I'm torn between giving Trillium Farm to Table a 4 or 5 star. I'll err on the side of giving them the 5 star because I got a great sense of the team's passion while we were there yesterday, as well as our food. Our food was fantastic! I hadn't had lamb out much in the last year and they did it up super delicious in the pita! Yes! It was so flavorful and juicy. Yum! My husband had the same and agreed. My daughter had the steak wrap and said it was fantastic too. We all had the spicy slaw and thought it was superb. Now, what we didn't like was that as first time guests, we couldn't figure out what to do for a minute or so, as there's nothing immediately pointing you to the 'on wall' menu, which is toward the back of the place, past the cashier. Three of us standing there to look at the menu was blocking others from going out back to the patio to eat (plates and drinks in their hands). It wasn't crowded for a Saturday afternoon but it was still noisy. We cleaned up after ourselves, though we still tipped. I hadn't noticed the bin for dirty dishes on the side counter when I got us silverware and straws. Next time I won't tip. It's quite self serve. Order and pickup from the same counter. I would recommend they work on a customer foot path 'flow.' They could hire a hostess or greeter, or perhaps provide better signage on where to go and what to do, similar to 'Five Guys' restaurants. read more

Went for dinner based on positive reviews and happy to find they are accurate. Although, whoever mentioned the Thanksgiving Burger got my hopes up as it was not offered at the time of my visit. Thoroughly enjoyed my Cuban pressed sandwich and the potato salad side. Non-alcoholic drinks are unique and I appreciated guidance on the ingredients used to make them. I have no issues w/the quality of the food, definitely on point and very tasty. The issue that I experienced was at the time of my visit, whomever was in charge was treating lower level staff in a disrespectful tone due to the fact a small error was made. Open kitchen with lots of help. Nice neighborhood restaurant with an emphasis on healthy choices. 4*Summer Cobb salad with added tempeh : fresh and healthy. The dressing was light, made with care. For lunch, it was good. 3*Italian mushroom with side of Asian kale: the sandwich was good (a little heavy on the oregano) but the kale salad was super salty with soy sauce. First visit of many, many more. The gazpacho was the best I've ever had. Balanced vegetable flavors, perfect seasoning, a hint of heat, served with small croutons. Refreshing and light. The Bahn mi salad was delicious and beautiful! The cubed pork belly with the herb dressing, pickled onions and fresh veggies was delightful. We are looking forward to trying everything on the menu. This legit might be my new favorite lunch spot in the Lakes Region. Just had the most amazing pressed wrap - BBQ chicken bacon ranch slaw omg it was awesome. Food was generally good: fresh and tasty. We both had the lamb pita, delicious (esp. the pita!). Each came with a side. I enjoyed the caeser-dressed pasta salad. The wife was less thrilled with the potato salad (strong flavors of horseradish & Dijon mustard). Sides come in cute little 'flower pots' (good portions!) It's a modest space in the heart of Laconia, needs the large plate glass windows cleaned or replaced. We did love the emphasis on sustainability. Plates, glasses & silverware all reusable; paper straws. Fortunately my wife carries artificial sweetener for my ice tea (diabetic), none available. We were pass through town and got takeout here. I got a summer quinoa bowl. I looked at the photos on the site and it looked great. Maybe because it was take out ?I was a little disappointed in the small amount of lettuce and vegetables to the quinoa ratio. Tasted really good great flavor . I will have to try and eat in. The place is clean, and they offer very tasty sandwich combinations (and sides) with farm fresh ingredients (as the name implies) perfectly cooked, in good proportions. The lamb, the Cuban, and the Italian chicken were all winners. The cocktail selection is seasonal and creative, but too sweet for my palate. The beer selection is just OK, so we went with a Cab and a Pinot Noir since they had a solid selection of wine. Contrary to their name, they are not affiliated nor do they even carry Trillium beer, which is misleading. This is unfortunate because Trillium is arguably one of the best craft breweries in the world, and is in Boston which is fairly close to them. What is more, is that Trillium delivers throughout New England. ‍ Lastly, although the staff is friendly, they don't inform you that you can sit anywhere you like, nor do they tell you how to order or even hand you a menu. You have to figure it all out and look at the menu board which is off to the side on the way to the bathroom. For the prices they charge, I would expect better service. They don't have to have table service, but the customers shouldn't have to bus their own tables. read more

Just okay. Came in on a rainy Saturday, no greeting at all. Had to ask if they had table service or you order at the counter. It's at the counter. The food was good, but the cold attitude of the people working in this small bistro was palpable. Left with not so much as a have a good day, come again. Just nothing. Laconia always seems to have cool eateries and this one definitely did not disappoint. The pulled pork was the tastiest I've ever had and the shawarma was sooo tasty and fresh. The food here was way beyond my expectations. I tried the pickle soup and it was fantastic. The wraps are delicious. My 4 year old who doesn't like anything different and refused to order anything saw my food and ate all the chicken out of half my wrap, so it's safe to say she liked it. I can't wait to go back and try different things. Everything is so fresh and you can really taste it. Even their drinks are delicious. An added plus is how friendly everyone is who works here. None of the employees and few customers wore masks. The "environmentally friendly" restaurant's food is not good enough to risk your health by any means. The Asian grain bowl was nothing to write home about and I didn't even finish it.
