Philoy is a great instructor and the facility is clean, but this place isn't for me. Jeff has an…read moreunpleasant personality and is a sheer opportunist. I had to rest for a few minutes during my first workout in months, and Jeff took this opportunity to try and push personal training. When I questioned him about two sessions a week, he grew overtly indignant (clearly hoping for more sessions to put money in his pocket). Honestly, this initial encounter really made me adverse to the gym space. I know it's a business, but feeling like you're just a means to an end isn't an incentive to join.

Tip: if coming for the first time, finding the building can be tricky. It is the Woodmor Shopping…read moreplaza, park in the back, and walk through the entryway that says "2nd Floor Offices". Go through the second set of doors on the left, up the stairs, make a left and then. Right to suite 131 (Green and Black doors). I am one class away from finishing up my five class pack from Groupon and I'll definitely continue coming. The staff is well-trainer, friendly, and accommodating. If you ask, they will give alternates to any workouts that you may not be able to do. The weekday morning classes have been the perfect size for me and Saturday morning was a bit crowded. I haven't tried the weekday evening classes so I'm unsure about the class sizes. Overall great gym to be apart of, plenty of parking, not located near a metro but there are bus stops around.

I've been coming to OTF for about 5 months now, and this is probably the best workout experience…read moreI've EVER had in my life. I used to see the commercials and heard people always talk about Orange Theory, so one day I called the studio and signed up for my first class (first class is free btw). My coach was Coach Angie who I absolutely adore. She made sure I was okay and pacing myself and I never felt pressured at any point. The front desk staff did a really great job at breaking everything down to me in the beginning about the different zones and splat points, and what my fitness goals are, and just about any and everything else you can think of. When I first started, I bought the 8 class package but then just ended up really loving the classes and my results I got the unlimited package and come about 4 times a week. I usually take the early afternoon classes with either Coach Tiffany or Coach Anella, or sometimes take Coach Maya or Coach Maria's classes, and Coach Kristoff's classes in the evenings. All of the coaches are really great people. They are super fun and supportive and you can really tell that it's not just a job for them. I love love love OTF!

IMPORTANT UDATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW!!…read more Don't let the slick marketing and design fool you. These people are predatory sheisters who don't give a damn if you injure yourself and will keep billing your credit card long after your membership is cancelled. Below is a breakdown. 1) Poor injury prevention. Warm-ups are purely cursory and there is limited to no supervision during workouts, leading to frequent preventable injuries. I personally was injured twice in one year. 2) Predatory business practices. When I requested a temporary membership freeze because I was injured, I was forced to sign a draconian new contract that required me to continue paying some dues during the freeze and extended the notice window for canceling my original contract, meaning that I would have to continue paying dues even if never recovered from my injuries. 3) Ongoing credit card charges. In the eight months since I've cancelled my membership, they have continued to charge my credit card for monthly dues. My repeated emails about the problem have gone unanswered and the problem persists, even though I cancelled by membership in late 2025. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. UPDATE 6/25/26: THE STUDIO CONTINUES TO FRAUDULENTLY BILL MY CREDIT CARD AND IS NOW THREATENING TO SEND MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. FOR BLOCKING CHARGES, ALTHOUGH I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP MONTHS AGO AND HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS DEMANDING THAT THEY STOP BILLING ME. UPDATE 7/26/26: OT HAS SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS, ALTHOUGH I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP IN NOVEMBER AND PAID ALL DUES OWED THROUGH THE END OF MY MEMBERSHIP 30 DAYS LATER.

I signed up for the one week trial and had a great time! I was only able to attend four classes,…read morebut enjoyed each one. The instructors were really helpful and gave me some modification options. It would probably help to have some background knowledge of common lifts, but the instructors show the movements and they play on video screens if you need it. Everyone attending was generally in their own zone, so there isn't a lot of chatting because you really focus on getting the exercises done in the set times. I will say that the classes go by super quickly because you're always moving. Cons: The programming is set for the whole month. So each day of the week has its set program and you do that each week for the whole month. For me, this would get old (I really need variety). On the plus side, it does mean you get to see active gains throughout the month. The membership plan is a little pricey. I get why it costs so much, since they do have to cover rent and you only really attend during the class sessions. It isn't a type of gym where you just drop in when you want to use certain equipment. The unlimited monthly membership is $299, but in reality you are getting 30 or 31 classes depending on the month. Since the classes are the same all day, it is unlikely you would do two classes in a day, right? So the pricing is about $10/class if you do the unlimited monthly pass and you go every day. Some of the equipment was pretty smelly. I was at one station that honestly made me gag a little... I think the bench or maybe the dumbells had never been thoroughly cleaned with a bleach solution.

Always a great workout, well maintained facilities and the community is great. Highly recommend.read more
