I didn't just show up randomly--I made sure before wasting my entire day driving there. I get there after two hours and, of course, they don't have it. So apparently calling ahead and getting confirmation means absolutely nothing here. Two hours of driving, traffic, gas, and my time completely wasted because someone couldn't take 30 seconds to actually verify their inventory. If you're going to tell a customer you have something, MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY HAVE IT. Would absolutely not recommend wasting your time dealing with this place.

Our first interaction was with Miguel, the department manager, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. He took the time to assist us and made the shopping experience easy. We then worked with Vernon at the Customer Service desk, who was also excellent. He was professional, helpful, and got everything set up for us. We initially misunderstood the delivery schedule, so I called and spoke with Araceli , one of the managers. She quickly understood the situation, took care of the problem, and told us they would have our furniture delivered the very next day. To her credit, they did exactly that. The delivery team was also fantastic. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but they were fast, professional, clean, and efficient. They handled everything carefully and got the job done quickly. This was my first experience shopping at Lowe's for something like this. I've used other companies in the past, but hands down, Lowe's provided a great experience from start to finish. If you're purchasing something that you can't easily fit in your vehicle, I highly recommend talking with Miguel, Vernon, or Araceli.. They were all excellent to work with, and the delivery staff was just as pleasant. Great job, Lowe's! Five stars all the way. I will definitely be back!

The last time I went to Harbor Freight, I predicted that I would not need to return for years,…read morepossibly a decade or two. So much for prediction. I had an emergency need for power tools. When confronted with some impossible to eradicate mold, I suddenly realized I needed a drill brush. And since my current drill is a little too expensive to risk shorting out, I needed an inexpensive drill. So I quickly turn to the Harbor Freight app and priced the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised. I had no idea you could buy a drill for 15 bucks. And I've priced drill brushes before, and the package at Harbor Freight was approximately half the price of what I expected. Now the store is meticulously labeled, making it trivially easy to find what you're looking for. Unfortunately the drills and the drills accessories occupied and inordinately large amount of space. Luckily the harbor freight app clearly listed that both items were located on aisle one. It was just a matter of scanning every item to find the ones I wanted. I was pretty astonished by the array of tools. I spotted a few items on my wish list, but I managed to refrain. All in all my trip was quick and pleasant. I had a nice little chat with the security guard who seemed very friendly and was obviously bored with the lack of crime in the store. Check out was quick and efficient except for the coupons. I needed help at the register to figure out how to clip them.

It is an interesting addition to what was clearly once a dying strip mall. We were on our way to Lowes when my husband saw this spot and wanted to stop. He found only 1/2 of what he was looking for. But the woman working there knew where the item was to be located and while I couldn't find it, I didn't mind the trip. The security guard watched my husband's newly purchased items while he joined me in the search for what he was looking for which was very nice. It's weird because after visiting the store in San Rafael ages ago and making a big purchase, my husband said that everything he bought was cheap and complained. And yet, like a lemming running to a ledge, every time we see one of these he wants to stop. I still don't know why. But, I think he's more careful about his purchases which means that he's learned something.
