Hmmm... read more

Went there to drive a new palisade. Liked the car, wanted the car, gave clues that we would be buying. They didnt have the car on the lot but either way we negotiated a fair trade and a fair price for the car which was still at MSRP because these cars are in demand. Later when we got the paperwork they had tacked on 4k in garbage that wasnt what we discussed including paint protector (ripoff), scotch gaurd on the seats for $600, and a 20 year warranty for huge markup. Seriously, who tf is buying with intent to keep a car 20 years? If so, you know this warranty has clauses built in to not payout similar to gap insurance. At end of it all, the arrogant finance manager insisted that they don't sell cars without it. Ie: you pay for our terrible markups or else. Clearly a team of rookies as repeat customers are worth more to a business than first time buyers. Thus, we bought from where we bought our last car and came out with a better vehicle. "Could've been better" starting the review sounds right. Went in looking for a used car with a pretty flexible budget where the dealer took around 15-20 mins to pull the car around and finally review. We were looking at a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Limited that was $4K more than a dealership that was offering a 2020 year with better mileage. The dealer seemed quiet after subtle negotiation and completely left our group after hearing the price differences. We took it upon ourselves to use the time walking around and getting an idea of what they had in their inventory. That was a lot more efficient and worth our while since the dealer had little interaction with us for the rest of our visit. Won't be returning, especially after reading other reviews from this location..hopefully more dealers will be doing better soon when/if the economy straightens out..esspecially for the automotive market. read more

I purchase a 2015 Hyundai Genesis that would never have been on a reputable dealer's lot. Though I was led to believe that it was in a "minor" accident, within a few days after purchase I would find out that the damage was sustained was moderate. The skid plate was in tatters and missing bolts and clips. Same with the plastic molding surrounding the engine. Within 2 months the transmission was slipping. If Rick Case Hyundai had done an honest inspection under the car , they would have sent this to auction. They're not deserving of this one star that I'm giving them. Awful. read more

Our salesperson, Gerald Williams, was very easy to work with and friendly. We were able to take the car to our mechanic prior to purchasing and it passed with flying colors. I recently moved into the area and am looking for a vehicle to purchase. I booked for a test drive with this dealership and communication/scheduling has been great. We (me and my 11 yr old) were a few minutes late for the appointment and communicated it before arrival. The gentleman who I had my original appointment with was with another customer (understandably) and I was prepared to wait my turn. This is when it all started. This other person sitting next to him volunteered to take it from there and his demeanor was so off from the get go. It was clear that he decided I cannot buy the car (I work for a great company, have 2 houses and my credit score is very high). It doesn't matter if I can buy the car or not, but no one should be treated this way. After a short wait, he gave me hand signals to follow him to the car and went way in front of me. We followed him and for the second time he said they don't give out G70's for test drives, so to keep the drive short. I said of course. He disappeared again, we got in the car and looked inside of the vehicle. He came back, this time more irritated than before and said TWO more times to drive the vehicle as short as possible and get back to the dealership at the earliest. I gave him no indication that I am planning to drive long or whatsoever. This time I sensed the energy and didn't want to get on the road. I turned around and politely asked if he was sure he wanted to do this. He goes 'NO! if you are not going to buy this car', got out of the car, slammed the door and took off. I started shaking after this traumatizing experience and went into the dealership and asked for the manager. He tried to minimize it saying they don't usually hear this about this particular salesman and indicated maybe he had a bad day or something. I was not in the mood to continue the conversation and left that place. Last I saw was the manager trying to find this salesman but he was not around. I pondered on not writing this review. It is one thing to be embarrassed by strangers, but in front of your child is worse. I had to say something to save someone else from going through the same experience. This may have been avoided if this sales person hadn't volunteered, I would have happily waited for the person I actually had an appointment with. read more

These people are CROOKS! Absolutely worst customer service. I came in with a flat tire and Andrew seemed very helpful and took me in the same day as I was needing to travel out of state urgently. I sat there, they found the nail that caused my flat and did a patch and sent me on my way free of charge! Of course I was excited and very grateful. Until my tire kept going flat. I told my husband and he had it checked out only to find out that they had ruined my tire by doing an external plug. Turns out, this is a very improper way to fix a tire and ruins the chances of ever being able to get it fixed. So now, instead of paying $30 for someone to fix my tire properly, they want to charge me $300!! To replace it! -that was the good news he said. If I could give zero stars I would.
