Sharing my experience with this dealership. I stopped even trying. Reached out to five dealers on…read morepurchasing a Dodge Charger. Four responded with internet pricing and/or purchase agreements within two days, all within $2K of each other. This place, after a week and 11 emails, STILL hasn't given me a price. They kept telling me I had to come in because they didn't want to give prices to "competitors". Then they asked me for the pricing I'm getting (uhhh...competitors?) because they wanted to compare apples to apples. I gave it to them...then got BS responses and no offer. They don't have the window stickers online, and the VINs are all incorrect so I can't even look it up myself to make sure the vehicles are similar (only reason I kept talking to them was because they have a color/trim combo that I can't find nearby...but of course after several communications about that vehicle, I was told it wasn't available because someone put a deposit on it). My final note from them was to tell me the dealer I was talking to was lying about a $,7,750 EV incentive since the government took those away in the fall. Yes, I'm aware of that...it's a DODGE incentive!!! Also throwing in their "lowest sales tax" BS., where I was told they could save me a "hundreds" in taxes, even though they were fully aware what county I lived in..in Illinois, you pay sales tax where you register your vehicle. And you're legally required to register at your primary residence. If I had a summer home in a lower-tax county, maybe I could take advantage if I wanted to do it illegally. But regardless of what they "collect" at the sale, I'm still paying the tax at registration. Reminded them where I lived and they continued to tell me it didn't matter. I wouldn't even be writing this if they didn't double-down on everything they were dishonest about when I'd ask to clarify. Constant dis-information. Posting the receipts here for anyone to make their own judgement, but if you hear from Jess E., consider going elsewhere.

I am buying a used vehicle from a private party that had service done to a 2014 Ford Expedition…read moreon 4/15/2024. Two items o service were "Timing Chain Replacement with a gasket and crankshaft seal replacement" and a "Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed". The SUV has had less than 2K miles driven on it in that time period, its being sold because the owner is now in poor health and can no longer drive it. Upon inspecting it before negotiating a purchase, it has a clearly visible oil leak high on the passenger side of the engine at an upper timing cover bolt, and, the engine coolant recovery tank has no apparent coolant in it, it is nowere near the visible "cold level" mark on the recovery tank. This is some very bad service, it is no longer under warranty, and its a shame that the owner did not catch these issues and return to have them fixed.

Emailed the next day to see if they really inspected vehicle prior to delivery "everything was working". Hard to believe. So I was told to call my local dealer in Iowa City for fix, that was July, now October, still not fixed. My point is after sale they pretty much said pound sand, not to mention the "dealer add-ons they try to stick you with like paint sealants and security etching for several hundred dollars is just a dealer scam and high pressure extended warranty sales. (Can buy from your insurance agency). Drove 170 miles and poor service!

Where do i begin.I bought a used 2005 Ford Escape as is no warrenty and on the 4th day the check…read moreengine light came on.I called the dealer back and they said even tho i had no warrenty that light should not have come on they would set me up with another car and they would look at it so they picked it up on a Thursday night. The following Monday i called to check on the car and i was told the check engine light went off they were driving it around to see if it would come back on.About 2hrs later i get a call from the sales manager the light came on the problem is the main cataletic converter it would be $400.00 to replace and that the car was riding ruff and would not go above 40mph but they would split it with me.So i said yes and on Tuesday i got the car back day before i left for vacation. While talking with the sales manager that tuesday i picked it up we were talking about the car and he said yea when my son picked it up from you on that Thursday he could not go above 40mph it was riding ruff. Now the whole time i drove it with the light on it ran just fine but when he called me that Monday to tell me the problem he said then the car was riding ruff so he was lying because first he said it was running ruff on the monday they were driving it and then to my face he said it ran ruff the day his son picked it up so i knew then he was lying. So on August 31st we stop by Auto Zone and they check the code that is causing the light to come on and gave me a printout. Then we drive again back to the dealer and this time Tom the General Manager hooked his machine up to the car and says the cataletic converter they had put on was a bad one it had to be replaced. So he reset the code again and said someone will be by on Labor Day to drop off a car and pick mine up again. Not only did they not show up but they never called so when i called him on Tues he said oh yea i was going to call you.So they showed up on Tuesday August 6 2011 and picked it up again.Today Thursday August 8 he called me to say the problem is the right front converter it will cost me $1,600.00 for the part but he wont charge me labor.I said that was to high so i called two other Ford dealers and they said the price for that part is $1,250.00 with about 3.5hrs labor or ($406.00) bringing the total right up to the $1,600.00 he was going to charge me again that told me he lied to me AGAIN.I am having a friend who has worked on my cars for over 25yrs install a new one for $ 850.00 to $900.00.So i am telling everyone to stay clear of this dealer not only do they lie on top of lie but they are only out for your money.
