My brother drove from Texas to visit my family and I, due to a work emergency he had to fly back and left his car in our care. THIS is exactly why he chooses to live in Texas and not Cali. So embarrassing that Ford couldn't have done a better job. Crapy customer service! I'll never hear the end of it now. Thanks Ford. Service department needs to get it together! Over two weeks to fix a blend door actuator and valve cover replacement, all covered by extended warranty. My husband is a mechanic and had to specifically tell Ford to look at the valve cover due to smoke coming out of the exhaust, because they looked with their eyes at the exhaust and couldn't figure it out, HUGE RED FLAG! That's something a FORD mechanic should know! A week in, we get a phone call asking if we have a spare because they lost our keys, thankfully they magically showed up a few days later. We called a few times to get updates and either it was a runaround, excuses about pictures and sending out to warranty, yet the truck had been there a week, or simply just no callback. My husband had to show up and surprise them and asked to look at the truck just to ensure everything was OK. Customer shouldn't have to show up to get a status on their own vehicle! Over 2 weeks for a blend door actuator and a cracked valve cover. If you know anything about cars, you know it would not take over 2 weeks to do this simple work! When you pay for extended warranty on a Ford raptor, you don't do these things yourself, you expect good customer service from Ford! Also our back window isn't going down and we also needed this fixed. The answer we get is "it's working when I do it" so we still have a window in our truck that doesn't go down and of course would have been covered by warranty as well, but when you don't care about customer service and doing your job, this is how customers walk away, unsatisfied! AND THE DARN BUTTON THAT "WORKS" IS NOW COMPLETELY BROKEN! We'll have to go to another Ford dealer for this! Definitely not going back to this incompetent lazy dealership!

Best car buying experience ever! Marco is a SUPERSTAR! We knew exactly the car that we wanted and requested pricing from every dealership in southern California. Marco beat everyone hands down! He came in $2000 lower than everyone else. He also gave us a great deal on our trade-in vehicle which wasn't really even drivable. Wow what an amazing car buying experience I just had. I was pricing the 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line last night and to my surprise I get an email this morning from Jesus Monroy quoting me an outstanding offer. I called him back to make sure it was for real and to my surprise Jesus stood by his quote. Very friendly person. I did 90% of the car shopping from home. I came in to buy a vehicle in November last year - there was a recall and they couldn't sell me the one that I was looking for. The sales person Joe Perez said that I could order one and it would be fully refundable if I changed my mind and should arrive in 4 weeks. I ordered it but then get a call about a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. I came down but it was sold but then found out that they made my order wrong and then got a message from Ford that they won't start building the vehicle until April - that was too long for me to wait. While I was at the dealership they literally just made me wait around while they tried to find another vehicle just being very disrespectful of my time. Made excuses like they're having a meeting about calling their sister dealership. How long and how many people does it take to make a call or check a computer if a vehicle is on the lot? Shady! I found the vehicle I wanted at a different dealership then notified Joe to cancel my order and refund my deposit. It has been almost a month and it still has not been done. Buyers beware of this dealership. read more

After a 6 month wait I finally was able to pick up my new Ford Maverick Hybrid. Julian was my salesman and was nice to work with. He is very responsive and was able to walk me through the process from custom order to delivery. I spent one hour at the dealership to the complete purchase. It was a very pleasant experience. No pushy salesmen, no lengthy sales pitches to buy extras, and best of all I got Maverick for MSRP. This is a very simple, no BS dealership. Thank you! read more

I'll try to make this brief. I had brought my truck to a different Ford dealership. I don't want to say the name, but it rhymes with Gen Krody. I had called a week prior to make an appointment for the following week. When I got there the service writer had a bad attitude from the jump, but I didn't think too much about it until my truck had been there for 2 full days and they didn't even get around to looking at it. I called Fairview and got in touch with David. I let him know the scenario and he said "if you get it to my today I'll have my guy start looking at it today". So that's what I did. I didn't get the truck there until after 5pm, but David called me the next day to let me know they had already started on it. When taking your vehicle in for service you want to know you can trust the person you're leaving it with. I'll be bringing my truck back to Fairview and only Fairview from now on. read more

I purchased a new 2000 Explorer XLT 4WD from Fairview Ford on 11/21/20, and I had the best experience with everyone involved with my purchase. I had quite a large payoff on my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi Titanum and had no expectations of being able to drive out with a new car that day, but they worked their magic and were able to get me an amazing deal with Ford at a fantastic interest rate. My Fusion was great, especially the fuel economy, but I live in Lake Arrowhead and got stuck in the snow several times and didn't want to go through another winter without having a 4x4. This Explorer is a beast! It cuts through snow and ice without any issues whatsoever! Ford has really done an amazing job with their cars, trucks and SUVs. Huge shout outs and thank yous to Julian Sanchez (sales), Marco Garcia (sales manager), Minh Nguyen (general manager), and last, but certainly not least, Allison Pentoney (finance manager) for the outstanding customer service!! I would highly recommend Fairview for your next car/truck/SUV purchase! read more

I want day thanks to all the nice people there, but I really must say that my car sales person Liz Anaya, was the most patient and helpful and considerate. She really paid attention to the details I was looking for. She knew I was only researching when I first talked with her over a month before I was ready but when I was ready she had the perfect truck for me everything I was looking for . After the diagnostic Bernardo & William sent me a list of things that needs work on my vehicle. They advised me of what work takes more precedence over another, which is why these guys do HONEST WORK. I decided to get my wheel bearings and AC-belt replaced and it was a night and day difference. No more noise and they gave me a piece of mind that I can contact them should I have any issues in the future. I would recommend this automotive place to anyone who needs a diagnostic and work done. I was recently involved in an accident and needed to replace my car. This was unexpected, my financial situation was not prime for car buying. My husband and I went to our Credit Union, (where we bank for 15 years ) to secure a loan, they provided us a guaranteed loan with a moderate fixed rate. We went to 1 Ford dealer close to home and Autoland in search for a vehicle, their service was adequate but they were either pushy or not efficient enough. We decided to go to Fairview Ford because I've been to their service department multiple times and the quality and efficiency of their Service was always outstanding. (I need frequent oil services due to my long commute and Fairview Service reps never once tried to sell me unnecessary repairs). Our experience with purchasing my C-Max was impressive. One of the Sales Managers (Minh) was not pushy at all, after looking at a few vehicles, I had chosen one and he said he could beat my Credit Union interest rate. His customer relations skills are outstanding, the service, attention and professionalism are remarkable (him and Mark were both great) Within minutes Minh guaranteed us an amazing deal on the vehicle and he did beat (by a lot) the interest rate we had with the credit union. He then sent us to Finance Department ( in the past, this was the most tedious part of the process, with gazillion forms to read and sign, etc), but Greg in financial made the entire financing process run incredibly smooth, he also has a great personality and excellent service skills. The entire process was done electronically, he printed a copy of the document, I requested an electronic copy and he emailed it on the spot. This took minutes! My husband and I are so pleased with the entire ordeal, with the car we bought (far better gas mileage), the price, the loan terms, the ease and efficiency of the entire process, but most importantly the impressive attention received by Minh, Mark (sales) and Greg (financing). We were speechless to have such downright experience overall. This Dealership gets 5 Stars from us, and we'll definitely be coming back. read more

I will not recommend this place. I got a 2014 ford focus and the day I drove off the lot I had issues. I contacted a manager the next day to inform him of this problem . I was unable to go in as soon as I would like to but when I did I had a get a rental that I came out of pocket for, when I got the call about what was wrong with the car I was told that it was a clutch and transmission issue & it would take 6-8 weeks for the parts to come in. This did not sit well with me being a first time buyer and the car being a newer year. I asked to switch or have the car bought back and I was told that they will buy car back and put me in something else but when it came down to it they weren't able to keep their words. & all of a sudden they could expedite the parts (receive them sooner) and just fix the car issues as soon as a week or so. But this is not a vehicle I would like to even have with the problems it has and I only had this car for a month & this had been a issue since the day I drove off their lot... Chuck was coo , Julian was coo for the most part but I just can't say enough how this car is not coo because I feel like I was sold a lemon . I have lost time and funds due to this situation. A nightmare turned into a good experience! The worst thing that could happen, our 2013 Ford Focus broke down and we were forced to push it to the side of the street. We called Ford just after 7:30pm and they agreed to receive our vehicle until 9pm or we would have to leave it in an empty lot. The tow truck got us there after 9pm but lucky for us, Chuck (from sales) was there and accepted the vehicle even after hours. Chuck went out of his way and tried a few remedies but nothing worked. He made sure the vehicle was parked in a safe spot for the night and we put our key in the drop box. The vehicle was accepted early the next morning and we received a call from Steve Sonia promptly at 7am and inquired about the issues. Later that same say Steve called again to ensure us they were working on it and gave us an estimate of how long it would take. Throughout the week Steve was able to get us a rental car from Xpress Rent a Car on Baseline, which was quick and easy. No one likes having car trouble but all of the staff at Fairview Ford were extremely helpful, provided excellent service, and made us feel valued as customers. My car is back a week later and I couldn't be happier with it's condition. read more

I have bought and paid off three different vehicles before, and each time, I settled for something other than what I really wanted. When my Ford Fusion died last week, I started looking at my favorite sedan, the new '16 Maxima (although well out of my price range). Even though it wasn't a Ford, somehow Fairview had the model I wanted, and at an UNBELIEVABLE sale price, landing just within my range. I met Anthony, we took a test drive, and he was great. Very personable and never pushy. I think my six-month old daughter even liked him, and she doesn't like ANYONE. When it looked like I might not qualify for the car I wanted, he showed me really nice Fusion. I would have been happy with it, settling again, but Anthony and Dave went disappeared, worked some kind of magic, and came back with a deal. For my new Maxima. Thank you to everyone who passed on it! Best part is, Dave called me the next day with $60 knocked off my monthly payment and a stronger warranty! What!?! I finally have the experience of getting exactly what I want, at the price I want. I have gone through 3 dealerships looking for a blue Ford Fiesta ST. Each dealer had a TrueCar price certificate, but instead of honoring the price, and confirming that they had the car I specified, the dealers attempted to get a quick sale out of me, to the point one of them stating "well good luck finding your unicorn buddy" But not these guys at Fairview Ford. I was helped by Julian Sanchez and I was very surprised with his professionalism, as well as the rest of the employees in the dealership. Even thought the TrueCar pricing was off by error, they broke down everything to why the car was priced as such, but even then, they were more than willing to help. Long story short, This dealership does more than just sell cars. They don't use the "strong arm" sales approach, have knowledge about their vehicles than just the bells and whistles on it and they do help each other than pretending to know everything. Not only that, but after my purchase, I still call them to find out more about my vehicle, especially it being my first sport vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. My son and I visited this location on a whim to look at trucks and we were pleasantly approached by sales person Johnn Rodriguez and he was very professional and gave us an OTD invoice on a truck we were interested in that didn't have all those crazy extra fees they try to put on customers. We messaged him the next day to see if he would supply a vehicle inspection report and he supplied it which is pretty rare because car lots usually don't like to give those out. So with that being said I can truly recommend this location because they are transparent on their vehicles. We let Johnn know we would be there by 2 pm but I got caught up in a drs office and traffic yet he waited for us until 530 pm . We asked for some touchups on some spots on the truck and asked about an extra key and they gifted these 2 things to my son as they knew this truck was a graduation gift . Thank you Johnn and Jesus Monroe for the exceptional customer service and for being transparent. This is my son's first time dealing with car sales men and you did excellent !! The WORST car buying experience EVER. I have buying brand new car every 3-4 years since 1980 and have NEVER been treated this badly by any dealer in Missouri, Virginia, New York and California. I bought a 2017 Ford Cmax Energi with 23 miles on it from Fairview Ford and it had MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE, the AIR BAG was NOT working and my salesman , Rami AbuGhazala did not notice !!!!!!!!! that the air bag light was on and it took local Ford dealer 26 days to re-wire the complete car. When i send email to my salesman, Rami and asked him if he noticed that the air bag light was on when he was syncing my phone and explaining the Hybrid feature to me, i received a phone call from Sales manager , Dave Samarackera, he was very RUDE and told me the car didn't have any issue when it left the dealership !!!!!!!! I am wondering why my salesman didn't call and his manger had to call and why the rudness ??????? With trade in and cash i had almost paid $13000 in down payment. We (especially) my wife had an amazing experience with trade in and getting into a Ford vehicle we have always wanted to own. We visited Sunland Ford, Redlands Ford, Gosch Ford, San Bernardino Nissan in a span of 3 days. We spent hours being told how impossible it is to get in a nice vehicle with newer features. All of the other dealerships tried to rip us off on trade in, treat us like we were uneducated, and then pull the most bare bones featureless car and ask us to pay more per month than we currently were on a fully loaded vehicle. So after 95k the value of the car is so bad. These people really f me over with this car and the value it's not worth keeping so the transmission motor sounds like shit. And I will never buy other ford ever in my life. So you know what I had to take a hard hit and say fuck the car and let it go back to the finance company.i know I know that was a bad move but shit I build my credit so good that I only took a 15 point drop. But anyways Got a new Nissan way better. And they only wanted to give me 2000 to 4000 for the car so I went with my friend last week to see how much they would give him for his Nissan 2016 with 90k and the trade in was 9000k and he only own 3500!! We Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe last night from Fairview Ford in San Bernardino and we were pleasantly surprised with the Salesman, Robert Saavedra, who sold us the vehicle. We had already chosen online the SUV we wanted to look at. The first thing we asked for was to test drive the SUV. After the drive we explained we were already applying for financing. Robert asked if we could let him find us a good interest rate. I even mentioned I didn't want to be pushed on anything. Robert agreed. We agreed to a credit check and to learn our credit score. Robert did a good job in honoring my request about being "pushy". Not to say there was not some back and forth with the Manager (Robert's boss) which is always expected. I had bought an Explore from Fairview on 6/6/15. I had been shopped around ALL of the ford dealerships in San Bernardino, Orange, and Riverside county. Fairview was able to get me a great deal and I was able to save over $2000 on the sticker price. Fairview did not have an Explore that matched what I wanted but where able to get one from Ken Grody Ford. Ken Grody would not sell that same Explore to me as competitively as Fairview because they would "lose" money on the deal. I thought it was funny how Fairview still got that Explore for me from Ken Grody Ford. Cheers. What made it even better is the customer service I received from Mark and Minh. They were both polite, courteous, and were not pushy. It might have helped that I knew what I wanted. After the deal was made, Mark was able to bring my Explore to my house in Orange County after words since I had to work. Then I submitted a request and within seconds I got a phone call from Liz Cobb and directed me to the car I was looking for , a Ford Fusion Hybrid. I recently had a very frustrating experience at the Ford dealership in San Bernardino. I drove all the way from Anaheim to check out a truck that I was considering purchasing. I scheduled an appointment on July 19, 2025, for July 20, 2025. To confirm my interest, the dealership, specifically one of the employees name Liz called me several times, including an hour before my appointment, to ensure I would still be coming. After making the long drive--over an hour and 20 minutes--I arrived only to be told that the truck I was interested in had already been sold. I find it incredibly unprofessional that they would allow me to drive so far without notifying me that the vehicle was no longer available. This lack of communication is really disappointing, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. It's frustrating to waste time and gas when you expect a solid commitment from a dealer. I hope they improve their communication in the future! read more

Being the first customers of the day, I feel like we were rewarded when we purchased our F-250 Super Duty. Suresh made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped on the lot, and Dave made the purchase and trade-in process simple and easy. I bought my second Ford Focus from Fairview this month and had "Pancho" as my sales rep. I must say it was a better buying experience the second time around. Pancho was so delightful and very informative about not only the car but all of its features. I didn't feel pressured and the sales team did everything possible to get me as close to my desired monthly payments as possible. I traded in my 2012 Focus for a brand new 2015 Focus and I love my new car. I love the service department, when I was having problems with my 2012, they put me in a rental at dealer's expense and always gave me the truth and never tried to up-sell me. There are tons of Ford dealers near me, but I will always make that 20 minute drive to San Bernardino for any of my service needs because they treat me with respect and courtesy at Fairview. I went to have my service at FAIRVIEW FORD in San Bernardino, While they were servicing my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium, I strolled around their lot, I ran into a salesman who's name was Danny Bustin and He said, Wait here I got something to show you, So I waited and Then he's shows up with another Ford Titanium Gray 2019, but It was a Gray, I loved it, but I said to myself I wonder if I can afford it, Well Danny made it so easy that even with my credit not as good as I would've liked it. I was approved in less than fifteen minutes. They also gave me a great amount for my 2014 Ford Titanium. Boy! I have had bad service from this service department since 2004, however, I recently leased two new Fords so I figured I would give them another chance. Bad idea. Horrible customer service. One of my leased vehicles left my wife stranded saying on the dash that the battery is bad. Note thar she was mid-commute when this happened. I took her my car and missed work so I could jump hers and take it in to the dealer. We have had this brand new vehicle 2 months today. When I called Fairview service, where I leased the vehicle, Alex told me it sound like a bad cell but they have no time to take care of it. I would have to make an appointment for the next day. I asked to speak with a manager. He rudely sent me to voicemail which didn't even finish the greating before it disconnected. Every chance I give them they they remind me why I should never go there. read more

It's a great way to ensure your vehicle stays running smooth. I choose Redlands over any other Ford dealer for service. I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2014. If you're looking for a Ford dealership in this area give them a try. They take walk ins and appointments. This is a smaller dealership who may appear not to have a large selection if looking for a vehicle to purchase but still stop because their sister dealership is a lot larger and they can bring vehicles over.

Wow, wow, wowzers!!!…read more "I enjoyed my experience at this dealership," is not a phrase I thought I would say. Yes, I've experienced good oil changes before but this one...it was superb! After making the same day appointment with Mike over the phone and being greeted by Lauren, it was a smooth experience. Lauren went over what I needed done for my vehicle and then showed me to the waiting area. The main waiting area had water, snacks and even dog treats. There was a second quieter waiting area near three partitioned work cubicles for doing work, or just if you needed the safe, quiet space. I get overwhelmed and the quiet sensory space was perfect for me. The bathrooms were nearby and there was a vendor who came by with fresh fruit which was perfect for a warm sunny day. I didn't partake that time but maybe next time. There was also free popcorn in another area of the dealership which I saw my neighbors enjoy. Time went by fast and soon Lauren was coming to get me. She sent me a link for the complimentary inspection. I didn't think anything of it because I had received complimentary inspections before from other oil change places and they were usually PDFs of what the technician did. NOPE. Spreen Subaru excels at blowing your mind! When I opened the link, it was the multi-point vehicle inspection and photos...but wait there's more! There was a...video?!?! Yep. Alonso, the technician showed me a comprehensive and transparent video where he paid attention to detail to my car. He measured all four brake pads and all four tires tread depth! He even cleaned the engine oil filter housing surface before twisting the new filter on. What a pro move! The video was so clear that it even gave me total peace of mind about a minor cosmetic scrape I knew I had underneath--I could see for myself that all the mechanical components were untouched even though I had scraped some of the protective undercoating off. My mind was blown! This dealership is TOP-TIER!!! I forgot to mention, I purchased a package for my oil change and tire rotation and the price was extremely fair. They also provided me with a military discount for my military service! This is the kind of review I love to write because you can support a local business and give them the recognition they deserve! It's evident that the employees take pride in their work. The level of detail the report gave me reassured me that my vehicle is mechanically safe and healthy. I definitely recommend Spreen Subaru in San Bernardino for your Subaru. Their service department and professionalism is second to none!

Disaster! Dangerously incompetent. Dishonest dealer, bordering on scammers. Avoid this dealership…read more We were casually shopping for an EV, Woodland BZ. Salesman named Frankie came to help us. I got his card so when we returned I asked for him. First they had no idea who he was. Over the next couple of days he kept contacting me "sweetening the deal" with hooks etc. Just to let you know the Toyota Woodland BZ and the Subaru Trail seeker are the same car made in same factory. But the Toyota version is at least $5000 more plus this dealership piled on useless garbage no one would have any use for to jack up the price. They took a car that is essentially 40K and added 10k worth of crap. I avoided the salesman but he was persistent, I told him I needed to trade my car. They would give me nothing for it. So I sold it myself. At that point I made sure of what the deal was because I knew I would have NO CAR!!! I wrote it out exactly as he had stated. I don't think this guy is actually a salesman. There was no proposal, contract etc. VERY VERY scammy. He told me to come in. They had the car already. "I'm gonna washing it for you.". I just needed to sign the contract and they also put the financing together, which did hard hit on my credit report by the way. To make a long story short or at least shorter I got there and the whole thing was a scam. When he finally got to writing it up, it was $10,000 more. He was incredulous that I was angry. The whole dealership is extremely incompetent and nasty bordering on criminality. The Subaru dealership is right across the street. Instead of 40 slick incompetent salesman walking around they have four helpful, friendly honest people. They explained to me that they are a no commission dealership. What a difference. Subaru is a great car. Toyota is probably equivalent, but I will tell you this I will never buy a Toyota in my life. I have had two Subaru and they've all been wonderful. We bought the same car $10,000 less extremely positive experience wonderful people I will shop at Spreen dealerships in the future.

But this was a one stop and done shop. Brake and light inspection with corrections to the minor issues as well as smog. Great affordable pricing in my opinion. I am so happy I found this shop. Best part is it's across from the dmv I thought I was going to have to drive back out to Palm Springs dmv. 10/10 the older gentlemen working the desk with glasses was the best. Given I didn't speak to anyone else but everyone seems happy to work here too.

Stay far far away. This shop will take advantage of you on the basis that you have an expensive…read moreEuropean vehicle and therefore you must have money. A customer brought her 2000 Volkswagen Beetle back to me after spending nearly $600 at Import Automotive and leaving with no repairs done and no answers as to what was wrong with her vehicle in the first place. The vehicle was suddenly having trouble starting and she had it towed to the nearest shop out of desperation and due to lack of better knowledge. That shop unfortunately happened to be Import Automotive. She informed the owner of the shop that she had recently purchased the vehicle and knew little about it. She let him know the car was having trouble starting out of the blue, but that the battery was brand new (installed by my shop a few weeks prior) - so she thought it must be an alternator issue. The shop owner gave her a whole song and dance about how the vehicle is old and tired (it has 109,000 easy miles and had no prior issues, no leaks or rattles, the car was in fantastic shape to be daily driven - we had just inspected the vehicle fully prior to her purchasing it) and that it was at risk of thousands of dollars in repairs and that she should quote "make it go away". She agreed to have them inspect the vehicle regardless. The shop returned the vehicle a few days later, having done nothing but glanced it over. They claimed the car had an electrical draw pulling power from the battery - but did no repairs to alleviate the draw, nor provided any diagnostic information pointing to where the draw would be coming from. They did, however, charge her over $200 for an Interstate battery, claiming her new battery was dead, and was the actual culprit. She had also requested they check the lug nut torque, which they gladly did, and gladly charged her $120 for alone. Yikes! After charging over $100 to check lug nuts and over $200 to replace the battery, they presented her with a bill. The grand total came to over $570, $350~ for the aforementioned services, and the rest for a diagnostic, supposedly. The car resumed having trouble starting a few days later. I had some time to personally inspect the vehicle this time, and came out to see what was going on. Turns out the positive battery terminal had wiggled itself loose, causing a poor connection to the battery and causing the vehicle not to start. Import Automotive failed to diagnose quite possibly the most simple issue on any vehicle - a loose battery connection. To top things off, our two month old Costco-marked Interstate battery was still installed in the car - they didn't even replace the battery, just saw it had a new battery and knew the customer knew little about cars and jumped at the opportunity to steal someone's money. The customer has filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Affairs in response to Import Automotive's shameful dishonesty, and is looking into filing a lawsuit against the owner as well. Stay far far away. This is one of the grimiest, most dishonest, most shameful operations I've ever seen. They give a horrible name to repair shops everywhere. Do yourself a favor and find another shop with better reviews, even if it's a little further away.
