Well I am aware that their fillers are over priced $699 & $599 at the time I didn't mind because the reviews were great and looking at the pictures I was willing to try. I have a natural plump and good to begin with so every time an injector would say promising things stating It should be easily done. Anyway, theres so many things I noticed, besides the overpricing and the skills are not at all impressive to me. If anything i was disappointed that I started thinking how come everyone in this review got it good but me. I know I wasn't happy from the bumps, to how painful it was compared to all my other lip fillers sessions. and just made my lips look heavy and just looked botched. Update to my original review. This person (Kate) responding to complaints isn't the owner. I was vaguely told by whomever returned my call I'm not sure if there is even a Kate that works there. In my opinion this response from the "owner" is a generic auto generated response to anyone complaining on yelp. I finally received a call from someone at what I assume was the Ohio office. Grant it covid may have played a role in the late response to my call but that only furthered my aggravation after waiting months thinking maybe they would help. Don't respond to my complaint with an insincere gesture to help. It was an an offering of false hope. I'm sure there's others on here that can relate to my story after reaching out to "Kate" it was a joke that I fell for. No response to my yelp review form them would have been better than what I received. Which was....... 1. NO apology whatsoever from corporate in response to my multiple complaints of the bad customer service I received when calling the Henderson office. You'd think that would be a given right?
