They had me at 2660 calories per day, eating 1 lb of steak a day (after being cooked) which is ridiculous, and cardio every day. Jeff will sell you his coaching program then immediately after you sign up, he hands you over to an amateur protege. I asked them why I wasn't at a lower caloric intake and their response is always, just give it time. They won't answer your phone calls but will make Vimeo videos and only text, so don't plan on talking on the phone with quick questions you might have after signing up. Jeff offers no substitutes or allows for flexible dieting, like a dinosaur, one size fits all approach. After hiring a real trainer/nutritionist they put me on a 1850 calorie diet and guess what happened! Got down to goal weight. Dont let theses guys take your money and leave you broke and with no results.

The staff here have been nothing short of professional, warm, and helpful. The gym feels clean and open and even at its busiest hours, you can almost always find machines open or room to do your own workouts without waiting for something to clear up. The cafe has delicious food and protein shakes, and plenty of offerings if you're looking for something less hefty but still guilt free for your food restrictions. I don't like going to gyms because I often fell judged by younger and more fit patrons and staff. I've found here that I feel welcomed and supported. the exercises can be really hard but I feel a payoff. I haven't been there long enough to see a lot of change but I'm starting to see some. All of the equipment is old and dated, the lighting is like cafeteria lighting, and the guy working the front desk didn't even offer to tell us where everything was after him getting our day pass enabled. Common sense would tell you we don't know where anything is if we're using a day pass. This place is so gross, we will not be getting a membership here.

Disappointing Customer Service…read more I was really looking forward to trying this boxing gym, but the experience was completely ruined by one of the employees. There's a tall, big girl who works there, and her attitude was awful. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she was too good to answer basic questions. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she was condescending and seemed bothered by my presence. She made the whole environment feel ugly and I was so upset because I was really looking forward to going here. Customer service is just as important as the workout itself, and if this is how they treat people, I won't be coming back. Plenty of other gyms out there where staff actually care about their clients.
