    The extra fees Fairway Ford attaches to "The Works" package. This is the only Ford dealer I've visited that adds these.

    One of the more mediocre Ford Quick Lane experiences I've had. Gary was very nice. Very personable. I don't appreciate the list of dumb fees added onto the "The Works" This is the only Ford Quick Lane I've visited that adds these fees onto the standard $39.98 price. I'd rather you try to sell me on extra BS services than add a bunch of fees. Even the way Gary presented the two separate sheets made it seem like he was attempting to hide the fees. Below is a photo of the "invoice" and the "BS fees" sheets. Everything was done quickly and effectively, but stop the garbage fees. They're dumb and make customers lose trust in the service department. I won't be back. I don't have time for hidden fees and nickel and diming. Also, get rid of the stupid "Upgrade Program" signs. You aren't fooling anyone. It's the latest excuse for you to sell vehicles to people you think aren't "focusing on price" and are "haven't done their research". Everybody does research and everybody is focused on price. The rebranding of salespeople to "Upgrade Expert" isn't fooling anyone either. Try living in 2018 and not 2003. I watched two salespeople walk through service during my visit. This is disturbing. I'm not here to speak with salespeople. They have no place in the service waiting room. Please keep them away from service customers. The reason for three stars is because the service provided was speedy and done properly. So bravo to the Quick Lane techs. They're the ones doing their jobs right.

    Had a great car buying experience! I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. The negotiations were fast and fair and Everyone was super kind and helpful. A++

    Gary provided phenomenal customer service. I had a tire issue on top of my normal repairs. He helped me figure out what needed to be done.

    Please reconsider buying a Kia. First, the engine on my 2019 Rio with 44k miles that was maintained…read moreperfectly broke down. Then I have to wait 8 days for the nearest appointment just to get the car diagnosed to see if its eligible for repair under the manufacturers warranty. During this time, you CANNOT get a rental or reimbursement for a rental until the car has been through god knows how many tests and diagnoses even after they tell you that the engine does not work and the piston walls are severely scored. Then, once they do find something, they have to open up a line of communication with Kia corporate or somebody above them, which can take up to 7-10 days. It took the full 10 days for my case. So now it's been over 3 weeks that I haven't had a vehicle which by the way I am still making payments on, and I still have no idea when I will even be able to get a rental let alone get my car repaired. Also, Kia customer service across the board is total garbage. Try calling for yourself, see how long it takes to get connected to customer service, not the sales department lol. The best time I've ever gotten someone to pickup the phone was around 25 minutes which is actually amazing when you compare it to the other 5 or 6 times that I called and it took 1.5 to 2 hours to speak to someone. I'm not the only one, look it up. You can't even find an email for them, probably because they dont want you to have a paper trail. I would give a negative 5 stars if possible for doing the worst job imaginable.

I was told I would get 90 days of blue cruise ( I don't ) this service is 50.00 a month to do what a Tesla does for free. 2 . They do not assist in helping you find a EV charger installer and after reading many other Ford reviews this is something they usually help with 3. They refused to include a charger ( although after my initial review they did reimburse me 400.00 for one I purchased ) shouldnt have had to leave a review to do what is right 4. I have been waiting for my second key and have even made a trip to the dealership to leave empty handed. 5. They force you to buy optional coverage which is unethical and illegal . ( I have included a picture that shows per the contract the service is optional and not required ) I asked no fewer the 6 times to remove this and they refused . 6 . While the staff tries there best it is painfully obvious that Gerald Jones Ford is all about the money and had I not fought for what is right I wouldn't have gotten anything 7. I was in the dealership a total of 7 hours this is unacceptable regardless of the circumstances. 8. My car has an open recall that they didn't fix so now I have to figure it out and it's making me nervous to take the car on a long trip . 9. They Still use the dealdesk 10. Also a big one ( the mileage on my car is less than the mileage on car fax ... shows tampering If I could do it all over I probably would have went to one of the small Town Ford Dealerships that truly did care about my business .     Maybe I'm just lucky, or MAYBE they are actually great at what they do…read more 1. Customer service is excellent at caring and response. They are always busy, but they are always motivated to help waiting customers after elite care for current ones. 2. They got me in and out. With or without an appointment they've given me that 5-star treatment. 3. Staff is knowledgable and patient. They listened closely to my car drama and tangled it with care and efficiency. Get those people a pay raise Gerald Jones! 4. Free entertainment. Free water. Free WiFi. Free Folgers coffee...mmmm dirt! But anyways, its the thought that counts!

    I do NOT recommend this dealership…read more I brought my car in for a major repair (head gasket replacement), and when I got it back, it immediately started stuttering during startup and shutdown--something it NEVER did before. When I returned to have it looked at, my concerns were completely dismissed and I was told it was "normal." It was not normal. I took my car to another Honda dealership, and they quickly found the issue--a loose bolt--and fixed it. This is something that should have been caught the first time, especially after such a major repair. Instead of taking accountability or even properly checking their work, this dealership brushed me off and sent me away. The lack of attention to detail and customer care is unacceptable. This whole experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and made me lose trust in their service completely. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly suggest going somewhere else
