Yum. Our lunch today was devine. We both had the salmon and boy was it on point. Our server was Shay and she was such a delight. Loved her positive vibe and her attentive personality. I called and tt the Mgr Jess.. the customer svc was terrible she informed that I could come back within 30 days to get a replacement but I needed to bring the meal (hold the meal for 30 days of needed. I told her I took Pics and could send them she said to still bring the meal back which meant I would have to burn my gas and be inconvenienced she had an i don't care attitude...I order all the time and have never complained. We were coming home from a long day and didn't feel like dining in, so we ordered the rib tips and fries to go. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The tips are meaty but dry. As other reviewers said, dipping them and their crinkle-cut steak fries in the sauce tastes great. We got the devil's spit and rich and sassy sauces. So we went back and tried this again and it was the same shit show that it was the first time. This time they came and offered to take my food back. Orland Park, IL location- I brought my family for a night out on Sunday with grand child. overall bad- do not go here, food was not great- some of the food(burnt ends) was hard and cold, all of the bathroom sinks in the ladies room were stopped up with water- found this out later after the food was served. No place to really effectively wash your hands. Drinks were bad. This use to be a great place to go for good food. I reachEd out to management and all they said was they are aware- no compensation. The server did what she could. i should have known that Sevice had changed- the parking lot was empty. Don't waste your time or money. I couldn't upload the email response but This was their response 20 April at 12:24 PM I am very sorry about your experience. We just had the sinks fixed last week and the problem was fixed is what we were told and until now no one told me that the problem came back. I will call our plumber back out. Thank you for letting me know. People keep not turning the sinks off thinking the are automatic shut offs which they are not and all 3 sinks go to the same line causing them to back up. As for the food I will definitely go over this with my cooks. The drinks our bartenders adhere to the reciepe and we do have a long pour option if you want more liquor in the drink. The salmon and cornbread are my favorite items on the menu. The service is great. Sean Rauba is my favorite server, bartender, and manager. Sean always makes my day brighter when I eat at the restaurant. Sean is also my favorite catering delivery person during the holidays when I place a big order.
