I bought some air fryer liners for like $3 and the checkout lady was soooo nice!! She had me sign up for their email and I got a $5 coupon for future use. I'll definitely stop in again to see what I can find.

Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. More square footage translates to a larger selection. This location also has a tendency to be well stocked. They also carry more name brands than the location closer to my house. Merchandise is usually well organized. I like this location for picking up prizes for kids, craft items, and decoration for parties. I have stopped purchasing picture frames from Dollar Tree; they break too easily. Self checkout is available at this location. They also usually have one regular register open. This setup keeps the lines at checkout down. There is one woman who works there who is rude. The other people who work here are great.

To make matters worse, I had to drive back because the ice cream I was given had what looked like dry ice or frozen residue on it and looked nasty\. It wasn't something I felt comfortable eating, and I shouldn't have had to return just to have my order corrected\. I've noticed a big difference since the previous owner was in charge\. Customer service and management used to be much better, and employees seemed to treat people with respect\. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case\.
