LULULEMON ATHLETICA @ FASHION VALLEY Parking is available at any of the garages at Fashion Valley. I usually park near Zara or H&M because I like that parking structure the best. It can get pretty busy, but there are usually still plenty of spots. This Lululemon just opened about a month ago. I actually saw them finishing it up at the end of January and February, so now that it's fully open everything still feels super new and really nice. The store is kind of located in the middle of the mall, and when I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon there were so many people checking it out. I really love the architecture of this location. They have little touches that feel very San Diego, like a sign that says "Welcome to San Diego," which is such a cute detail. They also have a lot of new arrivals right now especially leggings with new prints, including some cheetah styles that just came out. I'd also recommend checking out their jackets. I just picked up their new white jacket with a gold zipper and it's super cute and really flattering. It was about $130, but the quality and fabric feel really nice. They also have a great men's section along with women's items, so it's definitely worth stopping by. The store is located on the second floor, and parking at Fashion Valley is free, which makes it easy to just walk around and explore the mall. read more

I live next to Fashion Valley mall so this is my "home" store. I buy clothes for workout and for leisure. Yes, the price is higher but great quality! I've had many clothes that are 4-5 years old and they've held up well with workouts. I ripped one (out of many) shorts from biking. I took them in for repair and the stitch job was great, can barely notice them. Employees are generally nice and helpful, especially the ones in the fitting room. I've taken my clothes several times here for free hemming and service has been great all times. I take my clothes in when I know it's not busy (in the middle of the day, middle of the week) so I haven't really had a problem with waiting. Keep in mind though the store can get absolutely packed during holidays and weekends. They give you around 5 days estimate but most of the time, they're ready for pick up within 2-3 days. I called in from the Bay Area asking if I can get a pair of Merlot leggings shipped to me.. I guess lululemon changed their policy and no longer do payments or even ship from store to home. That being said- there was 1 in stock in San Diego at Fashion Valley and I made my brother go pick it up. I called in advance and asked to put them on hold. My brother gets there and he texts me telling me they are not there.. and I am going back and fourth on him telling him they need to be there, I called and put them on hold about 3 hours prior. Worker said it will be there till end of the day. I guess a worker had bought them thinking we were not going to come get them as my brother explained it was a "funny story". That being said 10/10 stars for being honest and selling us the leggings!!! She ended up returning them and selling them to us! Had the most uncomfortable, unwelcoming shopping experience at the Lululemon in Fashion Valley. Came here on March 6th 2025 around 5-5:30pm. I was looking at the sales rack in the men's section when one of the workers who was working the register (white, brunette, early 20s, female) stared at me with a judgy look on her face. It got to the point where it made me feel uncomfortable almost as if I wasn't allowed to shop here. No "are you finding everything okay?" or "is there anything I can help you with?" was said. She goes back to the register and comes back and continues to stare at me as I look more at the sales rack. I could see her staring even as I'm continuing to shop. When I look back at her she giggles at me and quickly goes back to the register. I hear her talking to another worker (white, blonde, early 20s, female) at the register. The blonde worker says to her loudly "it's only a jacket". My guess for why she said that is because the brunette worker must've thought I was eyeing her a certain way over a jacket in the sales rack as if I didn't want her to take it when in reality, I just felt uncomfortable being stared by her with zero help. The brunette worker later goes to the same sale rack I was looking at and tries on the jacket the blonde worker was talking about earlier instead of helping out customers. Very disappointing customer service at this location overall. You're better off going to the Eastlake location. I ended up leaving and going to Vuori a few stores down and got hands down phenomenal customer service there than here. read more

Infinite stars to Lulu! Per usual, I was wearing my favorite pair of align leggings comfortably around the house when a gal pal insists I come stalk a date of hers down the street at our local bar! Not only are these leggings great for working out but they are always great for sitting bar side... but after a boozy evening sipping and spying on her date, I started to walk home and tripped! Ngl, one of the hardest falls-skinning my knee on the pavement. As I felt the blood drip down my leg, I was certain I must have ripped my favorite leggings but NO! Not only do I feel fabulous in their clothes it great quality! I mainly purchase their running clothes line, it has HELD UP! Half-marathon after another they haven't failed me! This location has given me great customer service every time I go and help me if I can't find my size. The leggings section is usually a mess, but I've witnessed customers tossing everything around and employees attempting to clean it only to fail. As a person who wears only Lululemon I feel the need to warn fellow Lulu fans about this location. I travel all over the country constantly and wherever I am I consider the local Lululemon my closet. I was not prepared for what I walked into when I entered the Fashion Valley Lululemon location. It was disgusting! Things were dirty and strewn everywhere! I have never in my life (not on Black Friday!) seen ANY store, let alone a Lululemon with clothes thrown around and wadded up and stuffed in cubbies like this. Where where the employees? This is a pretty nice store. Located in fashion valley it is surrounded by tons of high-end shopping and food. Lots of parking in the attached garage so that's never been an issue for me. I've visited the location many times but have not stopped in this store. I'm a regular back home in Virginia Beach with a profile. They found me by number and easily synced with my system preferences for purchase. I tried on a few dresses in the fitting room which is large and nice and well staffed with friendly employees who will get you other sizes when needed and check on you often. This store is larger than my home store in Virginia and had a much larger selection so that was nice. Overall, another great lulu experience! read more

Worst lululemon location in the San Diego county. The girl with the short blonde pixie cut really needs a lesson on decent customer service. We were exchanging a pair of pants that were bought two weeks ago and developed a hole. The associate who initially helped us on the floor told us it was no problem and they'd be happy to exchange them! We go to the counter where the associate with the pixie cut tried to give us the hardest time, saying they can't exchange them. She had attitude and shouldn't work in a customer service oriented environment if she's not willing to make things right for customers. This is not about the clothes at Lululemon. Me and my family love the clothes and we have shopped at various Lululemon's worldwide. We have always had a good experience and been treated respectfully by the staff. In just the past week we have spent over $1000 at various LuluLemon stores. The people at the change-rooms were very nice tonight. This review is about the terrible attitude of the ladies behind the counter checking us out which will for the future make me, my family and my friends avoid stepping foot in the Lululemon store at Fashion Valley. We were in line. There was a lady in front of us, wanting to return an un-returnable item. The lady behind the counter was chatting to her, telling her how other people who had kids frayed their pants with their shoes, amongst 10 other stories as the line grew. Finally another lady comes behind the counter and says to the man behind us she'll check him out. He had to explain to her that we were next in line. She says under her breath, I suppose, technically. Then she proceeds to do the massive favor of checking us out. When she put the clothes in the bag, instead of folding them, like every other person at LuluLemon does, she literally crumpled the clothes we just spent a fortune on, like they were garbage and stuffs them in the bag. In the meanwhile, as we were walking out the other cashier and the non-paying customer continued their conversation as the line grew longer and longer. I guess the these ladies missed the training or just simply hate their jobs and LuluLemon because, in my opinion, they just don't care about the company they represent in any way whatsoever. read more
