The extra fees Fairway Ford attaches to "The Works" package. This is the only Ford dealer I've visited that adds these.

One of the more mediocre Ford Quick Lane experiences I've had. Gary was very nice. Very personable. I don't appreciate the list of dumb fees added onto the "The Works" This is the only Ford Quick Lane I've visited that adds these fees onto the standard $39.98 price. I'd rather you try to sell me on extra BS services than add a bunch of fees. Even the way Gary presented the two separate sheets made it seem like he was attempting to hide the fees. Below is a photo of the "invoice" and the "BS fees" sheets. Everything was done quickly and effectively, but stop the garbage fees. They're dumb and make customers lose trust in the service department. I won't be back. I don't have time for hidden fees and nickel and diming. Also, get rid of the stupid "Upgrade Program" signs. You aren't fooling anyone. It's the latest excuse for you to sell vehicles to people you think aren't "focusing on price" and are "haven't done their research". Everybody does research and everybody is focused on price. The rebranding of salespeople to "Upgrade Expert" isn't fooling anyone either. Try living in 2018 and not 2003. I watched two salespeople walk through service during my visit. This is disturbing. I'm not here to speak with salespeople. They have no place in the service waiting room. Please keep them away from service customers. The reason for three stars is because the service provided was speedy and done properly. So bravo to the Quick Lane techs. They're the ones doing their jobs right.

Had a great car buying experience! I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. The negotiations were fast and fair and Everyone was super kind and helpful. A++

Gary provided phenomenal customer service. I had a tire issue on top of my normal repairs. He helped me figure out what needed to be done.

I never had to call once for a status update. The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided. I dropped my car off right before work, and it was ready before my day ended. That level of efficiency is rare. I felt immediate trust and comfort here, which is not something I say often, especially as a foreign car owner. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

I'm so grateful that i thought to get a second opinion because i almost just said go ahead! Terrible buisness practices from these people.

On Tuesday, 4 April, I dropped off my car for an…read moreoil change and to see why the "service due now" light came on while driving down to Augusta. When dropping off my car, we told the team (including the owner, Mr. Andy) that I needed my car back by the weekend because I needed to drive back to Virginia. He said no problem. Thursday, we called and left messages asking if my car was ready/asking what work may be needed. Nobody picked up and nobody called back. On Friday, we drove up to the shop to see they were closed (it was Good Friday and the shop was closed in observance of the religious holiday). This shop is also closed over the weekend, so I couldn't return home and to work on time. I have no issue with businesses observing holidays, especially those of religious observances, my issue is with not communicating to your customers. Not only did Andy's Automotive not uphold their word of having my car back by the weekend, but they also didn't notify me when dropping off that they would be taking the holiday. If I had known that, I would've made sure to stop by in person on Wednesday. Or Thursday. Or take my car to C&C Automotive like I used to do before I moved away. When I came to pick my car up, the lady manning the front desk said they didn't get a message. My mother told her she called a few times, I called, nobody called back. The lady said they didn't get any messages. Not one message was received? That seems like something else that needs to be remedied besides their communication practices. So I asked for Mr. Andy. He came to the office and I asked him if we could talk about what happened with my car. I said I dropped my car off last Tuesday for an oil change and a service light but needed my car by the weekend so I could be back at work by Monday. He looked at me and said, "Well todays Monday!" I reminded him that I don't live here and that's why I asked if it would be done by the weekend. He responded that he "dropped the ball" and didn't know what to tell me. He said he's been in business for 37 years and he dropped the ball. How about "I'm sorry?" How about "I'm sorry about that" and pretending to have empathy. I looked at him stunned that a business owner seemed to so openly not give a shit as to how his and his team's error not just inconvenienced a customer but cost them serious time away from work. I live in Virginia. Not just a trip over the bridge into North Augusta. Picking up my car today means that I can't leave for another day because of the ten-hour drive. He said he doesn't make up stories and excuses when he messes up and that if I "can't appreciate the truth that [he] doesn't know what to tell me." The biggest F-You I think I've ever gotten from someone that actually messed up. So I told him that "I appreciate the truth but what I don't appreciate is the attitude." And I gestured to his receptionist and himself. He got in a huff and walked away into another part of the office and slammed the door. As an employee that gets monthly vacation hours, I don't have the luxury to take a long weekend without penalty somehow. I don't have any problem with businesses taking the time they need for themselves and their families. What I have a problem with is when you tell your customers you can accommodate something and you don't. If he couldn't honor that he should've communicated before the weekend so I could've made other arrangements. My other issue is that if my car was ready to be picked up when I called first thing this morning, how long has my car been done? When was Andy's Automotive going to call and tell me my car was finished? All my car needed was an oil change so it's been sitting in their fenced area since Tuesday, with no communication to me that my car was done. TLDR: I dropped my car off for an oil change and a service due now alert, it took a week to get it back with constant unanswered calls. Take your car to any other shop in the CSRA, your business and time will be respected and appreciated more.

Driving as a One Eyed Bandit is not safe nor legal. Manny explained that it could be the HID bulb, or some other problem, further explaining that parts may not be available as the vehicle is now 25 years old. ( Side note-but still good looking and still a great performance car!) Manny told me if not fixable, after market light kits may be the solution. I told Manny, do what you can. Two hours later I get a call from Manny- the lights are working! I asked what was the problem? He said "well we started the vehicle, turned on the headlights and they are on, both sides." "What" I said. "Ok, i'll be there in an hour to pick up the car." Drive down to Manny's, go in office. Manny is in there, eating lunch. But he took the time out to explain what was done. It took all of ten seconds as he said, "we didn't do anything." I asked Manny how much did I owe him for his time and efforts. He said "Nothing, we didn't do anything!" Now- this is why I am taking the time to write this review- How many times have we ever went to an auto repair shop and paid Nothing! Go anywhere else and it's a fee that is the Arm and Leg! It should be noted that this is the fourth time using Manny's Service Center, regular oil change, new alternator and for a new radiator. Each and every time, work done expertly and timely. And what's more important, the costs were reasonable. What more can I say- go to Manny's Service Center. It's a no frills place.
