I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. If I have to move again, I will be contacting Sebastian.

Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. My mom recently moved from Maitland to Casselberry, Florida. We were quoted approximately four hours for three beds, three dressers, three TVs, a sectional, an arcade machine, and a kitchen table. We've moved multiple times before, and similar amounts of furniture have never taken more than five hours. We were initially told the move would cost around $500, but once the movers arrived, we were presented with a $1,600 bill, which was eventually reduced to $1,200. We were also told they would not unload our belongings until payment was made. After nearly nine hours, the $1,200 cost was extremely frustrating and completely unexpected. When they arrived at the new house, one mover smelled strongly of marijuana, which was extremely unprofessional. We also discovered that a TV was broken, a TV cord was missing, and bubble wrap was left on five pieces of furniture. We contacted corporate on August 28 and spoke with Cailin, who said the situation would be investigated and that he would follow up with us on September 3. We never received a call. When we followed up on September 4, he didn't even seem to know what situation we were referring to and offered no reimbursement or meaningful resolution. We understand that moving is difficult and unexpected things happen. What we expect is honesty, professionalism, accountability, communication, and respect for customers and their belongings. Unfortunately, we received none of that. After the extremely long move, unexpected $1,200 charge, damaged/missing belongings, unprofessional conduct, and lack of corporate follow-up, we feel completely let down. I would NOT recommend this company. This was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had

They didn't waste any time jumping right in and getting everything loaded. They wrapped all our furniture with padding, blankets, and shrink wrap so it was protected in the move and they were always cautious about making sure they didn't scrape any walls or door jams. I priced about 6 moving companies when I was planning my move and I felt like Legend Movers had the most reasonable rates. Due to some unforeseen circumstances that were out of my control, I had to cancel our original move date with them on very short notice. Sky was so gracious and kind when I explained everything. He was very accommodating and reassured me it wasn't a problem. I was recommending him to my friends based on the level of customer service he provided at that time and the actual move exceeded my expectations. I'll most certainly be calling Sky the next time I move and I plan to recommend him to everyone I know!
