I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff and the coaches were welcoming too. Although it is a smaller studio than Newbury Park, the tall ceilings give the space a sense of openness. The studio is clean and the equipment is in good shape. The restrooms and the waiting area was also in great, clean condition. I enjoyed all of the coaches I had and the regular members were pleasant as well. I'll definitely be back when in the event my schedule permits!

I've worked with both Coach Dawn and Coach Curt who were both attentive. They make sure you have the form correct while also encouraging you. I started about 5 months ago and am so glad I got the courage to start going. I don't consider myself the most coordinated person and the coaches have been able to help me modify workouts to help me improve and grow my confidence. If you're on the fence, try out a class! Seriously, a great group of people if you are looking for some community and to get healthier.

The coach was extremely helpful, and made sure I knew how to properly do the exercises and was able to keep up with everyone else. The exercises weren't very hard for me as a beginner, but now that I'm home, all my muscles are sore and I definitely feel the burn and the benefit of what I just did. Overall it was a great experience. If you go at 5:30 am, FYI it's super cold, make sure you wear an exercise appropriate jacket. Don't forget a water bottle. They've got filtered water (reverse osmosis), so I give them tons of props for that as well!
