I was lightly bleeding and she apologized so it's been throbbing for two days. In my 20 years of getting my nails done never have I seen someone do it without the proper equipment. Her technique polishing was excellent and clean but unfortunately, the polish chipped in two days which is pretty quick for gel. Pricing is fair $30 for a gel manicure and $5 for removal. Sorry I won't be coming back.

But about 2 weeks after, the polish grew out with a slightly lifted edge where the growth was that kept getting caught in my hair and chipping the polish. This was my second time coming here, and unfortunately I won't be going back. The first time I came…read morein, the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding. She kept putting powder on it to try to stop the bleeding and continued the service. At the end she even asked me, "Where's my tip?" I still tipped her, but I left pretty upset about the whole experience. I decided to give them another chance and went back to get my nails done. This time the girl doing my nails was rushing through everything so fast. The filing was aggressive and she hurt me a few times, including when she trimmed my natural nails so short that she basically left none of the white part. At one point it hurt enough that I reacted and she immediately grabbed my hand and held it close to her chest for a second before continuing. About a week later, as my nails started growing out, I noticed a pretty significant dip/indentation near my cuticles. It looks like my natural nails were overfiled in that area. I'm attaching pictures because the indentation is much easier to see now that they have grown out a little. Also, the white polish in the pictures is NOT what I left the salon with. I painted over them myself because I really didn't like the original color. By the end of the appointment everything felt so rushed and like she was trying to get me out that I honestly didn't feel comfortable saying anything or asking her to redo them. I gave this place a second chance after what happened during my first visit, but after being hurt during both visits and now having these indentations in my natural nails, I'm done. I really wish more care had been taken instead of rushing through the services.

I asked for deep cuticle cut and My honest opinion about just using the file drill over the classic tools and water bowl , is that's laziness and not proper nail care. Now for the pedicure, i asked specifically for a deep cuticle cut, all the nails cut on the sides and expressed pain on one particular nail. Definitely did not listen to my request, she seemed to just pass over each toe nail quickly doing the bare minimum. I had to stop her before the color and asked to go over some obvious areas. Even then im not too happy with the work.
