We needed a single office chair for a home office, and were very well taken care of at FRI! They had office chairs for us to sit in, were helpful in providing options that met our needs and everyone there was nice and very professional. As a facilities manager, FRI has assisted me numerous times and have gotten me out of some challenging situations with my tenants. I use Facilities Resource for furniture design services, cubicle reconfigurations and moving services. Their designers are very conscientious and work to resolve questions before they become bigger issues. FRI also sells several high quality furniture lines that last much longer than the unassembled furniture available at office supply stores. Margaret's team does a great job on interior design and I recommend them highly. read more

Established in 1997.

Margaret Teinert is an Interior Designer with 29 years of experience in commercial interior planning and design in a broad range of project types including commercial, healthcare, and large facilities. Her earliest work included interior design and installation coordination for medical facilities. Founded in July of 1997 and FRI continues to work today focusing primarily on interior design, space planning, furniture planning and installation, move coordination, space allocation documentation, project management and complete commercial furniture dealership services.

Meet the Business Owner: Margaret T.

Margaret Teinert is an Interior Designer with 29 years of experience in interior planning and design in a broad range of project types including commercial, healthcare, and large facilities. Her earliest work included interior design and installation coordination for medical facilities for Healthcare Design Associates in Austin. She also worked for Leslie Fossler Interiors where she concentrated primarily on commercial interiors projects, dental offices, and radio stations. Her work then took her to Motorola where she was contracted under L. M. Swayze Engineers to provide interior design and space planning expertise for custom office spaces and clean rooms. Margaret founded Facilities Resource, Inc. in July of 1997 and continues her work today focusing primarily on interior design, space planning, furniture planning and installation, move coordination, space allocation documentation and project management.

I was not incentivized for this review at all. Paid with my own money and found them through Yelp. Why should you just stop researching moving companies and book with them? Here's why: 1. They do what they say and they are professional movers. -Clear quote in writing. They don't chase low rates. You do pay for what you get. Also: -No extra surprise fees -They moved me out of 2 storage units, drove my items to my new home, unloaded that load, then helped me unload and unpack my 16foot pod. 2. Their management is very responsive and clear with pricing and quotes verbally and in writing. Discount if you use zelle or venmo otherwise you pay CC fee of 3%. 3. This crew arrived on the dot, moved my things with care and were SUPER quick working. They unloaded my 2 units and into their truck so fast. Once in my 2 story home they asked where things needed to go. None of this needing to move things after the move. They laid down a protective mat for the dollys and high traffic. They took the extra time to help me place my heavy furniture and took apart and put back together beds after going up and down my stairs. They were super careful not to hit my walls, corners or doors and doorways. I'd 1000% pay the money and hire them again. I've moved 6 times at this point and by far this has been the most pleasant, professional, efficient and enjoyable! While we waited for the pod to arrive (pod was running late) Brandon proactively asked if he could help me unpack my kitchen boxes. He went above and beyond. They worked cleanly putting trash away, boxes broken down and put in a nice pile. Thanks Moving Kings and my crew today! You are wonderful!

They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. Harder's crew was very hard working and moved quickly. They were very polite and professional, very easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again and recommend you give them a try!

So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. Good company to work with. We were looking for company to assist us with our office design and furniture. We are a small business of 18 people so budget was important. We contacted 3 separate companies but Facilities Resource was the only company to come to our office to tour our office and sit down to talk and understand our business. The other companies sent quotes that were cheaper but neither of them took the time to make us feel like they were our partner on the project. We choose to work with Facilities Resource and could not be happier. They delivered us not only a new beautifully redesigned office space but the furniture to match. Our company recently had the opportunity to work with the staff at FRI for the planning, design and office furniture for our new workspace. The entire staff did a wonderful job. We found them to be very professional and responsive.
