The female associate who assisted me stated intimate item (bras) detached from the hanger returns are no longer accepted since and due to nCoVid19. I asked does receipt state the policy or this posted. The cashier stated no. So, I took my receipt and the items (a 3 pack) to my car. Once there the exchange did not sit right or make sense to me. I returned to the store went to the bra section a located numerous bras not attached to the hangers with the plastic insert. I took them to the register and showed them to the associate. By her premise, anyone purchasing the items would find the them non refundable. I brought this to her attention as well as the statement on the reverse of my receipt stating "If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase, return the item within 30 days for refund." At that time this associate exclaimed, I just work here and asked me to please to talking to her. I explained that I only wanted clarity as the store practices (detached items), the policy on my receipt and lack of posting were inconsistent. Her inability to hold an intelligent conversation and explain the discrepancy cause me to requests manager. She became extremely agitated and flipped her inability to articulate or defend the policy in conversation stating she was giving me the energy I was giving her. WHAT the heck this is business. I don't care about your energy. I'm a customer and you represent Burlingtons whether you like it or not. The manager understood my concerns and points of contention. He and his assistant promptly and courteously resolved my issue. Customer service, conflict resolution, problem solving and professionalism all mirror a company's standards. This cashier displayed none. The security professional displayed greater customer service and attentiveness than this the cashier, asking if everything was alright and how could she help. Really sad. The three rating is only because I made a second trip into the store to resolve the issue. On a side note. nCoVid19 being the reason not to accept intimate returns, I hope they know there are people (men and women) who do not bathe or wear underwear or bras and return pants, shirts, blouses and dresses.

They have some really huge locations and then some much smaller ones. This is a fairly big one located way out in the Northeast section of town right next to the highway. The whole plaza is new and it's cool that they have a Burlington here, although coats are not usually too necessary in Houston, at least not the the bulky heavy baggy kind anyway. Still it's a cool store to have up here, and if it was a little bit cheaper, I probably would give it a better rating.

Let me start by saying I've not yet taken time to browse…read morethrough their clothing so I can't speak to that but I do believe the sales that are advertised are for clothing as those are the different colored tickets whereas home goods and other things get written on with an oil pen so there is no color differentiation. I've been here 3-4 times now. As with all thrift stores the pricing can be hit or miss. I've been able to find a variety of interesting things for my home for a great price but have also looked at unbranded, generic glasswares that are priced at $10 ish for seemingly no reason at all. Some of their vases for instance are very basic and priced high. One thing about this thrift though is if you see anything that's out of the ordinary with pricing, their website gives you the ability to reach out about that so it can be addressed. All 3-4 times I've been, I left with a bag so I do believe there is a lot to be found. When I was reading on this thrift, it seems they get their donations from purchasing their inventory. They also appear to help lots of different causes. It feels like a treasure hunt but I can see where it can be overwhelming for some as it is densely packed with many many things. If you want to browse, I really recommend you visit. It's a lot to dig through and I find it to be fun and relaxing.

There were two ladies working in the back where the cleaning area was at. One was cleaning (she was older) and the other lady ( darker skin)was taking her time just STANDING in the doorway of the roaster. I put my things down and waited a few minutes because the lady looked at me and did not acknowledge that I was even standing there. I also notice she was getting something for other customers, in which I was fine with. She came out the address the two customers and looked at me and said " SORRY ITS JUST TWO OF US ITS BUSY" , NOT "Ill be with you in a moment or please give me a moment" Outside of being very rude and nasty she then called the older lady to the front rather than answer my question or properly address me, she then spoke in Spanish to the other lady and walked away. I also know that she understood what I saw saying in English because she was talking to me before I started complaining. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE DARKER COMPLECTED LADY and IF I GO THERE AGAIN and she is there with that same nasty attitude I will record and have her on social media. WALMART is suppose to be a place of customer service. IF THEY ARENT GOING TO PROPERLY GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE THEM TO STOCK SHELVES!!!!!!!!!
