The area is phenomenal, but the front desk staff, who represent the business, leave much to be desired. Upon arrival, you are greeted with dry requests for fees. Although you try to ensure that everything is covered by the company or the package you selected, you should be cautious. For instance, don't ask for extra toilet paper for three guests; you'll want to limit your visits to the front desk, or you might find yourself charged $10 for simply borrowing coffee, water, or Nutella located to the left as you enter the premises, past the elevators. There are only four elevators servicing more than five floors, which means you often have to wait while the other guests are dropped off. Once you reach the main lobby, you must scan your key card again before heading back to your floor, which can be quite inconvenient. This may work as a great security feature for politicians or celebrities, but for regular guests, it's a hassle. The suites facing the highway are a nightmare for light sleepers. The only window in the suite does not open to allow fresh air in for the smell of sweat left in the room, and directly faces the main highway to New Hampshire. Additionally, the grass surrounding the building was nearly as tall as the fourth floor. Not a pleasant stay for scheduled surgery. Overall, it's an experience I won't repeat. Next time, I'll check Yelp before my booking. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. Before my arrival, I requested to use one of my five upgrades but was denied at check-in because they were "sold out." Fine, that's understandable. Then, I asked if a double queen room was available instead, only to be told, once again, "No, the hotel is sold out." Fine, I can live with that too. But when I tried to sleep, the pillows were so overstuffed with chunky foam that my head was at a 95-degree angle, making it impossible to rest. I called the front desk for a different pillow and, unsurprisingly, was told they were "sold out." Out of curiosity, I checked the app and saw rooms available for immediate purchase. At this point, I was frustrated. I went down to the front desk at 11:30 pm to ask for a pillow in person, only to be told again that they were "sold out" and they couldn't retrieve one from a "vacant" room. I assume she meant an occupied room, but the semantics don't change the lack of service. I told her I could book a room right then through the Marriott app, so clearly, they weren't sold out. She challenged me to show her, so I did. Her response? The app is wrong, and they have no rooms. As a Titanium Elite member with over 58 stays at Marriott properties this year, I'm fed up with this "sold out" excuse. FIRST IMPRESSIONS WAS NOT PLEASANT. I am surprised with what has happend to hospitality business. They are no longer pleasant to welcome guests in their property. I started staying in Marriott hotels starting 2023 and its my 3rd stay in Marriott property and i am not experiencing a welcoming experience. In this location i was checking in at 12am and the lady at the front reception didn't even greet with a smile. Just with a blank face, she asked me "How can i help you?" i said checking in and her face was like as if i asked her $50,000. I am not gonna get into that she was not able to find me with my last name and everything. but she gave me the keys, didn't tell me which way the evelavtors are. Not welcomed as a Gold elite member. I had to ask her where are the elevators. Next morning, when i got into the breakfast room and i was at 8.59 am and breakfast closes at 9 and this lady who was in the kitchen was laughing loudly and moment she saw me, her face was like that she was totally unhappy that someone is here is get breakfast. I plated my breakfast in 1 mins just went out. BTW, there were 2 other guests after me that came to get breakfast. When i was about to leave for my work it was the lady at the front said me "good Morning and have a good day and my immediate reaction was " wow, you are the first person in this property who had a smiling face ever since i checked in to the hotel" The rooms are super super small. Great location, clean and friendly staff. I recommend this location as it is well located in Cambridge but offers easy access to Boston. There are lots of regulars that come for work or events so the mood is usually quiet and calm. Hotel offers free breakfast and has a small gym. The gym could be a bit bigger but they have treadmills and dumbbells so it works and you can always walk run to the river and around as there is a short (2.5 ish miles) and long (5.4ish miles) loops if you use the bridges. T stop is also very close for getting around. I have been here a couple times and I would return! read more

Very convenient hotel! The check-in process was easy and I was able to get to my room right away. The elevators are fast, despite there only being 2. My room was a little small, but there was enough room to move around the bed (but not much living area otherwise). The wifi was impossible to get on using my phone, but I didn't have any issues connecting with my laptop. The bathroom was super spacious and well-lit. The toiletries (shampoo/etc) came in large dispensable bottles in the shower which is nice since it reduces waste. My room had a microwave/mini-fridge (nothing came in the fridge). Water in the lobby and a small gym that is open 24/7. There are a few treadmills and a rack of weights but nothing fancy. It did get the job done though! read more

First, for my family, being the only ones singled out in a dining area with two white male guests present was uncomfortable and memorable in the worst way. Second, let me be clear--there was no misunderstanding. I hold a graduate degree and fully understood the situation this morning. I would like a legitimate explanation as to why the staff approached us--not once, but twice--to tell us we couldn't dine early, while allowing the two men to eat without interference before the official breakfast time. Unlike other complaints about noise or environmental issues, what I am addressing here is the staff's attitude. I am not concerned with how "nice" or "valued" this employee might be within the team; what matters is that her behavior towards our family felt dismissive and discriminatory. After speaking with the manager today, it was clear that we share similar backgrounds as minorities. I made it clear that I won't let my voice be silenced on this matter. It's important for future guests to know that every visitor deserves to be treated with respect, and I hope that this review prompts the Fairfield Marriott to reflect on their policies and ensure fair treatment for all guests. I didn't push back, even though, like every other guest, I had paid $360 for my stay. A few minutes later, though, two other guests--both white men--entered the dining room, said nothing, and began helping themselves to breakfast, even though it was still before the official start time. When my family sat down, that same staff member immediately approached us and insisted we "put our dishes back into places", but did not say a word to the other two guests. I was honestly shocked. To give some context, my family and I are Asian. In the dining area, it was just us and the two other men. The fact that the staff member only reprimanded us left me feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable. I've lived in the U.S. for 13 years, completing my education in Cambridge. In all my time here, I've never encountered an experience like this--especially not in Cambridge, which is often portrayed as one of the most liberal, respectful cities. We reserved a mobility accessible room because my wife uses a wheelchair - we were in town for a visit to nearby Mass General hospital. The room we were given had multiple issues that presented hazards for my wife. We reported both issues promptly to the front desk and in both cases the hotel failed to resolve them. I do not recommend this hotel for people with disabilities. Here are the details. Although the room did in fact have a mobility accessible bathroom as advertised, it was on the right side of a very narrow hallway that was partially obstructed by a large piece of furniture containing the microwave and refrigerator. Because this piece of furniture protruded into the narrow passageway to the bathroom it was difficult for my wife to maneuver through it without banging her hands. This is a common hazard for people with wheelchairs and one the hotel should be aware of if they are truly ADA compliant. When I noticed this upon arrival, I immediately called the front desk and said there was a heavy piece of furniture that was preventing safe wheelchair access and I asked someone to simply help me move it. Someone from engineering arrived , entered the room without wearing a mask, looked around and did not seem to know what to do. I asked that, because we are in the midst of a pandemic, they return with a mask and then we could move the furniture together. The person left to go find a mask. Time passed. I eventually received a call from the front desk saying the furniture was too heavy to move. By that time, I had already moved it myself. It was not that heavy. The required grab bar to the left of the toilet looked more like a towel bar than an ADA approved grab bar. Sure enough, when my wife who is of average height and weight leaned on it when rising from the toilet it immediately loosened from the wall! We reported this to the front desk told them when we would be out of the room so they could fix it. 24 hours later, upon check out the bar was still not fixed Besides these hazardous experiences for a person with disabilities the hotel was simply mediocre. But it was the hazards that will prevent us from returning, and prevent us from recommending it for anyone with a disability. This is not our first experience with Marriott playing fast and loose with ADA requirements, which is very disappointing from an established and powerful brand. read more

Several weeks in advance, we reserved 2 rooms for our family. Our planned trip revolved around pre-move in activities for daughter's start as Freshman at Harvard. 2 days prior to arrival I received an email indicating that daily house keeping was suspended due to covid pandemic restrictions. (I.e. no daily cleaning of your room, towel change, bedding arrange, etc.). Also we were told breakfast would be grab and go options (muffin, sandwich, fruit, etc) due to COVID pandemic restrictions. This is understandable although left many questions which it took us almost our entire stay to figure out. We requested 2 adjoining rooms since we have teens in tow. The "King Suite" is actually a small (smaller than the ajoining double queen room) room with a pull out sofa stuffed into a corner. Very little room to move especially between the pullout sofa & bed. Unfortunately the small king suite had a faulty chest of drawers - two top drawers that would not remain closed. Somehow they slowly reopened after we closed them each time. This drive us crazy! Over and over for the entire 4 days there hubby & I were constantly closely those 2 drawers. To matters worse the opened drawers blocked the narrow passage by the foot of the bed. Did we try to get it fixed? Of course. The first evening after arrival and discovering the problem we called front desk. We were told that they would have someone come look at the drawer the following day. He admitted there had been previous complaints about the drawers. The following day nothing. That second, we talked to clerk at desk on our way out the second day. He said he would be up to look at it that day. That day went & nothing. The 3rd & final time, I spoke with the e assistance manager, Kristine(?). She offered a partial refund on one day of our 4 or 5 day stay. A little late & only after too much time chasing down staff. It should NOT take this to get some action. I explained that we hoped to have next guests avoid this same frustration. It was also unclear in terms of how to secure clean towels and toiletries each day as well as how to get out trash emptied.. (since housekeeping was suspended) our trash overflowed until we put the can in the hall. No Pool. A small functional workout room. Decent location about 1-2 miles away from Harvard Square. Free Breakfast was a plus. read more

This hotel is awesome! Where to begin...I think it's the awesome staff, especially Katarina. She was super friendly and remembered me each day and honestly made the whole experience feel a lot more personal and fun. Another part is the value. While this hotel is only a few miles (about a $10/15min Uber) to downtown Cambridge, it's a dramatically better value than the hotels there. The rooms themselves are really nice, too. They're a little on the small side (as is typical of urban hotels), but they really thought the furniture and design out. I love that they managed to fit a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. They also have a full size desk, plenty of drawers and storage (including in the night stand), and even an extra chair. Those parts are *so* much better than other smaller hotels I've been to before. Breakfast was awesome, too. Several hot dishes (usually eggs + meats waffles and maybe pancake) complement a fresh fruit selection, more typical continental breakfast foods, and some pretty great morning beverages. At night, they even do a little surprise around 6-8! It was cookies a few times; some of the other things they do sounded awesome as well. The only couple of things you might notice are that the closet is really small (but I think that's an acceptable change personally), and the walls are pretty thin. I sleep pretty heavily, fortunately, but I could hear the cleaning staff working in the mornings, people walking around at night, etc. I even got a noise complaint because of a heated business phone call I took in the room. If you get put in a room that's too loud, just ask politely to be moved the next day, and the staff is so nice I'm sure they'd accommodate. The other downside is that parking costs money, but everything is so accessible by Uber and Lyft now anyway that you really shouldn't have a rental car for Boston or Cambridge. The front desk told me the city requires them to charge for parking, although I couldn't find a reference for this. I'm Marriott Platinum, and they were nice enough to get me hooked up with a suite upgrade on my second day (and super gracious about keeping me updated and getting my stuff moved). A+ loved it. The suites are a little more oddly arranged than the regular rooms (and the suites have a muuuuuch nicer mini-fridge), but overall it was a great experience. I got off to a bad start with the hotel. The manager was not the friendliest and mistakenly booked us for 2 nights instead of our planned 1. When we objected to the unexpected price hike, we were made to feel like we didn't didn't know how to calculate taxes. The manager did correct her error and apologize but it really started us off on the wrong foot. Did I mention you have to pay for parking? The hotel is well maintained and clean for the most part. The gym is reasonably equipped and clean. There is no pool. The rooms are a bit small, especially for the rates that are charged. The beds are also very soft, which is don't prefer but important to note. My actual stay was pretty good and comfortable. They serve an excellent breakfast! Probably they best part of the stay. There's a large variety of food and I highly recommend the poppy seed cake. Check out was a breeze and simple. The staff was friendly otherwise. The checkin offer for the free dessert is not valid. My husband booked this hotel and we were excited to stay here because we knew Hurricane IDA was about to hit Boston, and we would be indoors for a good portion of the time. On the plus side, the place is very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was ok (the scrambled eggs are not real eggs). We are giving this 3 stars because we had a couple issues. We always stay at Marriott's hotel, however this is the first time that we stayed at the Fairfield Inn Suites. You would think the rooms would be suites, similar to Residence Inn Suites. However, it's mostly just regular rooms (smaller than your average hotel room) Secondly, you would think a category 5 Marriott hotel would have smart TV's, but that was also not the case. So we were stuck watching regular TV, which was fine, but with the storm, even the regular TV didn't work due to weak or no cable signal. The other issue is that we could hear constant footsteps from the room above us. There's nothing Fairfield can really do about this, but this was just another annoyance we had to deal with. If you are looking for just a place to sleep, this could be an ok option, however if you are looking for a suite or a family experience in the hotel, this option is not the best one because they don't have a lot of amenities. read more

This Hotel is very up to date. The daily rate is competitive for the area. One big caveat when you're booking, if you're using a third party booking app, carefully read the fine print; when you do you will see that there is a $40.00 a night charge for parking, but that still gives them a competitive rate. Since on-street parking is not a real option, you will be paying that fee on top of your room rate. The desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean, the bed very comfortable. The rooms are not very big and they seem a bit crowded, but there was adequate space to move around. There is a large dresser in the room, two good sized end tables, one very small desk/table with an office chair, and one accent chair. There is a good sized flat screen TV with a decent selection of channels. The room also has a mini-fridge, small microwave and a Keurig as well as an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. One issue is the seating. If there are two of you, you will have to drag the accent chair across the room if you both want to sit at the table, the chair is a tight fit, you sit a bit too low in it, and the table is very small if two are using it. There was some major construction going on to a building about 20 yards outside my window, but the noise was not an issue for me. The bathroom is big. You get an adequate selection of towels. The best feature is the huge walk-in shower. It could easily fit 4 people if you're into that. The whole front wall is tempered glass. On the inside wall there is a rack mounted that holds three pump dispensers, one each of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. I had to take my time and just enjoy that shower! Due to COVID, you must wear a face covering outside your room. And there is no breakfast service. However, you can get a small breakfast bag at the desk. It's less than impressive. You get a packet of oatmeal, a granola bar, a cup of applesauce, a snack sized pastry, and a small bottle of orange juice. Coffee is available. Overall, my 2 night stay was good. The lack of seating/table space was not an issue as I was alone. The doggie-bag "breakfast" was a bit of a joke, but I would still recommend this place. read more

Went downstairs and there was no one behind the bar or anywhere to take an order. Waited at front desk to ask how I get my order taken for a good 10 minutes, which was not the front desk person's fault, but no one showed up at the "restaurant" during that time. When I asked how to get my order taken because there was no one there. "Oh! I'm sorry. I'll get someone." Someone comes out at 10:20 and asks if I'm looking at the full menu because she thinks the cook left already. So, here is my review of the food at this Fairfield Marriott. Frankly, I expected better. The turkey sausage muffin was good, as were the hash browns, but they shouldn't make you walk across the street to get them after giving "I don't give a f*ck about you" service. This is hands down one the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and they were very clean, the staff was very friendly and they were truly interested in making people stays comfortable. Even the free breakfast was superior to others that we have had. They had a lot more choices, and the woman who worked in the kitchen frequently came to the buffet area to make sure that we were not low on any items. Finally, the neighborhood itself was great. We were next to public transportation, cafes and restaurants, and near the Boston Museum of Science. If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would. read more

The only reason they lost a star was because the walls are really thin. We stayed on Valentine's Day and it sounded like a brothel when you walked down the hallway to the room. I was in Boston for a work conference this week and stayed at the Fairfield in Cambridge. I was VERY impressed with the hotel. My room was meticulously clean and stocked after checking in. The single-king bedroom is a little small but they more than make up for it literally in everything else. The air conditioner worked great, nice Samsung TV and the bed was super comfy. The shower was really nice, all glass doors, really nice! Nothing is cheap or 'chincie' like in some hotels. The breakfast the have in the morning is perfect. The staff was awesome as well, professional, very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and again, I'm very impressed with the Fairfield!! read more

Let me start by saying that I'm a huge Marriott fan. I booked this short stay in Boston through the Marriott site looking for a least expensive option. What I got wouldn't be a bargain at half the price. The best thing about this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. There was assorted sweets (muffins etc), oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage and French toast. Pretty standard fare at most of this type of hotel. The room, on the other hand, was a study in poor design. The one accessible 3 prong outlet was in one corner behind the sofa bed. The one phone was in the opposite corner, wedged between the bed & the wall. The closet was 12 inches wide & virtually worthless. Most frustrating was the sofa bed. Once you unfolded it you can't really sit at the desk. Moving on to the bathroom, which was spacious, the water pressure was abysmal. The towels were threadbare. All in all, a place I'd rather not return to, budget or no. read more

My family and I stayed here last week and it was a great experience. The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful (especially Laury and Eddie). Rooms were clean -- we had two. There is no way we'd pay for two rooms in the city so it made it possible for us to be more comfortable. We'd stay here again. This place looks very fancy, especially when you look at the light fixtures and wall coverings. It's honestly nothing horribly special, but is nice & clean. The rooms are fairly small, but I assume that's about normal for places in Boston. You have to pay for parking, but if you ask they are willing to let you leave your car there longer than check-out, as long as it's gone before 3 when the new guests check in. It is close to the green line, which takes you downtown so that was nice. Also, one of the best breakfasts I had along our New England road trip simply because their muffins are AMAZING! read more

Fairfield Inn & Suites in Cambridge is conveniently located within a short walk from the Lechmere T station. There's a Dunkin Donuts across the street and a CVS Pharmacy just a short walk down the street. MIT is less than 2 miles away. Boston is a also just a few miles away. The main lobby included a seating area with a large tv, check in counter, small bar, and a dining area to enjoy the buffet breakfast included with your stay. There was also a small gym located on the main floor. Our king suite was complete with two mini fridges, two TVs, microwave, sofa bed, etc. The room felt humid and warm when we arrived, but after several minutes with the wall unit AC on the temp was comfortable. The room lacked a suitcase stand. The closest was small. However, overall the room was nice and definitely a place I would recommend. read more

I truly missed the Fairfield after staying at a few other hotels during my trip to Boston. I've interacted with about five of the reception staff during my four night stay, and all of them were exceptionally enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The cleaning staff was also very friendly by greeting me with a good morning and apologizing for being in the way as I walked down the halls. The room was very clean. The mattress sheet cover was slightly worn out though in some places near the foot of the bed though. It looks like the hotel is relatively new and that the cleaning staff took care into preparing the room. The bed was firm and comfy. The pillows were big and comfortable. The room had a microwave, fridge, and free wifi. The wifi was a little weird on my phone - I sometimes had to successfully connect to the lobby's wifi first before connecting to the room's wifi to get it to work. The breakfast was one of the best free hotel continental breakfast I've ever had! Weekends is from 7-10 and weekdays is from 6-9. It had nearly every breakfast food I can think of, although some "special" items like french toast, meat, and vegetable omelets rotated day-by-day, and I don't remember seeing pancakes. My favorite creation was delicious oatmeal topped with fruit, granola, cinnamon, brown sugar, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. There was also bananas, apples, yogurt, bagels, a waffle maker, cereal, muffins, and whole eggs. My only complaint was that the waffle maker made such big waffles - I felt bad for not being able to eat it all! The eating area got occasionally busy some mornings, but the staff didn't bat an eye when we brought our food up to our room. The front bar also has lunch and dinner options available for purchase from their kitchen, but I didn't try it. I also enjoyed their complimentary beverage stand that was refilled and available throughout the day. It had ice water, hot water, coffee and ingredients for lemonade and hot chocolate. We also took advantage of the T-Station, Star Market, and McDonalds that were about a 3-5 minute walk away. Most of the waiting was for the traffic lights to turn green, but maybe I'm not used to Boston traffic. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk to the Mall and Science Museum. The surrounding area didn't look as nice, but the street on the hotel side was well-lit and felt safe. I will definitely choose to stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites again providing we get a good price on it again. (The price with the AAA discount seemed decent for the area the first few days the week before labor day, but it fluctuated daily and suddenly jumped up about $60 one day which seemed a bit high, so we decided to try near-by hotels the rest of the trip). read more

My husband and I had the best hotel experience ever at this place. The hotel is immaculate and has a really cool, modern black/white/grey color scheme. Every single staff person was extremely friendly and kind. The complimentary hot breakfast was amazing: Belgian waffles, oatmeal, eggs, fruit, breads, breakfast wraps, etc. The place has complimentary wifi (even in the rooms) and free 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Lechmere. I can't rave about this place enough. It will be my go-to place to stay in Boston/Cambridge. read more

This hotel is the very definition of what I expect in lodging, so as a longtime Marriott Rewards member, I was thrilled. Clean, comfortable and quiet with modern amenities, friendly and accommodating staff, a delicious breakfast spread (although I confess I snuck to Dunkin' Donuts across the street for coffee) and a well-equipped fitness center. I was up for the weekend with my son to tour Boston University and needed a hotel with easy transit access to avoid costly car rental and parking fees (and the Boston area's notoriously horrid traffic and restrictive parking). This was perfect with a simple two-block walk to the Lechmere T station (Green Line). If I had to find something to critique, I would recommend that management consider installing a safe in each room for valuables. It also would be nice to provide guests with complimentary in-room bottled water, which these days is available at most hotels, at least the ones where I have stayed. While not the fanciest or the most exclusive, the people are fabulous. Want a good conversation with your evening beverage? Tai will eloquently share the travails and triumphs of the day. Need a moment of reassurance? The front desk staff from Michael to Caitlyn to Kayla will greet you with a smile and ensure you walk away satisfied. The housekeeping staff are friendly and professional and morning breakfast is a pleasant, quick start to the day. On top of it all, the price is usually the most reasonable in the area even when others are gouging their customers. I will be back, repeatedly. read more

This Marriott is a 5 Star without any question! Compared to the Ritz Carlton I just stayed at this location blows the Ritz away!! I met the manager Matthew Tivnan because he was working in the breakfast bar serving customers & I happened to run into him. Goes to show why directors need to work outside of their ivory towers in order to truly see what's going on at ground level. The customer service at this location is superb, you won't regret staying here, I highly recommend it because every room includes a refrigerator, microwave & Keurig machine which is very convenient for those who wish to travel with their own food. read more

We booked this hotel for one night at last minute. I was sitting on the steps of the Harvard library and called for a room. We got a great price ($200) for a Thursday night stay in a studio room with a king bed plus a sofa bed for my son. This is a modern facility. Updated. Very clean. The walk-in shower works really well with great water pressure. 2 TVs, in a very small "suite". Comfortable bed. Very clean sheets and towel. I did not mind that there is no view (or a view to the parking lot). The only complaint is they charge me $40 for parking. But breakfast was great quality, which evens it out. It's 10 minutes walk from Kendall square. Very convenient location. Even though it is situated in the middle of a less developed area. read more

Loved this place. Very new. Modern design and appliances throughout. Clean. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast. Caters to a business clientele. Just a block from the subway entrance. It's pricey (Tuesday night) but we'd guess rates are lower on less busy nights. No reason for disappointment in this first-rate hotel. read more

PROS: - The hotel decor is absolutely great. From the outside, I wasn't expecting much but the inside was wonderful. It felt comfortable. - The hotel staff was probably the most professional group of youngsters I've ever seen. Anytime we walked past them, we were greeted. It's the little things that count. - Our King guest room was immaculately clean. That's all I really ask for is a clean room and this was perfect. It smelled clean. The sheets were pristine. The TV came with HBO (love!). The little mini fridge was see through which was a pleasant surprise. - The bathroom was roomy enough and again, the decor of the bathroom was absolutely perfect. I love a standup shower. - Since we were down for Pride festivities, I loved that we were close to everything. Hell, there's a liquor store right down the street from the hotel, McDonalds...basically, anything you wanted was within walking distance including the station. - At night, since we were facing the street, it did get a little noisy but nothing out of control. I still slept comfortably through the night. - The free continental breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts I've ever had...and I've stayed at Marriotts and Courtyard Marriotts. The fruit here was fresh and crisp. The dining staff were extremely helpful even offering to throw out your trash for you. - Free wifi for your entire stay and you get to add up to 3 devices on the wifi. And the wifi was very good. I streamed videos (Netflix) on my iPad. - On the phone, they couldn't confirm if my request to arrive at 1pm (check in is at 3pm) but they said they would try to. I arrived at 12:45pm and they had a room ready for us. CONS: - The water pressure in the standup shower fluctuated. It wasn't a strong pressure of water that came out. More like....a moderate rain storm. - You have to pay $40 a day to park and they are limited: first 50 people who pay for spots, gets a spot all day. I'm used to being able to park for free at hotels so this was different. The alternative was to park at a garage 0.5 miles away for $20 that has no "in and out" privileges. If you pay for parking at the hotel, you can come and go as you please and you will ALWAYS have a spot to park. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Without a doubt. A clean room, professional hotel staff, and a good nights rest is all I ever wanted. This facility gave me what I wanted. read more
