    Bbq pork ribs

No frills place that hits the spot when you're craving bbq. Menu is not very extensive but the food is very tasty. I had a craving to come here because this used to be Louie's BBQ pit which was bbq almost too good for this world. Sadly Louie's is no more here, and that was just next level. The cooking methods used now are different and the results are "decent" but nothing like Louie's (that's not a jab at Fairview, just Louie's was like some of the "BEST" I ever had). I have been to Fairview a few times and what I recommend most based on experience is what's pictured. The pork spare ribs with beans and rice. Don't get the french fries, they're just so so compared to the beans. Also the ribs are better when they leave them large. Sometimes they will cut them in pieces so just make sure to request them bigger size (as shown in pic). Finally, use the 2 sauces at least. It drives me nuts when people eat ribs with no sauce.

Fairview BBQ has some delicious meat options for sure! This restaurant sits right in the middle of a residential block away from all the traffic is really worth a visit. My experience was strictly take outs but it was quite smooth, food was ready on time and all packaged up for me when I arrive. Both the BBQ chicken and the Pork Cubes were quite heavenly I only wished I had more of it! Out of the two I'd highly recommend the chicken for sure. The sides were pretty decent although I think they gave way too much rice for the amount of chicken but definitely a plus if you like your carbs :) A very nice local Brazilian style BBQ place well worth your visit if you're ever in the area.

Typical Brazilian Portuguese BBQ place. Came by and got their special of half chicken barbecued with pork spare ribs. You get two sides but they either have to be yellow rice, white rice, or french fries. I opted for the yellow rice and I ordered a salad which I paid $4 extra for. The chicken was tough and rubbery it wasn't horrible but it was not tender. Spare ribs were also rubbery and hard, difficult to chew. Rice was your typical yellow rice which is instant. Salad is your typical lettuce tomato cucumber and shredded carrots. All in all I don't think I will be coming back. There are better places to eat in the area. It's not horrible but if I'm going to have barbecue meat I wouldn't want it to the point that it's not tender and the meat is hard and unchewable.

Very disappointed, how restaurants take advantage of the situation of cov 19, inflating prices, I expected more of this restaurant because of its prestige, but I realize that they are all the same; they only seek their personal benefit.

Great food for not being a predominantly Portuguese or Brazilian area. Food is always fresh and hot.

Both the chicken and the red beans went well with the yellow rice, and the special (a whole chicken, and two sides) was only $13.

From the moment we walked in, the place made a great impression. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and has a good music selection that adds to the overall vibe. There's a bar area in the front and a main dining room in the back, which gives the space a nice balance. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Parking - Private/Street Parking Atmosphere - The space is well designed and very clean. The combination of decor, lighting, and music creates an enjoyable dining environment. Having both a bar area and a main dining space makes it feel more spacious and well thought out. Service - The staff here really stood out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We ended up chatting with our waiter quite a bit, and he was extremely personable. He even took a song request from me and had it played, which was a really nice and unexpected touch that made the experience feel more personal. What We Ordered - The menu covers all the classic Korean BBQ staples you'd expect, along with some less traditional options like intestines and both spicy and non spicy chorizo, which made the experience more interesting. What really sets this place apart is their use of traditional cast iron pots instead of grills, which was a big deciding factor for us and gave the food a more authentic feel. A quick tip: ask for smaller portions when ordering. The servings are very generous. We switched to smaller portions after our first round so we could try more of the menu, especially since we don't visit the area often. Standout dishes for us were the Beef bulgogi, Beef brisket, Berkshire steak, Pork jowl, and the Braised crab meat soup. Everything was flavorful and well prepared, and these are definitely must order items in our opinion. Final Thoughts - For the price, this was a fantastic dining experience. Great food, generous portions, and genuinely friendly service made it well worth the visit. I would definitely come back again if we're in the area.

So, yes, that is still the truth about AYCE ... We started out with the beef thin brisket ... thin !!! Easy to satisfy your appetite and want to devour !!!! Tried many side dishes - steamed egg, steamed dumplings, grilled vegetables, and japchae. Side dishes were good !!! Then, thin sliced pork belly - very dry. Marinated pork ribs - nicely marinated, and beef bulgogi. Bulgogi was very good and wished we had a bowl of rice to go with it, not we wanted to go easy on the carb.

You get a lot of food and the food is delicious and the meat is high quality. The service is always fantastic. We had a big party and were seated right away on a weekend. The waiter was patient and they were thoughtful of the 3 kids in our party, bringing utensils and plates for them. I think of Wooga often. It's so yummy. But if you want to gauge price a little, we went with 4 adults, 3 kids and ordered japchae (glass noodles), kimchi pajeon (pancake), 2 bottles of soju, drinks, a meat set that came with soup, 2 types of pork and 2 types of beef and it came out to about $350, tip included. If you're on the fence about coming, definitely come.

The meat was fresh and tender, and grilled up beautifully alongside some mushrooms, garlic, and daikon on the tabletop grill. Loved that they threw in fresh herbs (rosemary/thyme) on the meat too -- nice touch. Banchan was plentiful and kept coming, so you're never short on sides. For dipping, you get a choice of garlic scallion sauce, soybean paste (ssamjang), or just salt -- all solid options depending on what you're grilling. Service was attentive and quick to help with the grill and refills without being intrusive. The restaurant has a big dedicated parking lot, which made getting in and out so much easier. Will definitely be back to try out the intestine options.
