This place is quite underrated and very clean. I loved the size of the rooms, and the beds were pretty comfortable. We didn't have any issues with parking since we arrived early and used Uber to get to our destination. The front office staff was friendly as well. However, after 11 PM, you have to enter through the back door, which can be hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bedding had spotted stains on it, one of the towels had brown stuff on it, and the floors were filthy. I was wearing white socks and the amount of dirt that was on my socks after walking around the room for an hour was insane. The rooms themselves look more like bedrooms than hotel rooms and everything looked cheap. Even the lobby does not look like a hotel, It looks like someone threw it all together themselves. I was just reading some of the complains or low stars this place got. One review said the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We mostly interacted with the front desk and they were nice to us. Not fake nice. Genuinely nice. This is obviously NOT the Ritz but you get a lot for what you pay for. Clean rooms. Big rooms at that. The rest of the building also looked clean and the neighborhood felt safe. To be honest, I didn't get to check this out before coming. It was my wife that booked it. I was somewhat not looking forward to it because the last time we were there we stayed at the Embassy Suites. But after staying there, I have no problems returning. read more

My husband and I had reservations for Friday and Saturday nights over Labor Day weekend. We've stayed here twice before a couple of years ago and although there are virtually no amenities, found our rooms to be okay. This time was completely different! They put us in room 116. It wasn't as clean as I would expect but what was worse was all the noises we heard! This included other doors opening and closing, and other strange noises that we could not pinpoint. The mini split in our room made way too much noise and our shower had a leak that sprayed water all over the bathroom. We made it through one night without sleep but that was all we could take. We checked out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon to take the long drive back to Arizona a day early even though we had paid through Sunday morning. We will never stay here again! read more

I can't say enough how wonderful this hotel and the staff is!! The rooms are very spacious and always clean. All of the staff are absolutely amazing, as well!! They are awesome people who truly care about their guest, as well as always trying their best to ensure every guest has a great experience during their stay. The location is also great! Not far from Disneyland, as well as being centrally located around shopping centers and stores for all of your possible needs during your stay, not to mention it's next door to Troy's burgers! The room with the hot tub was very nice and very clean.I would highly recommend. It was very quiet and a peaceful stay. Vending machines are fully stocked. The price is well worth it. Great customer service but I guess you get what you pay for. The room was not clean at all, if you lift up the bed liner, the bed had like dark spots, not necessarily evidence of bedbugs, but definitely evidence of a dirty mattress. Hair was all over the towels and Bed. The foot of the bed, which is also behind the couch was white with a whole bunch of black marks from dirty feet touching it. Behind the toilet seat was yellow marks obviously from urine. I definitely will not be staying here again, not clean at all. Look, this place is fine. I'm not saying you shouldn't stay here, I'm just telling you why I won't. I think the rooms are renovated studio apartments which explains why they're so oddly big. If you want a closet, you won't get one. They also seem to have run out of money for any sort of decoration. The walls are bare and contributed to the overall weird vibe. Even painted walls would add some cheer instead of the vacant beige. The bathroom is also huge and I had a walk-in shower which is fantastic for tall people but never got warm enough for me. My main complaint is that there was no extra lock other than the one attached to the door knob. No chain, no extra bolt. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe here. I wasn't happy that I was put right by the elevator at first, but it was probably safer for me with the extra traffic. My room was clean and it was quiet, but it just felt weird and made me uneasy. For the price, it's probably fine for people who aren't alone. The guys at the front desk were nice to me. read more

Room is big very quiet location I have really have no complaints until it comes to management. He is very rude in a mocked me when I was upset about him trying to charge $30 for towel with light makeup from washing my face. He will milk you for any little thing to keep deposit. Also, room was in a friend's name who had added my name to registery upon checking in. However I left and took wrong key by accident. He would not let me re-enter the motel or room (with all of my belongings) he is my only problem. The other staff is very kind and helpful. read more

Staff was very friendly. The price was decent for the room. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. I am pretty picky about my bed, this one was soft and comfy. If I had to say a concern, the ac turned off a few times at night while sleeping and the mini fridge wasn't as cold as I liked. Over all I would stay again and would recommend to others. read more

From the hotel booking sites, we were expecting a better experience. Imagine if a stereotypical male bachelor designed a hotel room that reflected their lifestyle, and you might have a picture. The rooms themselves are huge - so much so that they feel very empty, and kind of unfinished. The fixtures seem like a mishmash of miscellaneous industrial style items, including a folding chair at the drafting table-style desk. Multiple charging ports, but low power, and very slow. Vinyl floors are bare. Mold is growing in the shower, and the sink was dirty. Just observing the cleaning crew, they appeared to be rather unmotivated. On the positive side, the A/C was good, the water was sufficiently hot, the fridge was cold, the coffee maker and the iron were there and worked, and the price was right. Not terrible, but definitely on the odd side. We'd probably choose another lodging option if we came this way again. read more

Would give zero stars if possible. Dirty room and horrible guest service. Denied my refund after I refused to stay in a hotel with horrible standards. Staff claimed the reason for denial was because I "used the bed" however I only moved the sheets to inspect, which I was glad I did since the sheets were untucked, meaning no proper routine was done to the bed. Dust and hair was atop the bed frame which confirmed no proper cleaning was done. Will never go back and will never recommend. Please save yourself the headache. read more

This small but private and wonderfully equipped establishment is nothing I expected after finding it for such a great deal on hotels.com the rooms are hardwood with a wall sized vanity mirror (my fiance loved it) the rooms have smart TVS and quite spacious. the staff is courteous and always there if you need anything (and not when you don't) I would deffinately recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay. We recently stayed one night and it looks great in the photos but definitely wasn't the same when we got there. Our room needs some serious repairs. Just to mention a few was the door would not lock, there was a water leak above the sink area, the blinds were broken off,the sink cabinet doors would not close so you bump into them when using the sink, and you can hear cars driving by all night long. I mentioned that the room needs some repairs to the front desk clerk and he just said yeah I know. I'll never stay there again. read more

I do not believe the positive reviews, this was my experience. The biggest problem this hotel has is maintenance. I expect the drain in the sink to work, the floor to be clean, the sheets to not be "pilled", the towels to be average not rags, the bell cart to move without a fight, coffee supplies to be there, drawers not to fall apart when opened etc, etc. Will not return under any condition and do not recommend. I also had a huge problem with the cost as they said the on line reservation sites were not charging enough tax and a later bill could be expected if we used one. In addition they have a one night cancellation fee as their cancel policy that no one told me about when we reserved the room. Big mistake, very disappointed. read more

I am mystified how this place Got such great reviews. It's cold, creepy and the interior has so many defects. There was no soap at all so I couldn't shower. 1/2" of toilet paper and no backup rolls. The electric outlet in the bathroom is across the bathroom with no table or way to see yourself in the mirror so forget about drying or curling your hair. Very cold with no carpeting. How does this "hotel" get anything over a 7 out of 10? I'm being generous. When I called hotel the morning after I stayed one sad night clerk was very defensive about the fact there's no soap. "Well, you coulda asked" (at 2 am when I went to shower). So much for being showered and well groomed for my important appearance at the conference. read more

Horrible customer service! The room they checked us in hadn't been swept or mopped! They then switched us to another room that was even worse! The floor was just as dirty, and two of the towels were dirty and had been used. They had offered to clean the room and didn't even have the proper cleaning equipment. A broom with no dustpan, and a dirty black mop with no bucket of clean water or cleaning solution. By the time all this had happened it was about 10 PM and instead of leaving and looking for a new hotel. We decided to stay but I took it upon myself to clean the room. I went to Walmart and bought the proper cleaning supplies and did a proper disinfect and clean up myself. The receptionist apologized for the rooms being dirty and offered to refund us one of the two nights that we were staying. During checked out I spoke to the man in charge about the situation, and even showed him pictures of how dirty the rooms were. He did not refund me a night since I decided to stay. I told him his receptionist was gonna refund me a night for the inconvenience of me cleaning the rooms since they were filthy. And in the end they lied and told me since I had stayed they cannot refund one night. They don't care about the customer and only care about profits and making money. He even said I got the room at a low price for booking in advance. And said it would have been better if I would've left, so he could have sold the room for more that night. I get it's a business but horrible customer service and dirty rooms! This is the first and last time I will ever stay at this hotel. read more
