I ordered 3 hats and a grip from their Website at (www.fairwaygolfusa.com). Made a credit card payment, they sent a email back with an order #. Here's where it kinda falls apart. I made sure to only order what was "in stock", but on my invoice it showed only one item being in stock. So I called the phone number, that does nothing and goes nowhere... no one will answer, its just a recording that will never route you to a person. So next I detailed all the inquiry info on their website under "Email Customer Service" form. Which also does NOT work and will not send. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work. NOPE. I then found a way to Email directly to a valid email address (support@fairwaygolf.com). Got this back, "Your request (575**) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." The next day I got an Email "your order is on the way" (it wasn't yet). Then after that, an email saying my order is being prepared. Next finally a tracking email with UPS tracking. I DID get the stuff ordered, it was packed well, fairly priced and ultimately came on time. BUT.. If you have to return something or you need clarification on an order, forget it. If you call their "airport" store phone number nobody answers. If you leave a message nobody calls you back. After a week support finally got back to me and asked if i could pay for the putter to be shipped back and they would reimburse me. Ordered a TaylorMade PUDI bomber iron on Thursday after TaylorMade website was sold out until there Friday release at 9am PST. I payed $419 on your website order confirmed on Thursday just to have peace of mind I got one. Look on Friday evening now the club I ordered is $619 so you must have had some stock to still be selling. Saturday afternoon received an email sold out refunded purchase. I'm sure you're a great company because you had good reviews but this was pretty lame. It seems like you guys got greedy when I was already paying $120 over the retail of $299.99. read more

Ordered a putter cover on Friday. Order confirmation page does not show any order info and once you refresh it disappears, so there is no way on the phone to view your order except email. Never received my confirmation email but was charged. Called Saturday, Sunday, and Monday during their customer service hours, no answer. After discovering they have an actual store, I placed an order on a set of pre-owned Mizuno Pro 245 irons. The next morning I got the unfortunate news they had sold them in store. I went in for my first fitting and Easton took great care of me, he didn't try to up sale me on any new clubs and instead look at my swing and made some tweaks to my loft and lie angles. I have been in the industry for 38 yrs and played international tournaments a junior golfer, played collegiate golf, and even years of mini tours...and Easton and crew did not disappoint. He is very knowledgeable and has all the technical information to help you get the best fitting. I went in to have one club re-shafted and all of my clubs re-gripped. Inventory was low so Riley ordered the shaft and gave me a reasonable timeframe to have it finished. The grips I'd wanted were sold out, so rather than a midsize grip, I decided on a different, regular-sized grip with a couple addt'l wraps underneath. Riley called me an hour or two later to explain some additional issues going on with my irons he found once he'd removed the grips. This was something he didn't have to do but I appreciated greatly. The following morning, I went to pick them up and Riley had called over and acquired all midsize grips from the other location and shown up early to work on them. Amazing service! What an awesome surprise. I see a couple negative reviews of this place and it's insane b/c they're literally complaining about things that were out of stock taking a long time to ship. That happens anywhere. Inventory runs out. Get over it. It's not unique to your experience or to F.G.'s service. They didn't have either of the products I wanted and I still left happy and with something better than I expected. If Riley or Noah are working when you go to Fairway Golf, you'll have service that exceeds expectations. I am eager to get back and get fitted for a new set of irons in the future. I looked everywhere for a specific Callaway driver head cover, and it was sold out everywhere (including Callaway website). I found it on Fairway Golf's website, and my parents happened to be in the area on vacation, so they stopped in and purchased the driver head cover (as well as a few other items). My mom left her ID on the counter, and was 2+ hours into a drive back home when I received a call from Fairway. They were able to trace my call earlier that morning (checking the in-store stock for the specific item) to my mom's ID from her purchase of this unique item, and called to notify me she left it behind. My parents were not able to turn around at that point, and the store employee helping my mom (shout out to Hide!) offered to send my mom's ID in the mail that day. We are so grateful you went above and beyond to not only provide a difficult to find item, but also to help my mom get her ID card back. Thank you SO much! read more

Would leave zero stars if possible. I ordered a push cart from them. Their website showed it in stock. Payment was processed immediately. After a week and no notification of shipping I asked for a status and told it was out of stock and would ship within 2 weeks. No updates, when that date passed, I contacted them and asked for a status or refund. Was told, it will ship the last week of the month (2 weeks further out), end of month passed and still not shipped, (Website still shows it in stock). I contacted them again and they said they will issue a refund in 7-10 days. There is no excuse for that. You have held the money for 45 days, its electronic, process the refund immediately. Thru the whole process they never informed of back orders, delays, nothing. I was the one who always had to initiate contact. There are lots of options out there. Stay away from this one. read more

My son never asks for specific gifts for his birthday. This year he did! It was a putting alignment aid and I purchased it at this store. They shipped it almost two weeks late and we missed his birthday. To make things worse, their customer service department is terrible. Ordered a Callaway wedge that was listed as in stock. I received an order confirmation email immediately. After 1 week with no updates I reached out via email to see what was going on. They replied and stated that the wedge was out of stock and suggested an alternate which I was not interested in. I was bothered by the fact that I had to contact them to find out the club I ordered was out of stock and that they did not notify me sooner. Very poor customer service, I would suggest going with a more reputable and trusted retailer for golf clubs. First time and last time dealing with them. I have been shopping for new clubs and came across fairway golfs advertised price on a set of clubs I wanted and their advertisement said "price drop" and it was a very good price I called to order the clubs and they would not honor what they advertised I sent them pictures of what their advertised price was I even showed them pics that were not from their site that their price was the best and they still wouldn't honor what they advertised they even hung up on me when I tried to order what they advertised. they tried to switch me to a price way higher than what they advertised and wouldn't honor what they had posted and it was posted under a price drop against 5 other companies and still wouldn't honor it ! mid I were you I would not buy anything from this company they reputable and won't even stand by what they advertise I have saved the pictures of their add and plan to do something in my state about it I tried to work it out and all they did was back pedal and try to switch me to something way higher than what they advertised . they even had it listed within another comparison site and still wouldn't honor it i would stay clear of a company that advertises something and won't honor it ! This is a place that can turn down ferrules, save grips instead of trashing, match swing weight, etc- the club builder and main guy is excellent.
