I just had the BEST experience! My wardrobe was in desperate need of an update (going to a wedding, plus new job). But I really despise shopping for clothes. Typical experience at a department store was always frustrating - impatient, disinterested sales people, no ability or willingness to help me find the "right" look, etc. My wife and I walked into Facia Facia, and Jeff immediately put me at total ease. He made me feel appreciated, valued, and just made the whole experience effortless. He spent almost two hours with us, helping me understand WHY something's looked and felt better than others, basically educating me along the way. I walked in, cautiously thinking "I'll get ONE suit", and half-expecting another tense experience. Instead, I walked out with two suits, four shirts and ties, shoes and belt, and feeing great about my choices (and they were MY choices.) We will definitely be returning. I went into this place because I saw they did alterations. I had a nice John Varvatos jacket that needed some work but some places didn't want to touch it because it required a lot of work that could easily get messed up. Went to see Jeff the owner with my son for Confirmation suit. Went with a budget in mind. Jeff has excellent knowledge of what fits correct on his clients. My son is 14 got a modern slim fit suit that fit perfect! Just the hem on the pants and we are ready to go! His shop carry's all the latest suit fashions, materials and colors. I needed a suit for a wedding. I called and spoke with Jeff. Since his tailor shop was in California I made an appointment. He asked for my measurements and brought 2 suits of different shades of the color I wanted. He came to Las Vegas a couple days later with two samples. I tried them both and really liked the fit with minor alterations required like the jacket sleeve and pants length. Very professional and customer service was outstanding. I ended buying three pairs.
