I was so impressed by that! Oh and there is a beer garden on the other side of the wall - you can actually walk into it from SOF! I absolutely love the layout of this place though it is not ADA compliant to say the least - the top floor is only accessible from tight little stair cases with steep stairs but once you get up there, there are so many things to look at from crystals to stickers and garden decorations aplenty! I am just super impressed that they're able to figure out how to charge us for everything - they have a pretty sophisticated system because you bring everything up to the front cashier and they figure it all out for you - technology is great!!! I loved all of the stocking stuffers I was able to pick up - so many small items that are reasonable priced and perfect to fit in a stocking, Easter basket, Hanukkah gift...you name it!!!

I ordered the item on Black Friday. It didnt arrive until December 10-- six days after the latest arrival date they predicted. Then on December 14 when she drove up to the store to pick up her coat and another item she'd ordered herself she's was told they couldn't find it. I called the store and after not getting an answer in the womens department (twice) I tried kids. A nice lady answered and went to look, she couldn't find it either. She asked if I could call back in 20 minutes so she could look through two more racks. I was okay with that and called back some time later. Guess what? I tried the kids department twice and the womens department twice-- NO answer. JCPenney should not do catalog orders. This is only my second one. I didn't get my first order either. JCPenney as a whole needs to fix their inventory and logistics issues. You cant have people order and pay for stuff only yo cancel the order bc you dont have the inventory or show that a package has been delivered to one of your stores only for your employees to not be able to find it. Unacceptable.

Normally, places like this that sell extremely non-essential home decorating objects seem to make a point of being friendly to induce you to buy something. Not these guys. Too bad. It would be a nice place to buy thing for your home or gifts for others. The trinkets and potpourri were artfully displayed. Smells great. Cute scarves. I don't know if it's because I pulled up in a truck? (which would, by the way, rule out half the people around here) or because I was just wearing jeans (guess they don't recognize $250 jeans from the Denim Bar) - and they assumed I didn't have money to spend? I wouldn't have considered it overpriced at first - but after the passive-aggressive treatment, you don't want to give your money to people who are rude and condescending to you - so $29 starts to seem too much to pay for a coaster set or olive tray and bad customer service.

The girls that work there are super fun, funny, knowledgeable people who love chatting with anyone who walks in the doors. You can tell this is the kind of place where regulars stop just to chat and check up on what's new. Besides the customer service being great, they have anything you could ever need - ANYTHING - in super unique stuff that everyone I've gifted to has loved, and there's a price point for every budget. I never leave empty-handed, and I'm always happy with my purchase. Word on the street is they do design services too, and from the store displays, you can totally tell! So, we went over to get her picture with Santa. Santa was great, jolly, happy and very pleasant! As we were walking to the car, the Grinch came out of the store. she wanted to get her picture with him as well! This came as a surprise because she has always been leary of him. She's 11 and on the autism spectrum. He tricked her with a fake handshake, which made her laugh. He looked disgusted when I asked him where his Christmas spirit was and then posed for a picture with us. After the picture, he extended his hand, have her a shake and the twirled her with a dance! She's laughed and giggled and couldn't wait to call her best friend to tell her! Thank you Santa, Mr. Grinch and Tractor Supply for spreading Christmas cheer.....Job Well Done!!

"Attempted" to purchase a nearly $14,000 UTV and plow blade. For some reason after my bank…read moreimmediately approved the charge, TSC turned it back. For 10 days I had 14k floating around and nobody could locate it. I called the Hollywood store 3 times - no answer. I left 2 messages asking for a return call. No call. Finally, I spoke with a very helpful team member named Dennis via his cell phone and explained the situation. He said that he would personally call the store Mgr. and ask him to call me. He said that I should expect a call within 20 min. No Call! I verified with Dennis that he had spoken with the Mgr. This store management doesn't give a damn about a 14K sale nor do they care about a customer with 14k missing. The store was never able to complete the sale. I was able to complete the transaction thru the TSC 800 #. I am having it delivered to the Huntingtown store - it's worth the drive.
