I was impressed with the breakfast, it was really good! Lots of options and it tasted yummy! I also loved eating out on the balcony with a nice view!! I noticed there is no smoking out there until after 11am which I thought was nice, but you could the rest of the day. I've never been to a hotel that has adult swim from 10pm-12am, that is wonderful! Most pools just close at 10 which is too early. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature also (both times that we have stayed here). The rooms are clean and nice. I love it when the sink is outside the bathroom...it makes getting ready easier/faster. DVD players are already in the rooms! They have a policy that no one is allowed into your room during your stay, but they have an easy system for requesting more towels etc. if needed. I would definitely stay here again! The price is very reasonable compared to many of the over priced hotels in the area. Wlaking distance to downtown Leavenworth is okay. My 70 year old mother did the walk a few times (& we drove and parked sometimes too which was a pain). It was better to stay downtown than come back and forth as much as possible. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come again!! Overall this was just an ok place to stay. We had a pet friendly room with two beds. The beds were SMALL and the room got so hot in the evenings. Even in the winter and with the fan on we still slept with the window open to cool down. Disappointed that there's no real pet relief areas for this hotel and that we had to take our dog across a main road to a neighbor property with grass just so he can do his business. I will say though the Location is good as it is walking distance from all the Leavenworth restaurants and shops. Also, the continental breakfast was better than most, yummy doughnuts, scrambled eggs, hot sausages with potatoes. I also liked that they had rooftop seating for breakfast so you can take in all the beautiful mountain views . We originally intended to visit during Christmas time, but a storm washed out Hwy 2 forcing us to reschedule for the following Spring. We decided on mid March for my Queens birthday weekend, thinking the weather would be better! It began snowing the night before, and it snowed so much we BARELY made it over they closed it. When we finally arrived John had a bottle of sparking cider and some chocolates for my Partner. Additionally he allowed us to upgrade our room for a very reasonable price and boy was the jacuzzi tub worth it! The best word I would use to describe this hotel is "serviceable". It's nothing fancy but it is a hotel room with comfortable beds free parking a pool and free breakfast. No frills, but the price reflected this. The breakfast was really delicious we loved the seasoned potatoes, definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. Pool is small, hot tub is what I would describe as creative. Staff were always very nice. Great location, halfway between the town and other major tourist attractions within walking distance. The downsides we encountered were that the door had troubles opening and closing, the shower had little to no room for our soaps and the tv definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise we don't have any major complaints, you get what you pay for. Would stay there again! read more

A budget option and probably the cheapest in the area. It is mostly practical with no frills, but quiet and with powerful, albeit loud, AC. They are about a 10 minute walk from downtown Leavenworth but conveniently have a coffee shop and breakfast spot located directly across the street. They offer free breakfast in the reception area, but the options are rather unexciting therefore the breakfast across the street will be much appreciated. The rooms are certainly dated but clean enough and beds are comfy. The highlight here were the outstanding, upbeat receptionist staff as well as the surprise charity box located in the reception area. In the box we did find partially used fuel canisters recycled by other out-of-state adventure seekers but too late since we had just purchased new ones. Parking might be a creative venture since the spots are somewhat cramped. Had it been a weekend and busy, it would have been a pain. As this is the cheaper option in town, it does fill up with many a drunken Oktoberfest-goer during those times. Still a solid option for our purposes! read more

Great value! Clean, well provisioned room with lots of pillows to choose from (soft to medium to firm - very considerate!). Room is basic but no maintenance issues in my room. The breakfast setup is excellent. Yes, basic choices, but two kinds of waffles and waffle makers, plus pancakes, strawberry compote. Eggs, sausages, biscuits, gravy and all the other expected options, but in a large, lovely room. Bonus: you might choose to eat your breakfast or have your coffee in the A-frame balcony with seating for 30. Hot tub and pool open until midnight for grownups. Easy walk to downtown. BED BUGS! 60+ bites and management handled it terribly. DON'T EVER STAY HERE! I stayed two nights at the Leavenworth Fairbridge Inn and Suites on 4/26/24 and 4/27/24. Everything was fine until I discovered two bedbugs in my bed after taking a nap on the second day. I discovered them crawling in my bed and immediately informed John, the Manager at the front desk. I brought the bugs in a cup, one being a tiny baby, and he confirmed they were bed bugs and offered me another room, he didn't offer any discount or refund and acted like I just told him it smelled weird. At this point I didn't realize I had been bitten and was trying to not be an asshole customer about it since I've spent most of my working life in customer service. Looking back I should have been more demanding at this point. Later that day I informed him the other people in my party (3 other rooms) may not want to stay now, he then told ME to offer THEM a free movie, I guess to try to convince the not to leave, again didn't offer me anything, I guess since I already confirmed I was staying. The other rooms checked for bugs and bites and decided to stay. The morning of check out on 4/28 I discovered 70+ bites all over my body. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, she said management was not in today after seeing the bites all over my arms and in the pictures. She called the General Manager Brandon Blackburn, who told her to tell me he would just call me later. He would NOT give her authorization to give me a refund. I told her that was absurd and unacceptable and said this needed to be resolved before I left, and said I need a call from GM Brandon by check out time because we were heading home. This was around 10am with an 11am checkout. I was told to just wait around for a call from GM Brandon. I proceeded to hang out in the lobby trying to speed things up, the woman at the front desk called the GM 5-10 times but Brandon was unable to call me apparently. I requested my room, as well as a second room I got for my mom to be fully refunded for both nights. I let her know if they did not resolve this by the time I needed to leave I would be filing a bed bug claim. A had a full car of people waiting to leave while I waited another 30min before GM Brandon Blackburn had the woman offer me a refund on my room only. My mom didn't have bites so I agreed so I could get the hell out of there. I'm currently very miserable, itching all over and the bites are painful too. I wish I would have known this before booking. I specifically chose this place because they indicated they had breakfast. I expected for the price I paid for a full buffet breakfast. The room was acceptable, wifi worked, TV worked. They did not have a door stopper so I pulled a chair over to keep door opened while I brought my luggage in. I agree that the hotel needs renovations and updating. I have stayed in hotels and motels across the country. At best this would be a 60.00 to 75.00 room not the over 200.00 I paid for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It wasn't overly fancy but it was very close to downtown. You can pretty much walk to most restaurants and shops. There is an indoor pool and hot tub which was clean and fun. It is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels. There is a small bagged continental breakfast which will carry you over until you find a yummy restaurant to eat at. I recommend staying. read more

Although they're pretty clean and they have all the basics (Microwave, Fridge, Beds, toiletries, Wifi, parking, etc.) they leave much to be desired, especially for their price. You're required to fill out a form picking what you'd like for breakfast and you only get a microwave breakfast sandwich or some cereal and milk. They also don't clean your rooms if you stay multiple nights and you have to go to the front desk to get new towels and sheets. But still, it's liveable and you're within walking distance of downtown Leavenworth - just that you're paying a fortune for a basic roof over your head for the night. If you don't intend on visiting Leavenworth, I'd try to stay in a cheaper town nearby. read more

I accidentally left my Nintendo switch in my room after check out, I called about it same day and they had nothing to say. I understand that they are not liable for belongings, and it is my fault that I left it, however, as a paying customer (multiple times) they have a professional obligation to at least try to find who has taken it. Most likely someone on their staff! I told them what it looked like, what room it was in, what drawer it was in, and they said that it wasn't there/no one has found it. They should know who was supposed to clean the room in the time frame. They have not been helpful in the slightest. I also stayed there in 2020 when my aunt died and we were getting her ashes, and we had to deal with their ridiculous covid rules, (and not receive their full advertised amenities by the way) during that time as well, and we still came back because we thought it was a nice place to stay! They are liars, and this is completely unprofessional. Our room was not clean, dead bugs on the floor, and on top of everything they lied about how many rooms they had available, because they said over the phone that they only had one room, but when I got there, they asked if I wanted second floor or first floor, so they clearly had more than one room. I would not stay there at all. Parking is horrible, it's also far from the shopping center, especially if you have kids. Spend your money at a better location!!! read more

Just as long as you don't expect anything even close to modern and don't mind the musty smell of the room & lobby. We actually donated our room rent and found another option. I didn't take pictures, but this place is not an Inn, it's a very cheap motel. Chain locks on the doors, very gross and outdated interior. The breakfast was closed due to the 'plannedemic' and found a firm to fill out for a bottle of water, a small non-brand yogurt, and a stake granola bar to be delivered to the door. The Brian bag of breakfast smelled of smoke, the linens smelled of smoke, and had bars in the windows. You get what you pay for and wouldn't stay here again. read more

First I'd like to say the receptionists did the best they could have done to make things right. I got a different room than the original with less carpet damage/stains, less general damage to the furniture, no bad smells, and didn't have trash from the prior customer. The pool and jacuzzi work well (needs caulking, to prevent further damage on the jacuzzi). The downside of the place is the pictures they show you on the sites to book, do not match or compare to what you will get. Not even the color of the walls or carpet. For $200 a night I'm used to getting what I pay for, unfortunately this place needs some renovation/updates to be worth that value. The first room I got had a weird smell, with several carpet stains, and many issues. I've added photos as proof below. I was livid to be paying $200 for something that should've been featured on "Breaking Bad". To top it off the windows need to be updated as you can hear traffic go by, and makes it really noisy. Thankfully, the sweet receptionists were happy to let me swap out rooms. I doubt I'll be returning as the rooms and cost don't come near to what you should be getting. The pictures I have are ONLY from the first room, so please don't assume it's from both. There's limited parking, and the spaces are a tight fit for SUV's. Oh! Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this inn, so 5 stars it is. We've stayed here twice now and both times have been exactly as we expected. The staff are VERY friendly and nice to talk to, the rooms are cozy and CLEAN. Super important, of course. The continental breakfast buffet in the morning is better than most I've had, and the location is perfect. It's on the main road into the downtown area but far enough away from the Main Street that it's a tad more secluded, which made our night walk perfect and quiet. I enjoy staying here very much. I will say, if you're looking for an over the top Bavarian style hotel, this is not it. It just looks quaint, simple and cozy, as I said. The Bavarian style garish rooms are way overpriced, so. FairBridge is a great place to stay in Leavenworth! It has a great location, parking, free breakfast and is clean. Great value for what you get! Leavenworth in generally a pet-friendly town and FairBridge is also pet-friendly for an additional small fee. They welcome your pet with treats and tips on how to keep your pet happy while you're out in the town. There is plenty of room in the rooms for a kennel and our puppy was very happy and comfortable during our stay! The thing I most appreciated during our last stay is they make you sign off on your understanding of their quiet hours policy. I've been to so many hotels in tourist towns where we pay too much for a room and then can't sleep because it's so loud all night long. We were left with no choice but to book a room here since we visited Leavenworth during the most popular time of year.. We scored a suite but it wasn't as sweet.. The floor was gross, bathroom was gross, and the beds were uncomfortable and small. To make it even worse, tracking in snow didn't help the floor situation. I was pretty cold in the bedroom so I slept outside on the pull out couch next to the fire pit. We found the breakfast area and ate there. It was very spacious with lots of tables. This hotel needs some major renovations.. No complaints about parking, we scored a stall next to the stairs and were able to lug our bags up to the room. By next morning, there was a thick blanket of snow covering everyone's cars..crazy! read more

Do not stay here! We stayed at the FairBridge Inn for three nights in two rooms over the Christmas break in January 2025, and we will not be back. Our toilet had issues flushing from the first night, and only after it overflowed into the room, was it, "repaired" by the night front desk person. I'll admit at least he tried and cleaned up the disgusting mess to the best of his ability. However, we were told to use the toilet carefully, after that experience. It clogged and overflowed a second time the next day, and we had spent our whole trip avoiding using our own toilet by going when we were out. On the last night we were able to switch rooms, and had no issues after that. We complained to the manager who said he would find a way to compensate us, and he never did. We checked out of our two rooms and spent nearly 2k for three nights and were never compensated anything. I've called since and been told we'd get a call back but it's been two weeks and I've heard nothing. I wasn't expecting a five star hotel by any means but I shouldn't have sewage in my room, and not be able to use my own toilet with three kids. Not to mention the hot tub was green, the other guests were rude, and smoking all over outside the rooms, which was disgusting, and their, "exercise room" is a closet with a treadmill and elliptical. Leavenworth was beautiful and we will come back someday we just won't be staying here and I'd advise anyone against staying here as well. Very disappointing read more

FairBridge Inn is a motel, straight up. Parking is all in front of the rooms with additional spots in the back monitored by cameras. Check in and out was quick and painless. Vinnie helped us during our check in process and he's great. A friendly guy who helped answer a lot of our questions. The rooms are clean and tiny, but very close to the main part of town. There's no need to drive your car as it's only about a 5 minute walk. Breakfast is free for the next morning and it's from 7:00AM-10:00AM. There's scrambled eggs, yogurt, sausage, toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, some fruit, coffee, tea, milk and juice. Considering, this is free, it's not bad. This place is no where close to being fancy, but it's a place to sleep and it's dirt cheap for the area. $72 USD for 1 night. (Regular price is $100 USD) read more

I recently stayed in the King bed with Jacuzzi suite. Everything seemed alright through the booking. I knew it was going to be cold so I paid extra for the tub. However, I had to dig through their site AFTER I got home to find their check in time was 4pm. So my bus arrived at 12:05 pm on Jan. 15th, I was then told my room wasn't ready. The front desk male attendant (I didn't catch his name) just stared at me. I then asked if I was allowed to hang out, (dumb question, Covid and all I should have known better.) He stated that I could walk around town WITH my luggage. I asked if they had a closet I could stash my items. Nope, he offered for me to leave my luggage in the corner of of the lobby but that they aren't liable for any damage or theft. I'm sorry but for the amount that their rooms cost, they should have a room or a closet for guests who arrive early but can't check to stash their stuff. (I have seen other hotels/motels do this. Experienced this in Florida where they gave us a ticket and stashed our stuff, three peoples stuff!) After I FINALLY got to check in, the room was exactly as the pictures showed. The bed was massive and comfortable. AGAIN, however, the shower; oh my sweet heavens this shower. PRO: two shower heads. CON: the bottom two inches of the walk in shower tile grout was BLACK with mold. I wanted to go to the local market and buy bleach. Thank god for that Jacuzzi tub. I was so disgusted. I paid over 700 dollars for this room and its not even cleaned properly. WOW. Also, the plug for the sink was broken, I had to remove the entire thing so it would stop plugging the sink. Side note: the walls are incredibly thin, pray to God you don't have noisy neighbors (Honeymooners or children) . I got a group of people that had at least 3 or 4 children. (Keep in mind there is a "quiet time" they tell you when it is when you check in.) If they slam doors or stomp around you will know it. I will not stay here again, the only reason i did was they were the only ones with vacancies. And as a fellow reviewer said....they should be called a motel and not an Inn. We booked the FairBridge Inn & Suites via Hotels.com for an overnight stay to and from Vancouver, BC. I don't know that we would stay here again though. It's not the worst place that we have ever stayed at, but it's far from the best. There is very little parking - and it's tight and far. The lobby/registration staff - I wouldn't say they were unfriendly, but they weren't overly friendly either. Just meh; indifferent, not overly welcoming. The rooms - we stayed in 2 different ones there and back. They were decent size, microwave, television, refrigerator, but they were dingy and dirty. There were stains on the bedding. Bathroom was grimy. There was even something gross smeared on the bathroom door. Free breakfast is included - and it's a good one, full hot breakfast. The little lady that worked in the breakfast room was very friendly. The breakfast area was comfortable, and well kept. They also have 2 large bathrooms off the breakfast areas so that you don't have to go all the way back to your room if you need to use the restroom. Breakfast area is on the 3rd floor - but there is an elevator. A/C and ceiling fan. They have games and movies in the lobby that you can check-out. read more
