My 4 year.old question everything in the restroom and asked why it was so dirty and then decided she didn't need to pee.

I have no expectations at all when visiting dollars stores. They seem to have a big turn over in product and customer, so I'm sure it's extremely hard to keep products looking nice. When I visited this store in Crosby, the products were so well organized, the staff was extra friendly, and after purchasing nearly 200 items, a young man that worked there walked by and offered to help be take it to my car. It was a shopping trip that I was dreading because I had to go down every isle and usually stand in line with customers not wanting to wait for me to check out, but the nice lady cashier immediately got another cashier to help when she saw the amount of stuff that I had in my cart. What a wonderful place. Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and fun.

Was in the area and saw a sale sign and yes they had a great one day sale on kid's Tshirt and more…read more I picked 3 but the one I wanted most was not in the size I wanted so associate looked it up and suggested I get at another location available (well it was closing time and I couldn't make it on time) she also suggested I purchase on line and pick up at that location. And gladly reminded me that they were closing in 5. Well I explained my situation to cashier and she suggested purchasing the wrong size and exchange at other location so that I can get at sale price and get correct size tomorrow. I sincerely appreciate the idea and that gave them the sale and made me happy with my purchase. Sometimes stop and assist customers even at closing time.

Youll be a little disappointed! So for example, a pair of leggings at Ross are way cheaper, but point #2 the quality of the merchandise will probably be better at Marshalls versus Ross. This Marshalls was quite organized and didnt have the clearance racks way in the back or mixed up with the regular price racks. Only drawback I see at Marshalls is the sizes available. Even when I was smaller is size, I found it pretty hard to find an adequate selection of clothing past the double digits (i.e. 10, 12). The average women wears a size 12 supposedly, so youd think the selection would reflect the consumer's needs. Most of the clothing I found that was worth looking at were size small. The rest in larger sizes...questionable is taste. I wouldnt wear, so I wouldnt buy it. As a result, most of my visits into Marshalls have been for accessories and luggage gear. If you want to peruse the aisles for deals, feel free. Lines usually move pretty fast and I love that they have a sign at the register line that tells customers which register is open to ring them up versus the cashier yelling out that he/she is open like we're at the DMV!

Best days to come in my opinion are Friday and Saturday when items are usually 3-4/1.50 (sometimes less). Many foods items are on the verge of expiration, but that doesn't mean they've gone bad. Space is a little cramped, and they don't have carts, so don't bring your kids. The owner has a little bit of an attitude, so that's a little off putting.

Another day, another King Dollar. What is so different about this one from the others? It is…read morepacked to the hilt. There are not unopened cartons in the isles and is always pretty busy. You can tell this is a privately owned one and usually pardon my ethnic naiveness but seem to be run by mideastern personnel. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? These group of people usually are more diligent in up keeping the supply and demand in their stores. You will find everything and additional items you might not see at the other King dollar locations. What was the best deal that you cannot find in the other dollar stores as an example? A brick (10 packages to a box) of spearment gum. That's about 100 little pieces of square packaged gum for $1! I bought a box the week earlier to test out to see if the gum is ligit and yep it sure is. Oh, by the way, I came back and bought the last 18 boxes so you are stuck with the peppermint, better get to them while they last. (July period, 2013). This location is right by the eStar buffet that is always crowded. Parking for the times I have been there have been very ample but will be challengable at peak times with the buffet a few doors down. Not all stores carry the flourescent *sp* light bulbs anymore, not sure because of supply, but this place does carry them.
