The tailoring is done on the spot and they were able to make alterations for my fiance within 30mins, so it was highly convenient. The only downside is the paid parking, which seems pretty busy here and was about $7 for roughly 1.5 to 2 hours here.

She was the most rude, unhelpful, completely unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with for a very simple purchase of one shirt. The taller male worker stood in the shadows watching her horrendous lack of service and decorum and said nothing. I'm available if management would like to discuss further. I will be also reaching out this week to discuss further as well as a quick message to corporate who I actually have a relationship with outside of the business. Good news is I found the shirt cheaper online so that was a bonus. These two workers especially the woman are probably the worst brand ambassadors I have ever seen. I have had two service businesses in the past and these two employees would be fired and on the street if they were my workers, not for a one time bad experience but because their true colors shined through and they could not be trusted to behave appropriately and represent my business in a professional manner. I will continue to buy the clothes but will never shop at this store again. They also lost a newcomer to the brand I was introducing the brand to and potential future customer who was with me. We both share the same taste in cut and fit. He witnessed the entire encounter. Walking out with this person he told me the experience soured him and even though he liked some items, he would not be buying anything from the brand. You just lost a loyal repeat customer of well over a decade. I've recommended Brave Star to…read morenumerous people and publicly praised the company on social media. I'm now going back and deleting every word of that praise. Brave Star charges an additional $20-$25 to hem its jeans. Do not use this service. Despite providing exact measurements, I was handed an expensive pair of jeans hemmed several inches too long. I returned them so the mistake could be corrected, came back to pick them up again, and discovered they had done absolutely nothing. No correction, no meaningful explanation, and no apparent concern that they had wasted my time twice and left me with jeans I still couldn't wear. A company that sells premium denim should be capable of performing a basic hem correctly. At the very least, it should take responsibility when the work is clearly wrong. Brave Star did neither. After more than ten years of loyalty and referrals, I was treated as though my business and the quality of their own work were completely irrelevant. I hope Mik and Maria Serfontaine are proud of the standards their company now represents. I certainly wouldn't trust Brave Star with another purchase, and I would strongly advise anyone buying their jeans to take them somewhere competent for alterations.
