I recently moved to Burbank and was in the need of a new Barber. I went to about 5 different shops/salons in the area. None gave me the reassurance that I needed to continue my business there. That is, until I arrived at the FADE FACTORY. A gentleman named "HC" was available per my luck (as it turns out he was very popular) . Long story short he gave me the best haircut/Fade/beard trim I could have asked for. Since then I am a repeat client of his and will refuse to go anywhere else. Professional, courteous, & an all around cool guy HC does magic with clippers and a blade. He also waxes noses & uses great aromas for my hot towel face relaxers. It's very relaxing. The overall atmosphere of the shop is exactly what a barbershop should feel like. All the adjacent barbers welcome you upon arrival and fist bump you when you leave . Very professional, clean, friendly,and they keep it professional. Me like the music... while I wait( crank it). The charge is about $25-$45 depending on what you get done. This is no shady dirty place so don't complain about the price. You definitely get what you pay. People come looking shaggy leave looking fresh. There's only street parking but there's always a spot. My review is for the smaller of the two Shops and started out as 5 stars... but after I noticed bumps and a slight rash on 2 of my kids heads I had to knock off 3 stars for poor clipper maintenance... I get it ...it was a busy Easter weekend but, barbers have to clean their clippers after every cut! My kids are 18,14 and 10 and they just started going to barbers this year. My husband used to cut their hair at home and this is the very first time they have ever had bumps on their necks...Loved the experience at the shop, all three barbers were very nice, quick and proficient in technique, however two of them didn't take the time to clean their clippers before cutting my children's heads and that's a deal breaker for me. read more

HC is the man! I've been going to HC for maybe about a year now so this review is long overdue. HC gives consistent cuts and is a super chill and friendly dude. The barbershop has lots of TVs where they're playing movies, TV shows, or music. The other barbers in the shop are super funny and friendly. Overall atmosphere of the barber shop is cool and laid back. Prices are fair and they also offer beard services, but I don't know anything about those because I'm an Asian who can't grow facial hair well.. If you're in LA and close to the Burbank area, make Fade Factory your new regular barber. read more
