Unfortunately, my cut did not match the picture and it took about 5 weeks for my hair to grow out. So for my third cut; I showed a picture from my first cut and requested that style. It was way off. If you show a picture of the style you want and the results are way off, it's time to find a new shop. I was respectful, said my thank you and left a tip. To add insult to injury, my mom even noticed that the cut was off.

My boyfriend showed a picture of how he wanted his hair to look, and he did say "a bit shorter," but it was significantly shorter, like at least 1 inch/50% shorter, and the hair style was also quite different... we were both pretty disappointed in the haircut and I think it's safe to say this was my boyfriend's least favorite haircut he has ever gotten. I guess the pro tip would to show an accurate photo and be extremely clear on what you want, because aside from the styling and length, the place is clean, the service is great.

But it would help if you just have "whites only" sign on the front to save the rare occurrence of a mixed or black person walking into your establishment.

When I first arrived, I went around the South Bay area to find a barber, and Chris is the only one whose cut I actually liked. I usually get a faux hawk, and he nails it every time.
