Went it to speak to them, and the immediate response was that I must have brought them in that way, and we must have moths in our home. They stated they normally call when they see holes like this, but must have gotten busy... I did not bring my pants in with holes in them, and we do not have moths. How could you remember me bringing in these exact pants and remember seeing holes in them and not mention anything after saying that you normally call when you see something like this? No resolution, basically was told we have moths (which we don't) and I brought my pants in with holes in them to be cleaned, and they are sticking to that story... awful customer service, never giving them my money again.

The thing that I appreciated most was that while the girl was checking in my clothes, the owner came to the window, shook my hand, introduced himself, and thanked me for my business. It was very impressive that he took the time to do that. The other staff was very friendly also. I was in and out pretty quick. Picking up the clothes was the same. Nice and easy. The only thing to remember is that you have to prepay when you drop your clothes off. Not a big deal but I had accidentally left without my wallet. They were gracious enough to break the rules and offered to let me pay when I pick up. This is now my go-to cleaners!

I called the store several times and the manager was not available. Left a phone number and he had not called back. Called today and took the clothes in he and one of the workers claimed they did not smell anything but would clean them again. If they are not admitting there is an issue I am not going to just send them back with the same results. I had mentioned before I dropped these off that I had noticed a strong smell and had they changed how they were handling the cleaning process and was told no. The manager was not very friendly. I will not be going back there.
