As I sat for two hours, I noticed that the manager was demanding tips for those paying with card. One girl came in and didn't tip and she asked "you're not going to tip?" Putting her on the spot. The girl only gave $3 but then the manager told her it wasn't enough for the serves they provided. I was embarrassed for the girl! I just hoped that her bluntness would be something I could put aside for a good mani/pedi but then a week later my nail polish started to chip (gel that is). Needless to say, I will never come back here again. I like to give business at least two chances before loosing my business. I returned today for another pedicure/mani and the atmosphere was still the same as I waited.

My mom's pedicure was done by a older man, she said hers went well and that it didn't hurt.

AND burned and cut my pinky when my pinky nail should've been the only thing to file smh. i'm sad that such a convenient location took 2 and a half hours of my time. as a first time client, i wish they could have accommodated me better... but maybe the boyfriend that did my nails didn't get to eat on time cause his attitude was NOT IT. in response to his response. i provided the picture of what i wanted. the boyfriend that did my nails is the one who said it was ombré, not me.. so that should've been disclosed right when i was getting quoted. i was able to provide proof of my classes as i didn't have my school ID on me.. and the person who referred me to your salon was who told me about the student discount and she even said she never even was asked for proof that she's a student. it's unprofessional that you don't treat everyone the same. Morris is nice and his customer service was a little better, but the boyfriend has a horrible attitude.

She's super friendly super fast yet efficient and always makes sure to get me in to see her. I have never been to a place where I've felt more comfortable and taken care of she's truly like family and would recommend her to anyone who asks. I'm not sure if it was the game or what but unfortunately, we left being unsatisfied with my daughter's nails. She even asked if she could have the nail redone because she didn't like the flower they drew the first time and unfortunately, it still looks bad. I don't know if they were rushing because they had a lot of people waiting, or what but look at the flower. It doesn't even look like a flower and it's messed up. My daughter is really unhappy with her nails and considering I spent a good amount on them I'm unhappy as well. I got my toes done and I think my toes look lovely. I appreciate the time and care they took to do my toes. I like the way they came out. I would come back again, but we will not be having them do any hand work next time. This was my second time coming here, and unfortunately I won't be going back. The first time I came…read morein, the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding. She kept putting powder on it to try to stop the bleeding and continued the service. At the end she even asked me, "Where's my tip?" I still tipped her, but I left pretty upset about the whole experience. I decided to give them another chance and went back to get my nails done. This time the girl doing my nails was rushing through everything so fast. The filing was aggressive and she hurt me a few times, including when she trimmed my natural nails so short that she basically left none of the white part. At one point it hurt enough that I reacted and she immediately grabbed my hand and held it close to her chest for a second before continuing. About a week later, as my nails started growing out, I noticed a pretty significant dip/indentation near my cuticles. It looks like my natural nails were overfiled in that area. I'm attaching pictures because the indentation is much easier to see now that they have grown out a little. Also, the white polish in the pictures is NOT what I left the salon with. I painted over them myself because I really didn't like the original color. By the end of the appointment everything felt so rushed and like she was trying to get me out that I honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything or asking her to redo them. I gave this place a second chance after what happened during my first visit, but after being hurt during both visits and now having these indentations in my natural nails, I'm done. I really wish more care had been taken instead of rushing through the services.
