We chose the Yoga Garden, and we both attended together. I had never taken a yoga class before, but Patty was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The class was wonderful, I found it very relaxing but perfect for me. Patty was energetic and very deliberate in her movements and I learned a lot. I really enjoyed it and it was a great time to spend with my daughter as well. The room was well equipped, and quiet for the ultimate yoga experience. I would love to take another class there.

I keep seeing advertisement for Bodywise By Betty. I signed…read moremy two boys up for a camp and they both said it was the worse camp they have ever done. Arriving the woman running the place (i assume Betty) ignored us for at least 10 minutes. She was busy writing, with the other kids and ordering a teenager on how to do things. Kids that were already there for camp were exercising on machines built for adults like the elliptical. In my opinion completely not safe for anyone younger than 10. So for the Day... my kids said they were on the machines for most of the morning. Then they took a walk to a local restaurant eat lunch. Came back and they played games then watched a movie until I picked them up. Oh then they exercised again. My kids said that the teenager there ran the camp mostly. The adult (I'm assuming Betty) was behind the desk the entire time. I've written a review on here before and it always gets deleted. I say save your money. Spend a little more on a camp that you know you're kids will benefit from. Also... I was a subway one time during lunch and my friends and I had a couple tables they were saving. Betty and a group of like 12 kids stormed in and she was yelling that she had a reservation telling us to move. The employees told her that she didn't and were shocked at her behavior. She realized that we were not budging because we started eating our food and stormed out with her group of campers. This place should be shut down.

I going to a gym here and even lifting weights 4 times a week, but I don't have the same definition or the line down my belly I had with her class. I can only imagine if I had gone twice a week! She also provided some nutritional information - which reminds me to up my protein. I miss Betty's class and my tone tummy and thighs I had!

He was fully engaged with Jason, following directions and even repeating each word Jason requested that he say, right down to counting along with each rep. Jason was patient and knew how to redirect my son back to the exercise they were doing. We begin working with Carmine this week and we couldn't be happier! In a short 1/2 window, my son showed how much more he has going on not only athletically but also socially, more so then we have seen before.
