Turned in a jumpsuit with all buttons attached and I'm returned it with 3 out of 7 buttons missing and replaced with cheap, not even close to buttons and a sorry excuse they didn't do it. I guess honestly is not one of there policies. They did get a couple of stains out of the satin, but it's a shame I was told numerous times I brought it in this way. Photo taken 8/31/18, bummer for me. I've used this dry cleaner for 20+ years. New management not returning.

We brought our brand new 2 flower girl dresses to this dry cleaning place. The wedding will be happening in a couple of days. When we got back the dresses, the rhinestone details were messed up. Stones were missing and when we asked them about it, they said that they are not responsible for it. The customer service at this place does not even deserve a zero rating because it was soooo fucked up!!! I don't usually give reviews but I do want to warn people about this place. See the before and after pictures so you'll know how furious and disappointed we are.. Definitely the people working here are NOT professional dry cleaners!!! read more

Had a jacket sleeves tailored. Not what I was expecting AND I asked the cashier at the time I drop it off if they were going to press it she said yes. Well they did not! Arya's is far better a little more expensive but worth the money! read more

Complete waste of time and money - 0 attention to detail. My first & hopefully last experience here. I brought in my boyfriend's suit earlier this week, they didn't address the only two small yet visible stains on the jacket and only ironed the pants. With a wedding to attend the next morning, they wouldn't have had it "re-done" in time & they don't offer refunds. read more

My first time there was last week and I was greeted by a welcoming woman. She was so friendly, kind and accommodating when I dropped off my clothes and the same when I returned. Plus, she recognized me even with a mask on. I am definitely using Fairlane fron now on. read more

I would give them no stars, dropped off a brand new beige suit for my fiance, we got it back with ink stains on the pants and what looks like grease bolts on the jacket, even after getting it cleaned twice. We had to wait for the owner to return from vacation because the workers claimed they couldn't do anything about it. When we talked to Eli she first said it was like that when they got it. She agreed to take it back but called me within a couple minutes claiming they had proof with a photo. We went back to her, but she refused to let us see their so called proof. Never going to them again, do not recommend because they think their shit don't stink. read more

Pretty standard dry cleaners to me, walk in, drop off clothes, pay for the clothes, and pick them up three days later. I hope that will they consider using more environmentally friendly methods for their business in the future. read more

Update about Review Thankfully and graciously everything has been resolved as soon as I was able to speak to the owner the next morning. She acknowledged the unfit treatment and apologized on behalf of her employee for the way he handled the matter. She reassured me there would definitely not be any legal course taken and that this hiccup in the transactions would be taken care of. There would be no problems. The owner was super nice and understanding. I greatly appreciate her efforts to rectify the situation and communicate to her customer in a very respectful and kind manner. This is what customer service is all about. read more

I dropped off a couple button up shirts after calling them to get a quote. I decided to give them an opportunity because of their very reasonable pricing. I would give zero stars if I could. They lost the shoulder insignia off my husbands Navy dress whites and blamed him. They took zero responsibility and refused to even look. They do not give discounts for service member uniforms. Bad business. read more

This is a very convenient and wonderful dry cleaner. They have taken all my dresses and my husbands suits in and we have never found an issue. We have probably brought in about 40 shirts and pants in and none of them have had stains or issues. She also does tailoring for a decent price than other places around this area. The owner is so nice and welcoming! The VIP bag system is amazing! read more

While it was running I was putting other loads into the dryer, and the employee was helping another customer. By the time she finished, about five more minutes had passed and the timer was still stuck at 15 minutes. I explained the situation and asked either for a refund or for the load to be covered since the machine clearly wasn't operating normally. The employee insisted the machine was working properly, and we went back and forth for a bit. Meanwhile, another 10 minutes passed and the timer still hadn't moved from 15 minutes. Eventually she agreed to cover the load, but only after I mentioned that I would leave a review and file a complaint with the BBB. I've been a customer here for years, so it was disappointing that it took that much effort just to resolve an obvious issue with a malfunctioning machine.

It took them almost two weeks, even though I told them it was for my niece's funeral and asked if they could prioritize it. What a huge disappointment! On the day of the funeral, I discovered that the blouse was still full of oil stains that never been there before-- and the alteration wasn't even done! When I went back to confront them, instead of apologizing, the staff argued with me until I mentioned that I used to run the same kind of business. Any professional cleaner knows that silk easily shows oil stains, so there's no excuse. Their attitude toward customers is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, while I was there, another customer came in to pick up their gown -- only to find out it hadn't even been cleaned. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
