Just bought a new Atlas VW and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The staff was amazing especially, John Reszke. John went above and beyond making sure to find the right color and package I was looking for and helped with trading in my old car. If you're looking for a New or used car definitely go check out John at VW in Fairfield he will take care of you!

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY. I WITNESSED THEM EMBARRASS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN OLDER VETERAN AND HIS WIFE. After they had negotiated a price with the salesman (Ron) AND his "supervisor ", both parties agreed to proceed with the purchase. The dealership had informed this older couple that everything regarding paperwork would have to be done via their smartphone...(wow). I couldn't believe that the dealership had the couple fill out all their personal and financial information on the phone. The salesman also told them they would have to contact their insurance company and have it added to their policy before they could drive it off the lot. So they went through the 30 min ordeal to jump through that hoop as well. Immediately following the completion of ALL of that, the salesman said "well I apologize, but it looks like that vehicle was actually sold this morning(it's after 4:00pm at this time) so I can't sell you that one, but I can make you a good deal on the other one out there ...?". At first they thought it was a prank, but it wasn't. Understandably the couple was furious. They asked how this could happen and discussed the gross incompetence of the staff, then Demanded to speak with the manager. As if it wasn't bad enough, the manager fell in step with the staff. The "other vehicle" they were offering to "give a good deal on" was one with prior damage reported and had MORE MILES!!!! Completely appalled by this and noticeably embarrassed, the couple left. While leaving, Now having to go through calling the insurance back to go through the lengthy process again of putting their policy back to normal, I left and told the manager this story would be told, reported and shared. His salesman's reply was deafening... simply replied" this isn't my first bad review and it won't be my last I'm sure..." the managers was just as bad stating " if they aren't interested in the other one(the one with recorded damage and more miles for the same price), there is nothing else I can do ". The vehicle they had agreed to purchase had 17k miles and one owner with no damage. Who in their right mind would ever do business here after learning this.... needless to say no one I know will ever be and I hope they are reported to the news or something. This will also be shared with Yelp and the BBB. Thanks for reading and please shop elsewhere if you want to avoid this level of professionalism and lack of integrity. Personally I can't believe VW would stand for this

Then when Abby checked me in she told me that it would be a 90 minute wait. I was a little surprised and told her that I had a 9:00 appoitment. She said that she knew but it would still be 90 minutes since they don't have an express lane like other dealers. I told her again that I was not looking for an express lane, that I had made an appoitment. She continued to insist it would be 90 minutes. I decided to wait because I had a coupon for almost 1/2 off of an oil change. At 9:45 they send me a video of my car on the lift. It still had the old filter on it so I am willing to bet my car with a 9:00 appointment sat there until 9:45 until they started working on it. My car was done at 9:10 which seemed like a reasonable amount of time for a car to get an oil change and inspection done. This again reaffirmed in my mind that my car sat 45 minutes before being worked on. Don't be fooled into thinking that having an appointment means that they are going to work on your car at that time. Don't be fooled into thinking that 4 or 5 service advisors standing at their desks doing nothing means one of them is going to call you over to work with you. I don't think I will be taking my car back there.

Worst car buying experience of my life and I WISH I HAD TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a car over Thanksgiving weekend, and I am still yet to receive a title, the second key, and was forced to pay more than $2400 up front for title work that is yet to be completed, SCAM! On Nov. 28th 2025, I found a '25 Santa Fe online for my wife. My father-in-law and I went in the morning to see the car and take it for a test drive. The salesperson had no knowledge of the vehicle, features, warranty, etc. - they just kept mentioning the "Jeff Wyler Experience" and its "benefits" but no provided objective information or details about the car. My wife liked the car, so we asked them to draw up the paperwork when we got back to the dealership. To our surprise, the cost of the vehicle came back OVER $8,000 MORE THAN ADVERTISED online, more than half of which was allocated to a bogus "Jeff Wyler Experience" warranty package they had rolled in as well as other fees and incremental warranties that didn't make sense at all! They neglected to mention that the factory warranty is already one of the best in the market at 5yr/60k mi basic and 10yr/100k mi powertrain - a huge selling point that a knowledgeable salesperson would have known and communicated, and making the need for additional warranty not necessary! We should've walked out then and there... After eventually agreeing to a reasonable price level excluding all the bogus on-cost, we then lost another ~3-4 hrs waiting for the Finance team to write up the deal and sign a Purchase Agreement. They ultimately provided us paperwork that didn't match the agreed sales order, and as was almost 8PM they tell us to come back in the morning with our check and that they will issue us a "We Owe You" order for the balance owed (which has NOT been paid to-date). The Salesperson person tells us to come back first thing the next morning and they will have the car detailed and through the CPO process for us to pick up. We arrive at 10AM with our check and expect to collect the car, but the Sales Manager tells us that we can't pickup as the car is, "in the back going through the detail." My father-in-law points out that the car is clearly parked next to the front entrance where they left it the previous evening. Embarrassed, the sales manager has someone pull the car in for detail, and they tell us to come back at 4PM for collection. Before making another 30min drive, I call the Sales Manager at 3:30PM, and he informs me the car is STILL not done, and to come back at 6PM. I finally collect the car later in the evening, and wish that was the end of the story.. It's now nearly 3 months from purchase, and we are still without a title for the car or the $2400 I paid for taxes/registration, second key, or "we owe you" balance. The temporary registration that came with the car is long expired, and Jeff Wyler refuses to make it right with an updated registration tag until our plate arrives. They have essentially stopped responding to all forms of communication, and we've had to issue a formal complaint with the Ohio Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the trouble and buy from anywhere else. These guys act and operate no better than a sleezy used car sales lot with better glass windows..

Based on that information, we agreed and took the vehicle home. However, today we received the official paperwork showing an APR of 2.9%, which directly contradicts what we were told. When we returned to the dealership to address this issue, the sales manager claimed that while most vehicles qualify for 1.9%, this particular vehicle is 2.9%. This was never disclosed to us during the purchase process. What makes this situation worse is that my uncle, who was involved in the purchase and has limited ability to read English, relied entirely on the verbal explanation provided by the dealership. It is unacceptable to give one set of information verbally and then present different terms in the written contract. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you do consider purchasing from them, make sure to carefully review all documents and confirm every detail in writing before leaving with the vehicle. Otherwise, you may face similar issues.

Save yourself the trouble and buy from anywhere else. These guys act and operate no better than a sleezy used car sales lot with better glass windows.. **Update: Feb 19** It's sad and disappointing when a business makes more of an effort to discredit a customer then to actually understand the facts of what happened, and ACT on those shortfalls to improve their business model and customer satisfaction. I've received more communication in the last day since posting my initial review then the last 3 months since purchase. GM Travis Wheeler called me today to accuse me of slander and before hanging up on me, threatened to withhold our second key unless I removed my review, which I will not. I would rather purchase a key from a stand-up dealership than see anymore people be uninformed and taken advantage of here. It befuddles me that a dealership can dispute these facts that are so heavily documented (with their own paperwork). Go check out Yelp, I'm not even close to being the only one...
