When I pulled up, there was only one car in front waiting for their coffee. After I pulled in, I waited 10 mins for 2 bagels, only to find out that they don't even add the cream cheese. I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful. It was Valentines Day and they had balloons and decorations up. Insert a heart eyed emoji. They even had a special valentines day menu. I come over this way for my thrift stores, but never noticed this place before. They told us they park there every day unless they have an event on the weekend. Well we will be back. They were busy!
