One of them walked me to the main office and waiting area. I paid for the smog service in less than 3 mins. I was asked to wait in the waiting area until the Smog was finished. The waiting area is very cute with all the decor and model cars. There is also a restroom available in the waiting area. The entire process took less than 20 minutes.
