I can't believe this place is called Chicken Factory, becuase they have the most incredible mochi donuts! This was my first time ever trying a mochi donut, and I was impressed. I got three flavors to go: passion fruit, strawberry, and matcha. The donuts themselves were light and fluffy. If you're craving a desert that's not too sweet, these are going to be a perfect fit. My favorite was the passion fruit, followed by the strawberry. I tend to love matcha flavored things but I could barely taste the matcha in the mochi donut. As a heads up, the restaurant is being renamed to Mochi Tori but that is pending. They said they used to sell primarily Korean Fried Chicken but now are expanding to also have Mochi Doughnuts, Mochi ice cream, Korean Corn Dog, and keeping the Korean Fried Chicken. Food (4/5): Ordered the milk and cookies mochi doughnut which was delicious. The doughnut had a good texture and was a good amount of sweetness. The Korean Corn Dog took a while to come out and was pretty good but they had limited sauce options, it's smaller, and the cheese wasn't as melty. Service (4/5): Friendly and helpful service. Haven't visited the actual establishment, but have ordered delivery a few times. This chicken is phenomenal!!! Never dry, tried a few sauces which are good with the spicy one being our fave. Two suggestions: 1. Develop and sell a high quality blue cheese. Homemade blue cheese is preferable for most customers. The blue cheese salad dressing packet cheapens the whole experience. 2. Add a couple more quality items to the starter menu. Maybe a loaded baked potato or some broccoli and cheese, charred brussel sprouts. Something along those lines. I've tried about 15 or more different korean corn dog places and this really is on the top. nice atmosphere as well. good experience and delicious food + good boba as well! i hope this place gets more customers soon because it's well deserved! and the food came out quick. I usually can't have more than a couple bites of fried food because it can be heavy and greasy but the corndogs here are perfectly made and don't leave you with that guilty feeling. Before checking out, I showed the woman behind the register. She didnt want to honor it and claimed that they aren't even on Yelp (but yet here we are). Positive reviews here are definitely dated. Chicken Factory WAS the best place for Korean fried chicken in Hoboken/Jersey City. This place has been consistently bad for almost a year. Is there new management or something? Delivery orders are always cold to the point that they taste like they were refrigerated and recently brought to room temperature. Their sauces all taste different now, aren't remotely spicy, and are usually soggy instead of crispy. The biggest issue is that deliveries are consistently more than 45 minutes late. If you order at 11:30, expect your food around 1:00. I don't recommend ordering here on any app. If you go, only eat in their restaurant so you can see for sure if they actually heat up your wings. Don't bother with anything else on the menu. You'll find better Korean dishes and bubble tea basically anywhere other than here. read more

They serve basically only Korean chicken, white rice and salad. I ordered the mild chicken wings only and an order of white rice. The chicken wings were good. They had a nice flavor to them. Some kind of Honey with soy sauce flavor, but it was good. The white rice was awful. It was clumpy with no flavor whatsoever. No salt no pepper no flavor it was awful. I gave them three stars because their chicken is pretty decent so if you're in the mood for chicken wings this might be a good place to hit up. One thing I did notice, there was a young lady tending to the front and taking orders that was very professional and very attentive to all the customers that came in. I ordered the hot Cheetos one with mozzarella cheese inside and the potato one with beef inside. They currently have 4 options for their corn dogs: original, potato, ramen, and hot cheetos. I've tried the ramen and hot cheetos one. The wings did not impress me too much I prefer the regular style wings to this. It did have a nice crunch but thats about it. I also tried the bulgoggi which was not good at all. The meat was grossly overcooked and the accompanying sides missed the mark big time. The only saving grace was the cole slaw which was decent but come on its cole slaw. They also charge an arm and a leg for this stuff. It was definitely on the expensive side and not sure it was worth it.
