Now unless it was a very talented large dog with hands, I am pretty sure it was human. An older male employee asked if he could help and I told him the problem. He kind of smiled and said he could smell it too. He ended up getting me a sack from the other side but did nothing about the one with urine. After I went and thoroughly washed my hands and arms, I came back and the sack was still there. I had to tell the young female cashier and she contacted the back. The whole thing was just gross.
